    Professional Drain Service
My real estate agent connected me with Juan to do the sewer inspection for a house I (ended up buying). He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as just friendly, and he recommended installation of an epoxy liner to rehabilitate a 4 inch clay sewer pipe that had quite a few cracks. Then I bought the house and had the work done - I have to say that everyone I dealt with was very professional, and I was blown away by how nice everything looked when they were done - they excavated a clean-out in the front yard, then put everything back and it pretty much looked like they were never there, complete with wood chips all pretty and everything. They included a sewer video of the new installed liner and it looked great, and everything was done in two days. It could not have gone any smoother.

    AA All Valley Plumbing
Joe came out on a Sunday (bonus points) to look at the problem and gave us a quote to replace our cast iron sewage pipe from our guest bathroom and the main line out from the house. He had a 4-man team and said he could get the job done in one day, four days from then. On the day, they showed up promptly and got to work digging up the front yard to replace the main sewage line out from the house. About two hours in, Joe informed me that the state of the system was bad enough that the entire thing needed to be replaced with ABS. He said that would be another 50% of the estimate for running the pipe from the kitchen and laundry room and it would take an additional day. I was a bit put out by the surprise being sprung only after work was under way but I also know that the sewage pipes were original to the house, which was built in 1959 and I believe what Joe told me about the state of them. In the end, our entire sewage system was replaced; the team carted away the old, rusty pipes; they left the place looking exactly like it did when they got there; and I was pleased with the work that was done.

Rooter Alert Plumbers & Sewer Contractors
It's easy to write a positive review when everything goes well.  But when it doesn't, you really see the kind of company you're working with by they way they respond.  Rooter Alert does it right!
The first technician came out on Friday night as it was starting to get dark, which was less than ideal, esp. since the appt was originally for the AM and the work was outside in the backyard.
He did 2 hrs of hydrojetting but wasn't able to solve all the issues (there were 2 blockages and the hydrojetting only solved the smaller one).  While he was decent overall, it felt like he wasn't really trying to figure it out, but just do the minimum required to satisfy the work they said they would do.  I asked about a few other options to find a solution and got push back each time.  When he left, my issue wasn't solved and I was out $550.
The next day, I received a follow up from Mike and told him what had happened.  He then referred me to Julie who called me a couple of days later.
She was AMAZING.  After apologizing for the initial result, she scheduled another technician out to my house a couple of days later with some more equipment, a much better attitude and a willingness to solve this for me.
He was able to camera into the tighter spaces and and also snaked the line.  After a bit of back and forth, he pulled out a chuck of roots that was clearly blocking the passage of water and within minutes, water was quickly finding it's way down the hill i live on and pouring out of the outlet.
There were so good about following up and making sure I was happy that they have earned my business going forward.
Thanks to Julie and team for following up and making my satisfaction a priority.

Ed Paster & Son Plumbing & Rooter
Last May,. the pressure valve in my water heater was leaking.  They told me it was because the pressure was too high and sold me a regulator for $400.  I was told that it would either solve the problem or only leak a little bit once in a while.  It didn't help at all.  I was afraid to call them back because they charge so much.  Another plumber came to unclog a drain and he told me the regulator was bad.  I called Paster because the regulator was still under warranty.  They sent me an email that said the technician would arrive between 8 and 10.  After 10AM, the called to say he was late.  He came at 11:30 - he denied that the regulator was bad and he told me I needed a pressure valve for $231 and maybe that would fix it and if it didn't fix it then I would have to pay for another one and $400 for a tank.  Maybe it that would fix it and maybe not either.  Maybe, maybe not.  With what they charge you would think there would be a greater probability of it being fixed.  I called another plumber from Angie's list who is almost $100 chapter for the valve and a nice guy.  Keep trying and DON'T use these people.

    AA All Valley Plumbing
This is the third time we've utilized AA All Valley Plumbing.  We have an older home with all the standard plumbing challenges.  AA All Valley has been there every time for us.  We were able to get an appointment within a day of the date we called.  They arrived promptly and spent about 20 minutes clearing the sewer line from the kitchen to the main.  They are always very helpful and making recommendations to prevent future issues.  Will go to them again in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

    Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter
We have used this company twice in one month.Very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism.  We had a leaking valve in an upstairs shower that was causing water damage on our ceiling in living room. They figured out the problem and got it fixed.  Two weeks later, we had blockage in our downstairs drains.  Turns out there were tree roots growing into clay sewer pipes and they got that fixed for us.  Prices were very reasonable.  They showed up when they said they would.  Ash, Aram and Steve.

    Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter
01/2013 I purchased the big deal hoping that I just needed a main sewer line cleaning; unfortunately, I needed to replace the entire main sewer line.  I received this same opinion from several different providers at much higher prices than I received from Leak Free.  I decided to replace the main line. Leak Free did an excellent job installing a trenchless main sewer line very quickly with little interruption to my daily life. I have contacted Leak Free several times over the last 2.5 years for all my plumbing needs.  They are honest, quick and very knowledgeable. A+++

Rooter Alert Plumbers & Sewer Contractors
Originally bought $199 Big Deal for hydro jet cleaning but after camera inspection showed no clogs at all, the main office agreed to charge me just for the inspection, which was the $125 big deal.  On time and pros.

Rooter Alert Plumbers & Sewer Contractors
We have now used Rooter Alert twice in less than a month, both times they were great.  The first time they came out in May we had a backup in our main bathroom tub.  It was likely due to a hair ball that I couldn't get to.  I called Rooter Alert last minute with some very specific time constraints because I had to go out of town the next day and they were able to squeeze me in.  They quickly assessed the situation, snaked the drain and my tub was back up and draining within an hour.
The second time I called Rooter Alert out was about a month later in June.  The sewer line that connects our kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom had become clogged.  The kitchen was occasionally backing up and draining slowly and the last straw was when the washing machine backed up in the bath tub of our guest bathroom.  It was clearly a case of years of sludge accumulating in the pipes.  Marc and Mario recommended hydrojetting the line.  It took about 1.5 hours and after that everything has been running smoothly for about a month.
Both times Marc and Mario, were prompt, clean, and polite.  I would definitely recommend Rooter Alert.
