AAchatesAfter responding to a craigslist ad, a couple of polite young gentleman came out, surveyed the work, gave a quoted and set up a time. AVaden ConstructionSteve Vaden has been our contractor for several projects. This time he replaced very old siding on a side of our home that faces weather/sun, and repaired some issues underneath. He also replaced and trimmed out all new windows on that side, including paint. He also made repairs to the staircase leading up to the upper level, and painted everything -- trim, siding, etc., beautifully. He is always very professional, timely and courteous. ASergio's Repairs General ContractorSergio and his crew did an outstanding job. Sergio is highly detail-oriented and makes you feel that you are part of the project by explaining in detail and with a number of photos the repairs required. His work is high quality and my house stands out now, with a beautiful paining job, a new patio and a drainage system. My experience in general with contractors has been stressful. DIt is to long a story to write here. I am 80. Live alone and hire repairs on my own. This group had an interpreter for the man estimating . The cost given was $400.00. I said to much. Then it was “how much you pay”. I will find other means for future repairs.

AThis company had a lot of professionalism and was very quick to get back to me. I submitted a quote request from them and they got back to me the same day. I got an appointment with a salesman right away and got a quote the next day. They kept me posted and up to date on when I would get scheduled. Once they came out to start my job they got it done it two days and my fence looks amazing!! Will be sharing there info with my neighbors so they can also get there fences done.
