AApproved Contractor, Inc.I recently go a whole new set of windows for my condo. Justin was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, patient and communicative. He took his time to review my HOA documents and get my new windows done to the specific requirements. This was not a quick or easy process, and Justin handled it with grace. He went above an beyond to make sure he was doing a quality job that met my HOA's super specific requirements. My new windows are not only gorgeous, but they keep my condo cool and they are almost sound proof! I would highly recommend Justin and Approved Contractor for any job! AIPS Window CoveringsKevin came out to do our estimate and showed up on time. He explained the options and was timely with the measurements. We had him quote the bottom floor of our two story house. We didn’t think we would want that nice of window coverings upstairs since nobody would see them but us. He told me, “After I install these, your wife will have me come back to measure the windows for the upstairs”. He was right. We now have them on every window in out house. When they arrived, he has a system to install them efficiently. He cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell he was even here with the exception of the new window coverings. We’ve had our for a few years and the product has held up well and easy to clean. Our dogs like to put their noses against them to look out the windows. They still look as good as the day they were installed and way better than the blinds you buy at the local hardware store. These really dress up the look of the windows. AIt was a simple fix that I would never have known to look for. The cool thing is that Henry called the night before, after he finished another job, just to be sure it would be ok overnight. The next day he called the manufacturer about replacement parts. Awesome service. I have other projects for him and I look forward to working with him again.

AThe first people we had out, from a couple of other companies were not that helpful. Cassie came with some excellent suggestions and actually convinced me to expand the project to include new Roman blinds and a new valence and forget the drapes. She was so right. The new valence and blinds are very attractive and not as heavy as the old ones. They really update the room.

ATed did an amazing job building a fence/gate for me based on a loose concept and a photo from Pinterest! He was able to conceptualize what I had in mind, discuss challenges and adaptations and build a beautiful a bad functional product that turned out even prettier than my concept photo! Ted is great to work with, pays close attention to details, is very fairly priced and is a true craftsman! I recommend him wholeheartedly! If I could give him an A+ I would!

AIt went very well from start to finish. Justin arrived on time and explained the entire scope of work required to upgrade my windows. Once the terms were agreed upon, the contract was signed and the initial deposit was made, the project moved forward without problems and on schedule. AI met with Emma for a consultation on all these issues, started with the windows and on into the whole house and what would be future projects. I felt very comfortable with her and didn’t need to look any further! She made some suggestions, noted all the issues and desires and came back in another appt with a plan and options for the coverings. We were able to select some Sillouette-type shades and custom wooden shutters; she helped us work theough the decision malimg process and we got the order done. Measurememts were taken and we received the shades amd they were installed professionally, there was one shade that didn’t quite fit and that was handled. The shutters were custom built locally and installed today, and they are just beautiful, with the custom design we desired.. My home has not ever looked this complete, I look around and feel so good! The shades are so well suited to our views and sun issues as well, they have made our house so enjoyable. I am delighted with the quality of work and products and am looking forward to a future family room update, a kitchen renno, and master bath upgrade!
