  C39 Roofing

  C-39 did an excellent job on everything. Repairing the termite damage, the re-roof using my old tiles and adding new tiles that were needed from previously broken or damaged tiles. C-39 is an excellent company with very professional people that were on the job on time and cleaned up every day at the end of the day. This job took about 4 days with 4-5 people working on the job every day. C-39 Roofing gives you "Value for your Money" in every way going above and beyond normal job site requirements. The way I feel about C-39 is if you don't use them you did not get "The Best" roofing company. I hope every contractor that I hire for any other jobs {Kitchen Remodel] will be as good & professional as C-39. The quality of the entire project could not have been better.

  Cleartech Window Cleaning

  It worked out fine.  It worked out really well.  We liked the people that came, it was two men.  They were very knowledgeable, and we really appreciated, we have some screens that were over the things and they had come loose with all the wind and stuff.  They did all of that and cleaned them out beautifully.  They let us know that they had other option, they cleaned windows and things, gave us an idea of us doing it the next time.  We asked them if they thought these screens looked well enough, and they said, oh yeah, they look fine.  They didn't try to over sell us or anything.  So we were really satisfied with it and certainly would use them again.  We scheduled it and they came out, I think they came out, I think we, it was within a matter of days, we scheduled it and they were able to come.  I had ask them to put them back in place, these mesh that I had, and I don't think they charged me extra for that, I kind of thought they would.  That's part of cleaning it, because I had to take them off to get to the stuff.  They put them back and they did a really good job of that.  I felt the price was fair.  The quality was excellent.  The responsiveness was excellent.  They were going to be late so they called me.  Very professional.  The workers were equal in professionalism.  They cleaned up well when the work was completed because I checked that immediately.  I did remind them that we had new pavers in the front and the back yard, it's a large yard, and they didn't scratch it or do anything with their ladders or anything, everything was right.

  Cleartech Window Cleaning

  My problem was that they didn't clean up all the dirt that ended up on the ground. I didn't know we that wasn't part of it. We had to get somebody else to do that. Everything else was fine. I would absolutely use them again but I would say something about cleaning up.

  I just wanted to write a quick review saying how pleased I
  am with Josh and his crew at Puretec. I have been using them for some years for
  window cleaning and screen maintenance ? always done professionally. This time
  a bit more than that was needed ? I was about to have solar installed, the
  house?s stucco was dirty, and my sidewalks and patio areas had mineral stains
  and mold. I turned to Puretec and was very happy. Josh worked me into his
  schedule in an extremely timely manner, as my solar was going to be installed
  soon ? he did a great job cleaning our tile roof of mold, the house looked like
  it had been repainted and nearly all stains were lifted form the concrete.  I will stay with Puretec for all my home

  Boyce's Roofing & Repair

  We purchased another discount service for cleaning the gutter and roof inspection.  That provider said our roof was in great shape.  So not sure what's up.  We're not going to have any work done on the roof for now.  We're very unsure about the date he was here.
  
  Also, he said he'd come back to complete a few things and we had to call a week or more later to get him back.
