R&S is truly the best! I recently moved into a house to discover that the duct work of the HVAC system was thrashed. R&S came out and in a timely fashion they gave me an estimate, removed the old duct work and installed new duct work that was way more efficient and appropriate for the structure. In one afternoon between Isaiah, Dave and Dimas, with a few registers delivered by Rex, they had it all taken care of. They did it in a timely fashion and affordably as well. Everyone in the company from the office to the field, were friendly, capable, professional and well-versed. I love this family-owned and operated business, they are fantastic and highly recommended!!!

Problem was with the bill.  Service tech did not inform me of the cost of the thermostat.  Imagine my surprise when the invoice arrived and the part cost $204.75.  The same exact part is available at Home Depot or online for between $80 and $90.  A call to the owner was terribly unproductive.  He blamed the Internet for ruining small businesses because I was able to do a price comparison.  He freely acknowledged a 100% mark up, claiming it was absolutely required for him to stay in business.    The conversation quickly became adversarial so I hung up the phone.
In addition to the parts charge there was a charge for $120 for labor plus a $98 service charge for simply showing up.  Now I understand that even though the job took 30 minutes, that he charged for a full hour of service.  But where I come from, the service charge to show up is not charged when the cost of the job exceeds the service charge.  According to the company owner the way he did it "is the way we do it around here".
About 7 years ago I bought a furnace from this company.  Each year I have paid for their service techs to come by for an inspecition and "tune up".  After this experience I will no longer use this company.

They were great and also answered our calls right away.  They were honest with us; I thought they gave us a fair price.  They showed up when they were supposed to and they were very clean about their work.  They seemed to do a good job and cleaned up afterwards.  However, they are a little pricey.

I obtained five estimates for the project. I selected R & S because of a combination of reasonable price and feeling that I would receive quality work based on my impression of Richard Russo, the owner, at the time of estimate walk through.

Richard made the estimate and advised me on the various types of furnaces available and possible improvements to the hot air ducting.

The job began on time. His lead, who also designed and fabricated the sheet metal work, and two men replacing the ducting were at all time courteous and conducted themselves in a professional manner. This was a large project but completed as promised on the third day.

It was a county permitted project, and there were no corrections requested by the county inspector during his inspection. In fact the inspector complimented Richard on the quality of Joe's sheet metal work.

I have requested Richard to include me in his annual maintenance program. I would used him again should I require updating the heating system or any other service he offers such as rain gutter installation or other sheet metal work.

They came assessed my issue and replaced my hot water heater. I had guests staying in my home and they fixed the next day. A week or two later I began to see a water leak around the heater and realized my cooper pipe was also going bad, they came out the day I called and fixed my cooper pipe with no extra charge. Thank you!

We love Zach. He has taken care of our heating system for two years and
we find him professional, patient and very responsive. Zach kept our
old furnace running as long as possible and installed a very
satisfactory replacement when we realized it was well past the time to
do so. Zach kept all his appointments and always phoned just before
arriving to let us know the exact time. We recommend him to anyone who
    needs service!

On time. Professional. Competative price. Didn't try to hussle for useless extra services/products. Negotiate proce in advance. Look for internet coupons/deals. Tell them exactly what make and model you have, before they come.

Great experience.  I phoned R&S Heating Monday morning before 10:30am and left a brief message about my need for an estimate to replace what I believed was a bad forced air heating unit (which had been out of commission for over a year and had been looked at by three other HVAC companies, with high estimates and replacement plans).  Before I could finish leaving a voicemail I got a call back from Richard, one of the owners, and he said he could have someone out to give me an estimate that afternoon.  They were flexible with me on time so I could make it home around my work schedule.
Bobby arrived promptly at 2pm and proceeded to hear my story and look at my heater.  He immediately told me that the unit was too new to be replaced (9 years old) and began to test it according to his theory and my story. He told me the PC board needed to be replaced and immediately called his office to get prices on parts and gave me the high end manufacturers price and the equally functional Universal PC board price which was nearly 50% cheaper.  He told me he could have the part and inspect the ducts the next morning at 8am.  Tuesday morning he was there right on time.  He fixed everything and went with me from room to room to test airflow and carbon monoxide and found no CO and some vents without flow.  He went below the house to check out the state of the vents and brought back pictures to show me sagging ducts and a disconnected duct that he promptly secured.  He left the house before 9:30am with the promise that he would return the next morning to secure all ducts and finalize the job.
We had full use of the heat over night even though the job wasn't 100% the comfort level was ideal.  The next morning he was there promptly at 8am.  He got everything done by 9am and even took my credit card over a check due to it being the end of the month.  We even got a 5% discount using Angie's List coupon.  He got the job done in a couple billable work-hours over parts of three days.  He even rounded his billable labor hours down rather than up.  He got the job done in less time than I'd planned and didn't drag his feet.
Such a great experience!  We will definitely use R&S in the future when we need heating or sheet metal work.

Chris Wilson Plumbing & Heating Repairs Inc
Chris Wilson plumbing responded to a service call. They fixed my heater that was not working, and this took less than one hour's time and a small part was replaced. The total bill was almost $500, which I thought was outrageous. When I complained to the company, they explained they were on a fixed price system and did not bill hourly, but the charge had also been inflated by their service technician. Employees came to my house to investigate a heating problem, said they could install the requested air cleaner, and then never called me back. Later, they sent a check for the amount of the original service call that had been overcharged. I thought their charge was outrageous and their lack of response, after indicating they could fix another problem, was unfortunate. The fact that the business has a system that permits an employee to overcharge the customer, without corrective action, is unacceptable. I would never use them again.
