  We have been so impressed by Justin's work ethic and personality. We first hired him last fall, and once I got a feel for the kind of person he is, I started hiring him for anything we've needed done in the house since then. From installing sink fixtures, RODI filtration systems, appliance installations, fireplace remodel, fan assembly and installation, painting, drywalling, baseboard and trim, and even furniture assembly as a favor to my wife he can do it all. We live in an expensive house and my wife and kids are my greatest priority. He's proven to be the kind of guy that I can trust around my family when I'm at work, and also important he is a perfectionist like me. I have personally remodeled several of my own homes but don't have time to do that anymore, so I only keep people that work to my standards. He definitely does and I don't have to worry about shortcuts because he always does everything to a super high standard. So, if you're looking for a talented, licensed, hard-working, trustworthy, ethical, great guy and family man, that's also a perfectionist, to do just about anything in a home look no further! Justin with JC Painting is who you should go with. Also, I added a few pictures but I wish I took photos during all of the work he did to show the process.

  Trig Builders Inc.

  As soon as we met and spoke to Yosi and Odelia from Trig Builders we knew they are the right company and people to hire for our remodeling project. We spent few days by meeting and interviewing other contractors before but none of them was able to provide us the right combination that Yosi and Odelia had. They did a marvelous remodeling job at our house. Yosi was able to pick up the broken parts from the last contractor (that left the project in the middle) and built the home that we dreamed of. We can say for sure that we couldn���t have done it without Yosi, Odelia and the team. They are the perfect team with so much experience. Odelia at the office side was able to make the entire process of billings, schedules follow up���s so much easier because it would have been a real nightmare without her. Yosi was in contact with us on a daily basis almost to make sure that we are aware of the daily progress. Everyone was very aware of the budget and they made sure to not pass it. Even out neighbors and family members complimented on how stunning and professional the team are. We can really write here that Yosi went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. We are positive that many people will read this and some of them even have their own bad experiences with bad contractors. We can insure that whoever will hire Trig Builders, will not have to worry because they are professional, honest, trust worthy and they are always responsive!

  Majestic Touch Painting & Decorative Finishes

  Exterior wood trim had not be re-stained in many years and showed significant effects of sun and wear. Phillip was easy to work with and kept me informed as to timing and progress. Most importantly, he was very thorough and meticulous. He removed hardware and window insulation strips prior to staining, smoothed out rough spots (there were many), and matched the stain expertly. He even replaced damaged wood in places where it was needed. It all looked great afterwards, like new. I'll definitely use him again.

  Chad of All Trades Inc

  We utilized Chad of All Trades for a complete exterior remodel, new hardscape in front and back, new pergola, fire pit, patio,bocce ball court, built in BBQ, paint and landscaping. Incredible experience! Finished on time and on budget. Looks amazing! Easiest remodel we have ever done. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Highly recommend Chad of All Trades!

  Ron Rice is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with, in the construction, property renovation industry. He is down to earth, anxious to accommodate the customer, and very polite! Really does go out of the way, to make the customer happy. These welcome traits are not that common, in the property rehab world. I would definitely use his services again.

  Saul and his team were excellent. They showed up on time and worked late, and their prep work was amazing. Our house is over 4500 square feet, and we had the whole interior painted. He finished on time, and there were no surprises in terms of cost. Everything was agreed to up front. We have hired a lot of contractors over the years, and this crew was among the best. We will absolutely be using them again!!!

  Repairs & Remodels On Demand

  It took me a while to write this review and I'm glad I waited 2 years to do it because I am able to say that the one year warranty was honored in a timely manner, and the quality of the work is evident 2 years later. Charles and his crew is incredibly respectful, professional, and kind. I've worked with a few different contractors now and no one measures up the the level of customer service, containment of the mess that comes with remodeling, and quality of work. Initially the shower tile was not looking good and Charles immediately replaced the tiler with someone else who corrected the job and did a fantastic job. There were 3 instances soon after the job was complete in which a few things needed to be repaired. Charles sent someone promptly and he fixed everything so that it did not need to be repaired again. Charles even hires someone to clean your house after the job. Although she doesn't do a great job, it helps to remove that initial layer of dust from all the furniture and floors. This was my first big remodel that I handled mostly on my own and so I needed more guidance in the design aspect. I was not happy with the color I picked for the cabinets or the size of the sinks I picked. Charles limits his input in the design, so you should know exactly what you want and how you want it. Compared to other contractors, Charles and his team are the best I've dealt with and offer good quality work. He may be a little more expensive but the extra cost saves you the torment of working with unprofessional contractors who may rip you off or do the job incorrectly and end up costing more to repair a bad job. I highly recommend Repairs and Remodels on Demand and want to thank Charles and his crew for their excellent work ethic, politeness, and caliber of work.

  Daniel's construction

  It could not have gone better and we couldn't be happier with the job Daniel and his son did for us. They were on the job each day as promised, completed the entire project on time, cleaned up and hauled away the debris when they were finished.
