    Archon Tree Services Inc
The men that came cane and asked how I wanted the tree trimmed and then thoughtfully made suggestions and cleaned it up beautifully. It is a huge maple out front, that I adore- it looks just lovely and ready for Spring!

    Method Paving
Great job overall, very professional and top quality service. Nathan was always on time and very responsive to our questions. He worked with the city inspector on securing an agreement on the driveway gradient. Will definitely hire again, if needed.

    About Green Land Care
Excellent. Vince is very professional, knowledgeable and offered a fair price for the job. He was extra careful with outside furniture, moving them out of the way, putting them back after the job and cleaning the area afterwards. I would definitely recommend him

    Aly's Tree Trimming Pruning & Yard Clean-Up
While he was quick to come and give me a quote, once I called to schedule the service, it was like I had to track him down for me to give him my business. I left a message saying I wanted to schedule to service, but a day later I had to call and find out what was up. When I talked with him, it sounded like he was in a room full of children and really wasn't concentrating or focused on the business I wanted to give him. He verbally agreed to doing the job the next day. He asked that I sign the contract, put the date of service on there and email it back to him, which I did within a half a hour. I even got an email back from them saying that they had received the contract and would print it out and put it on his desk. So here it is the next day, and no word from them about what time they would come by. So I call and he says it's not on the schedule and he doesn't have a copy of it on his desk. He has a process and the contract is not on his desk. He has a lot to keep track of and to me he doesn't do a very good job of keeping track of things. He said he sort of remembers the conversation from yesterday, so why didn't he follow up about it. With 2 different phone numbers to call I think information gets lost and you the customer gets lost. I would NOT recommend them.

    Dick'S Sprinkler Repair
SHAME ON ME! Shame on me for listening to the other reviews when I saw red flags! First, when I asked for a quote, Dick said, " I don't know how much it will cost until I get in there and see what has to be done." Ballpark was $2,000 to repair sprinklers front and back. So I said let's just do the front yard which is half the size of back yard. And I'm thinking of the review that said he was fast. Next day, my bill was 95.00/hour for 10 hours labor and he replaced 25 sprinkler heads at $6 per head plus a $40 part I don't know what it was. Total was $1,250.00 which included $110 bill from a plumber whom Dick got to come out to replace a leaking faucet bib. Next day when picking up his check, Dick said, here's why your water bill is so high...you have a leak. I asked for a quote and, again, he said, "I don't know how much it will cost until I get in there and see what has to be done." SHAME ON ME For allowing him to continue. 6 hours later @ $95.per hour and another $30 part I don't know what it was for, I had an additional $600 bill; he said there were so many roots surrounding the pipe that had to be dug out. BUT that's not all! He removed a sprinkler head during the process of fixing the leak and didn't replace it saying he was trying to save me money! My son said he capped it off. ALSO, while fixing this leak, he destroyed my plants and was throwing them away. SO now, this particular area doesn't get the water coverage it needs. He didn't replace any of the sprinklers heads in this area, and some of the remaining plants are turning yellow. I'm left with parched dirt in the area of the leak. I enclosed a picture. Unfortunately, this is next to the walkway leading up to the house. BUT TO TOP IT ALL OFF, the next day when the automatic system came on, one whole section wasn't turning on. When I called Dick, his response was, "OH, I DON'T TOUCH THE CONTROL BOX!" He proceeded to give me a number for a sprinkler technician! Until I can save up enough money to get a true "technician" out, my grass and Mayten tree in the front yard in the unwatered section, continue to die. Needless to say, the backyard will have to wait its turn. All I can say is SHAME ON ME! FOR SHAME, FOR SHAME, FOR SHAME!!! Total bill $1,850.00 and I still have dead grass! BTW, From looking at the figures, he replaced 2.5 sprinkler heads an hour. I certainly don't consider this fast. Hence, an F on price. PS: I gave him a D on professionalism because I feel he took advantage. He wouldn't commit to a price or how long it would take. I gave a D on quality because he didn't replace the sprinkler head where the leak was and I only found out after everything was done. And I would think a professional "sprinkler guy" would make sure everything is up and running including making sure the control box is running correctly. Especially at what he charges. Pictures were taken 8/6/17.

