    Voge Inc
I have hired Voge on major repair and renovation project for my damaged house that got damaged after a fire damage. The customer service and attention that I got from this company and mainly from the actual people that worked at my house was outstanding and I would highly recommend them with my eyes closed to anyone that need to any remodel any house that have this type of damage. Here is with my own words of why and what they did at my house that caused me to write this review and recommendation about them: a. Honest & ethical: From the first time I called them till the moment the final payment was done, I noticed that all they care was to make sure to do the work on the best side and not to try and find reasons to earn more and more money. During the work itself, there were additional problems that were found and most of them were taken care of without even letting me know or to try and charge me for additional money. b. Budget The work was divided to 2 sections... section 1 was for the first time they arrived to my house and tried to save as much as possible things. And the second time was for the complete work that needed to be done in order to make the house as a living house. In both things, the amount that was set, was fixed and didnt changed and more than that. On the second stage, the budget that was set didnt raised or included any hidden charges. c. On-time: They give realistic timeframes and realistic quotes. They may not the cheapest or fastest, but you can be sure and confident that they're costs will be reasonable and that they will complete the job without any hesitation or concern when they promise and within budget. d. Great working skills and extremely ethical working people: The people at Voge were able to provide me with excellent ideas about the new repairs. Because of the damages, I have the opportunity to redesign the kitchen mainly and the first floor of the house. e. Great people! The company assigned to my house several people that did the actual work and they were managed and supervised by Julian. Julian was the most serious person that we dealt from the company and all he cared was to make sure that the work is being done on the most perfect side and without any problem. The rest of the people were excellent people.

We had a leak in our master bathroom which damaged our sub flooring and cabinets.  The water leaked into our kitchen and damaged cabinets as well.  Our master bathroom sub-flooring was removed due to saturation.  We contacted a couple of contractors and Danny gave us a fair bid.  He suggested that we strongly consider new cabinets in the kitchen because ours were 14 years old and we had a preexisting issue with our granite counter top.  We chose to follow Danny's suggestion and go for the full remodel for both kitchen and bath.  Demo was very fast and the workers left the house clean. Danny's crews were prompt and friendly on days they were scheduled to work. Tile work was excellent!  Gabi's crew did a fine job dealing with some very difficult tile pieces.  Cuts were well done and the overall look is great!
We also had our banisters and two cabinets re-stained.  We did away with the light oak color and went with a darker color. They turned out beautiful.
We signed off on the project today and we are pleased with the final product for both kitchen and bath.
    Thank you :)

