    On Time Plumbing
Isidoro was great! He removed a leaky water heater, took it to a designated store for replacement under warranty, then returned and installed the new water heater. He made sure the area was clean of all debris before leaving. In fact, he helped re-direct the flow of water in the garage in case there is ever another leak. This is a great company that has done a lot of plumbing work for me over the past few years. In addition to replacing this water heater, they replaced a water heater at another location, and in July they replaced many of the galvanized sewer lines in my home. In addition, the provided me with a video inspection of my main sewer line. Isidoro and Kevin are extremely professional to work with and I always call them whenever I have plumbing work to be done.

AAA Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter
The folks @ Mike Counsil have done work for us in the past, including the heater installation and unclogging/cleaning a backed up drain. Any time we've had work done by them, they are always right on time and very professional. They get the job done and clean up after they're finished to ensure there's no clean up for the customer. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

    Dependable Rooter and Plumbing
These guys are the Rolls Royce of emergency plumbing. We had clogged pipe that needed to be rooted with a spinning snake. Of course it was Saturday when all this happened. They answered the phone and scheduled an spot and wrong time We got two plumbers in two two trucks The Arianna had actually been a foreman on her previous job so was way above the skill level you would expect on a weekend plumbing call. They crawled under the house, photographed everything wrong and then pulled the toilet and ran the power snake. Absolutely perfect job. These guys are pricey but they are off scale good.

R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing - Rooter
We used Ribbs for a huge plumbing issue. Our main sewer line under the concrete slab of our family room had completely disintegrated and water was sleeping under the house. David and Juan and team spent a week cutting through the slab and then replacing the line. David was extremely thorough in his explanation of work to be done and keeping us informed of what he would do each day and what the plan was for the next day. The workers were punctual and worked diligently till the end of the work day. Ribbs pricing was comparable to several other companies we checked with. David is a great guy to work with and he did all the little extras. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future should the need arise.

    Chandler's Plumbing
I have used Chandler's Plumbing several times for small things (toilet valve type of stuff) and also big projects (replacing water heaters). They have always been professional, thorough, and competitively priced (though not very punctual). The price always ends up as quoted or very close. Most recently we had an issue with a leaking water heater that resulted in some mold growth/drywall damage. Ishmael was able to quote a complete solution (mold remediation, drywall repair, replace water heater and leaking valves), meaning I didn't have to reach out to multiple companies and try to coordinate all their schedules together. After I pointed out that his workers tracked dirt all over the carpet, Ishmael immediately offered to pay to have the carpets cleaned (i.e. he took responsibility rather than making excuses). I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing project, big or small.

AAA Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter
I am writing this after the fact, so bear with me. We had a leak in the bath. Noticeably coming from the inlet pipe to the toilet. I shut off the water valve and the valves to the sink which the cold valve was slightly leaking. Plumber C came and determined that the valves and inlet pipes needed to be replaced. Then he said the toilet itself was leaking. (which now I do not believe). He replaced the toilet and sink valves and inlets and noticed that there was water coming from around the bottom of the faucet, so replaced the faucet. (which now I do not believe needed to be). He left and the first time the toilet was used, it was noticed to be rocking back and forth. Plumber J came on a Sunday to fix the toilet. There was a problem with the faucet, so Plumber C returned to replace. During the first visit, Plumber C determined that there was a leak under the house, so Plumber J was to come out to see and give us a quote. He never came, nor sent an estimate to this date. I believe these gentlemen are salesmen first, and plumbers second.

    Patterson Plumbing and Drain Inc.
Fantastic! Ivan was able to determine the source of the leak within 30 minutes, tracking it down to a failing hot water heater 2 floors up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly replace the hot water heater. And unlike a plumber I'd used previously who charged one fee to look at the problem and another fee to actually repair it, Ivan really will come out and assess your problem for free. Great service!

If you want put your family life at risk, hire him, If you want accident happened in your house, hire him, If you want your job delayed, hire him, If you want your job not follow building code, hire him, If you want clean up his ***, hire him.... I had a contract with David Soliz on re-pipe a house which is around 2100 square feet, has 4 bath sinks, 2 showers, 3 toilets, 1 kitchen sink, 1 water heater, 1 washer in September 2017 for $8200 in south bay. Time line of the re-pipe job. His working hours in my house usually from 1-2pm to 8-9pm. Twice continuously no show for 3 days. 9/1/17, we signed initial contract, $4000 deposit paid. 9/6/17. House is empty and gave house key to David, communicated fumigation schedule. David said job will be started next day, and agreed job done by 9/25/17. 9/11 - 9/14, 3 days fumigation and 1 day subterranean termite treatment 9/27/17, Family moved in, no drinking and shower water. David came in from 8:00-8:45pm to connected water heater and shower. 10/1/17, David said job done at 7:30pm. Reviewed 3rd revised contract, asked for $1K+ extra charge without extra charge receipt/invoice. Job Safety: Gas leak from water heater connection from 9/27/17 8:00pm to 10/1/17 3pm, around 90 hours. The water heater just located out if bed rooms. 2 adults and 2 young kids live in the house. Home owner detected and pointed out to David. David fixed it. During the gas leaking period, David was working in the house from 11am to 6pm every day. When I asked him why not did safety check. He said just not fast a screw. David worked alone to remove a heavy transite or asbestos cement pipe which is the venting for water heater. The transite fell, broke hole in ceiling, scratch door and dent on hardwood floor. Not follow building code. I clearly asked the water hammer for washer at initial estimate. It was not installed. Called on 6/21/18. David came and did a ugly fix, see the attached photo. Also most of pipe at crawl space was not fasted and supported. And corrosion happened at welding joint.

    The Plumber's Handyman
John's got really good plumbing knowledge. He also took the time to clean 20 year's of hard water stains around the old faucet plate before installing the new one, which I thought would never come out.
