ATrig Builders Inc.Ezra and his professional team recently worked on renovations on our house in Ventura county. The house was not remodeled for over 20 years now and it really needed a major update before we moved in. His team did a complete remodeling of the 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, common areas and reconfigured the 2nd floor space, including the installation of the air conditioning. Ezra provided a very fair estimate and time frame to finish the work and the team not only completed everything within the scheduled time frame but were extremely courteous and accommodating often going above and beyond the ask to create beautiful spaces.- Francisco M.

APositive Results RoofingPete was the one that gave me the most effort to show me that he wanted the job,I had 2 prices less than his quote but the 3 companies that I was looking at when I called to ask about issue's or questions about contract Positive Results was the only one that got back to me and he ended up walking the job with me and we went over everything.I had some damage to an extra room,some wood rot and termite damage,they threw that into the job also.I went to look at it to see how the termite damage looked and I could not even find the pieces they had changed out. Wife and Kids were happy with job but only issue we had was the lack of sleep,knew it would make noise but did not expect it to be so loud,lol.But it looks great,thanks Pete and 2 workers who names I did not get,they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived.- Jim G.

AScudder RoofingEverybody was so helpful from the office staff to the evaluator who had the utmost patience and experience. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best decision for my house and budget. The job involved new 30 yr shingles and conversion of an old tar and gravel portion of the roof as well as several new skylights & new gutters + replacement of several rotten roof areas. The roofing crew and supervisor were great and job finished on schedule. They were careful w/ plants & scrubs and cleanup was excellent. Not a single problem. As a side note I had a problem w/ racoon's or possums in my attic area. I had no idea who to call so I called Scudders and they came immediately and assessed the situation and started working on it. It really wasn't a roofing issue but they repaired the side of my house and didn't charge me anything!! Who does that these days?- Sally B.

I felt like I could trust his judgement. He also mentioned that whoever did the roof was really not very professional. AScudder RoofingI was contacted right away and the work was measured and the samples were left. The installer followed up by email about colors and gutter style. When we were on the same page for the work, it was done on time and the gutters have been great in the last couple of rains and wet, foggy mornings.- BILL K.

AScudder RoofingI noticed the gutter sagging away from the house one weekend. The following week, we called no less that three roofing contractors. The first two never returned our call. Scudder Roofing was the only company who called us back. They came out promptly. They sent two people to do the repair (we paid an hourly rate for each person). They also cleaned all of our gutters and gave us some advice to prevent the same problem from happening in the future. The job was completed it in about 1 1/2 hours. They charged a service fee of $125.00 plus an hourly rate of $82.00 per hour plus the cost of materials. We were very happy with the job in the end--the service fee on top of the hourly rate seemed a little high.- Laura L.

BRoofing job went well. There was one oops where there was a leak near the chimney They were able to fix the issue. The gutters were another story though and it did not went well the down spouts were not installed properly. for the roofing I give them an A but the gutters a C. We are still working with them so this score can change

AMy family and I moved to our home a few months ago and needed someone to help with upkeep on our front and back yards. We have quite a few redwood trees on our property and they’re not forgiving. We also needed a lot of cleanup of unmaintained areas. Silver came out, gave a reasonable estimate and was able to come the next day to work. They did an excellent job on their first visit and looking forward to them continuing to come!