Earlier this summer we found a leaky hot water valve under our kitchen sink which is in our kitchen island.  It caused a lot of water damage in the cabinets and the drywall, where we also found mold.  We called a local company to come a clean up the area.  The island is only about 7 feet long, with a small shelf unit on the far left, then a small cupboard, the kitchen sink cupboard, and then the dishwasher which sits on the right end of the island.  The clean up company had to remove all of the cabinets.  The only thing left standing was the far left and far right walls that supported the granite countertop and sink.  Once the area was cleaned, we called a couple of people including Tony / TME to come look at the job and give us a bid for reconstruction.  Tony's bid had the best price and he had the best reviews on Angie's List so we went with him.
Like previous reviews have stated, Tony is extremely busy, because he is known for doing quality work at a fair price and has high ratings on Angies List.  Because TME is so busy, going through email or the office phone can take a little time to get set up, but once we had Tony signed on and were in touch with him directly the communication was VERY good!  He responded quickly with texts and phone calls, and even though he is busy, he took time to educate us on every step of the process so we could make informed decisions, and he made sure we were ALL on the same page with price, design and process before moving forward.
Tony does NOT take short cuts.  He prides himself on providing high quality work and doing things right the first time, because according to him, if he doesn't do it right the first time then he inevitably has to come back and fix it which wastes his time.  And using inferior products only makes him look bad.  This is why people love him!  You don't get hundreds of "A" rated reviews on Angie's List for nothing.  Tony is also a straight shooter.  He doesn't mince words.  He tells you exactly what he thinks and is extremely honest in his opinion.  Tony treated us very fairly and never once did we feel like he was trying to take advatage of us or gouge us.  He actually had the best bid of everyone who looked at the project.  He believes VERY strongly in treating his customers with respect and fairness.  Unlike so many contractors in the business who are slime balls, and look for any and every opportunity to swindle their customers, Tony is a refreshing change of pace.  He is the real deal, and we always felt that we were in good hands.
We ran into a couple of kinks because our plumbing was all messed up, but Tony's guys took care of the issues and made things even better than before.  We also made a couple of changes with the cabinets which caused our finish date to be extended by a week, but all of the guys were very accommodating and helped get things just the way we wanted.
Since we had to basically rebuild our entire island and our granite had to be replaced, we deepened our counter space by 6 inches, which meant we had to have custom cabinets made that would reach to the back wall.  We also extended the left end of the counter 6 inches so that we could rebuild a new shelf unit that was deep enough to hold large cookbooks.  Tony's cabinet guy came and took all the measurements and helped us with the new design of the bookshelf and they did a fantastic job on the install.  It all turned out beautifully with very high quality on the workmanship!
New drywall, trim and paint also had to be done around the pony wall that the island is attached to.  The joints are tight, and the painting looks great with nice straight lines.  Honestly, it looks even better than before.
In replacing the granite countertop, Tony helped us find a slab that matches the rest of our kitchen perfectly.  Tony's granite guys did a beautiful job in cutting and installing the new countertop.  We LOVE it!  Tony says he only works with the best people in their field, and it shows in the end product.  Everyone on his team was professional, courteous, and punctual.  Yet another reason why Tony is so good at what he does.  He surrounds himself with the best.
If there was ever a picky customer, it is ME.  I am extremely detail oriented, am an artist, and have done a lot of my own painting and trim and crown molding work.   So because I have such a keen eye for detail it's really hard for me to NOT notice flaws, mistakes or imperfections. I know what it takes to make finish work look good and I can sometimes make contractors a little crazy with how nit picky I can be. So for me to say that all of the work done by Tony and his team looked beautiful and had high quality workmanship, is practically a miracle.  For Tony, it's par for the course.
Our new kitchen island looks amazing and is everything we wanted it to be.  We are grateful to Tony for being such a stand up guy, for being extremely organized, honest, always on time, professional, for providing quality workmanship, for having fair and competitive pricing, for being patient and informative in dealing with our concerns, for being accommodating, for listening to our requests and working hard to provide us exactly what we asked for.  We will hire him again in a flash the next time we need ANYTHING done in our home, and we will recommend him to everyone we know.

It went well.   Only one problem with a vanity on back order, which through off the work schedule, but you really can't do much about that.   It's either available or not.  Otherwise it was a good experience.   All of the workers were very professional and pleasant.  They were always on time.   Tony really cares about the quality of his work and he doesn't take short cuts.    He also recommended Mitch from the Carpet Store to do my wood floors.   They did a wonderful job installing the floors.    This was not included in the cost I posted.   I am planning on using TME construction again to do my last bathroom.   I am just waiting on Mercury Insurance to pay me the rest of my claim.     I would suggest communicating with Tony by phone and not by email as he is not in the office much.    He is very busy.  He always responds within a hour our two when you call him or text him.  If you send an email, he may not get it for awhile.   Once you know that, then there are no issues with communication.   Tony is a very nice person and his crew are really great to work with.   I would recommend him for projects large and small.

    The Water Damage Experts Incorporated
    1. Failed to contact me after 5 days, I had to call them today.  Points the finger at Angieslist.
    2. Derrick (sales/tech) calls me 3 times trying to upsell me from the ad purchase to a much higher package. I tell him I expect them to honor and complete the mold inspection swab test the ad detailed.
    3. Joe the owner calls me explaining that this was a mistake Angieslist made, he can't do just the swab mold inspection and that I must also buy the additional air samples or just go get my money back from AL.
I told Derrick and Joe both several times calmly that I understand mistakes happen but I expect them to honor ad and not add insult to injury after flaking after one week. After several times giving Joe a chance to do the right thing I told him I would post review to others. He offered to send me $100 just to keep me happy and I told him it's not the money and that he's cost me a week with our kitchen sitting apart waiting for this, I just want the job done and I expect him to do what the ad I bought offered, plain and simple?..he refused. WARNING! If this is how this guy handles problems, beware.

    DRN Enterprises
I got a call from my caretaker that my Mom's house was nearly destroyed due to water damage. I live in Los Angeles and the house is in Colorado. Luckily my caretaker referred me to DRN. I talked to another company, but it was clear that DRN had the experience to handle a disaster of this kind. I went with them and boy am I glad I did!

Not only did they do an amazing job completely renovating my Mom's house, but they helped me navigate the difficult insurance company. This process was extremely difficult and if it wasn't for DRN's experience and determination I might never have been able to get this job done!

Thanks to DRN we got the house done, it looks great and now has happy tenants!
