    Aqua Concepts Inc
Contacted us right away, very professional but after I made clear that we had a firm 50k budget, they came in at 70k and would not budge. Would have loved to do business with them but they were just too pricey.

Working with Nes was a pleasure, after reviewing a couple quotes we received we decided to work with E-Z Genesis because we felt they are reliable and trustworthy. Nes has been a blessing, he was always on time, cleaned up after himself and our new gate and fence & gate looks amazing.

Joseph really has eye for design and construction, in the beginning I had it all planed out in my mind but I was unsure of the real application. He helped me put on paper and very professionally told me has to be done to get the job done. There is no cutting corners with this guy, once he starts he has to have everything done to perfection. It was unreal from start to finish, the team cleaned after the job, and made sure that the back yard was spotless. I am really happy with the work Joesph, thank you very very much this is just a way of telling world of your great skills.

    Super builder construction
We are very happy with the job that was done to replace a two story post holding up a second floor deck and a portion of the roof. The post had dry rot.  We also replaced the deck surface. The work was scheduled and completed in about 5 days.  Our contractor, Jason, was professional, very helpful and attentive during the whole process.  The workers were professional and left the work place clean.

Not only do they do excellent work, but when ever I have had anything need a quick fix, they are always there to come take care of it. Since this was the first big rain after having the new roof put on, they came before the storm to make sure all seals were good, and even after the rain to inspect that all was well. Cavalier builders does not just treat us like a client, they treat us like family.

    EMINENT CONSTRUCTION

Mark (the owner of the company) called me last week in response to the review I wrote, and wanted to come see the job in the interest of making it right.

What a nice surprise to get this call. Mark came out on Saturday and looked at the job and told me he will make it right and to give him three weeks.

I'm looking forward to seeing this get fixed, and I'll keep you updated on the results.

This being our first house me and my wife were very leary of hiring a contractor to remodel our kitchen.
We had been dealing with what we had for 5 years, it got to the point our cabinet doors were hanging off the hinges.
We finally bit the bullet and decide to have some companies come out for estimates. We asked a few neighbors if they knew anyone and one mentioned Supreme.
After meeting with them we were still a little nervous, they seemed great but again this is our first house and we wanted to make sure we had the right people so we invited out another contractor for a comparitive bid.
The difference in the presentations and overall customer service were glaring. It was like night and day. Supreme's rep was early, knew his stuff and gave us an honest quote for not only the kitchen, but a few smaller projects we were interested in doing sometime in the future.
He was patient listened and took the time to understand our needs before letting us know costs. The other company rescheduled our first appointment and put us off for a week. When someone finally did show up they seemed to be exhausted and only interested in spitting out a price so we could sign a contract.
He was much lower on pricing but didn't include nearly the amount of work Supreme was going to do and seemed unrealistic. They didn't take the time with us and just seemed to be in a rush to get in and out so they could get to their new job.
I guess this is the difference between a smaller (Supreme) company and a larger one. Supreme seemed to really care and like they wanted to work WITH us whereas the other guys seemed to just want to add more money to their pile and never see us again.
We ended up signing with Supreme and the kitchen came out incredible. We ended up doing one of our bathrooms a month after and couldn't be happier. Their attentive, their staff is small enough that I get the same person everytime I call, they've taken care of every minor issue we've had (even ones that weren't thier fault).
Overall I don't think we could've made a better choice and we plan to do much more work with Supreme in the future.
Thanks for all your help guys!

    The Fix It Man Repairs
Mark built a privacy screen for the deck/pergolla he had finished about a week earlier. I had discovered after he finished the deck that it would be necessary but had not included it in that original job. He accomodated my schedule to give me this addition to the deck; assembling the materials, and actually working on the 4th of July holiday in order to provide the privacy I wanted between my new deck and the neighbor's back yard. He had done smaller jobs for me in the past, but this deck was the largest job I had asked of him and it came out beautifully. He has always been very profesional and done the work I have asked for in an efficient and timely manner. His prices are fair for very exceptional work. He is always on time, working steadily to complete the given job, and has always left a cleaned up work site on completion. I would definitely recommend him to friends and have already discussed future jobs around my home with him.

Oury did a great job. Very timely, responsive, helpful and the deck looks great. I had a need for fast turnaround due to home sale and Oury arranged the job on one day's notice with the deck being complete in two days. Very satisfied.

    Swink's Creations
We hired Swink's Creations to remodel our pool.  The pool was built back in the 70's and was all original. The plaster was flaking off, tiles were missing and brick on the raised bond beam at the back of the pool had disintegrated.  Our goal in the remodel was to replace the plaster, tile, raised bond beam, plumbing and filter.  Many companies that we spoke with said that in order to replace the plumbing we would have to demo all of the decks and pour new concrete, which can be very expensive, and was out of our budget.  Mark, the owner of Swink's, was the first person to propose running the plumbing along the outside of the pool "shell" and then they would pour new concrete coping around the pool.  This strategy allowed us to do everything on our list and stay within budget.  In addition to his recommendations, Mark was really professional and it seemed like he knew what he was talking about.
The actual process took about 3 weeks from start to finish.  Mark's project manager, Denis, stopped by the house to check the progress at least once a day, and communicated how things were going and what would happen next.  Denis and Mark both paid close attention to the aesthetics of the design, for instance due to the construction, one of the cracks in our existing deck became quite a bit deeper.  Denis proposed building out the step nearby to get rid of the crack but also line up the step with the new coping.  I'm the type of person that obsesses over small details, so I appreciated that Denis noticed this problem and suggested a reasonable solution.  I think some companies would just carry on as originally planned and not worry about the ugly crack.
The Swink's crew set the bar pretty high for future contractors that work on our property.  I cannot say enough good things about them and our pool looks great.  I can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can finally swim in our "new" pool.