    Rosa's Maintenance, Inc.
It was good. She showed up on time and fixed my sprinklers. There was no additional charge. She showed up on time and did what she said. That was good. It was a reasonable price, it was a good price. She knew what was going on, she made some other recommendations on stuff. So, she was very good.

    Pacific Construction & Design
I had a wonderful experience working with Pacific construction & design. The concept was incredible, smooth, clear, fixed in price and the finished design is even nicer! Its hard to believe that my landscape project is now completed and how great it looks too. What makes me more happy and pleased with my decision to hire and work with this company is that I have had many compliments and positive reactions about the work that they did and I love that it all came together so nicely. Ori helped me to make and take his suggestions and improvements along the way of the remodeling process too. Some of the changes were also lowered the original quote design and allowed me to have more flexibility and pricing for additional plans and features such as a fire pit and seating area that were originally going to be phased out from the original plan that I had before meeting with Ori. Now after I hired this company and saw what they really can do and offer, I can definitely write that he will work with you to get your project within your budget (without any doubts). More with that, I was pleased with the efficiency of the project progress and completion. Part of the work was to install lights that will be used at nights and will light the area in the back yard. The lights that were selected and recommended by Ori were low voltage lights which will save me money as well during the evenings. My neighbors were impressed how quickly it was done as well. Many thanks to Pacific construction & design and specially Ori for the amazing design and final results of my back yard remodeling. My friends are now asking me for your contacts after they seen the actual work that you did. I'd love to recommend you to everyone

    Estate Scapes
Just finished our third project with Estate Scapes. Super happy with the results, as always. David makes it so easy to plan based on budget. Allowed us to pick and choose from line items in quote, and even made suggestions for alternatives when we found ourselves in a "Goldilocks" situation: this choice is beautiful/too expensive, this choice is priced right, but less appealing... David's crew is beyond professional! Felix, Ramon, and Carlos clearly understand customer service. They accommodated process requests/questions immediately and without issue. Felix (crew lead) pays attention to detail. He asked questions and made suggestions for tweaking the project in ways we hadn't thought of and really appreciated! Have done, and will continue to, refer David and crew to friends and family!

    Dick'S Sprinkler Repair
This is the second time i've used him.
Job was done very fast, very professionally.   Dick DOES NOT USE LOW QUALITY MATERIALS.  He believes in FIX IT ONCE!  He only uses commercial grade materials/valves, costs a little more, but will last forever!!
Showed up with all materials needed, did a great job, I'm very happy.

    Method Paving
This was the second project that weve had done by Method Paving. The first project was almost 2 years ago where they used paving stones to redo our driveway, front walkway and front porch. They did such a good job the first time, we invited them back to work on our latest project. For this project, we developed a diagram of what we wanted done and had an idea of what type of pavers we wanted installed. We contacted Method Paving to have someone come out to review our project. They sent Nathan Cohen, who we had worked with before. Nathan listened to what we wanted done, took some measurements, and provided a quote which we accepted. Nathan also suggested a different paver color scheme for the patio. We visited the Calstone plant in Sunnyvale, got a map to their rock garden from the office, and surveyed the rock garden for the paver styles for our project. We made decisions about the pavers for our project and let Nathan know. They then put us on the schedule. Between the time of the initial quote and the start of the project was a little over 5 weeks. The project itself took 5 days to complete. The new walkway was about 108 square ft. The new patio was around 620 square feet. The new garden border was 25 feet long. Nathan and his crew did a wonderful job. They made sure that what they were doing was what we had asked for. The crew was hard working, and you could tell that they took pride in their work. The finished product was a testimony to their high level of attention to detail. They even exceeded our expectations in one area. Situated on the walkway in the backyard is our heat exchanger for our air-conditioning system. They had to work around it. We were expecting after the work was done that we would still see what was left of the the concrete slab that the heat exchanger was sitting on. To our surprise, they installed pavers so that the concrete slab would be hidden all of the way around the heat exchanger. If we have another project in the future where we could use their services, we would certainly give them a call.
