Everything went smooth from start to finish. Lori is on top of everything. She knows cats well and knew what to do while we were away. She checked in every day & provided photos & videos, which helped us fell very good and happy to enjoy our vacation.

Lori and her husband Bill are part of my family now. Not only are they reliable and available on short notice for either quick visits or overnight care, they are caring, compassionate, patient and kind to my boys. We recently lost our cat, but thanks to Lori seeing us through a vet emergency while I was out of town, we were able to enjoy six additional months with our fur baby. When we welcomed a new bundle of fur baby into our home a couple weeks ago, “aunt Lori” was there waiting with a gift basket to welcome the new one home. She spoils them rotten with goodies and even my elderly dog gets up and excited and wags his tail when he hears her voice. They really love my pets as if they were their own. I feel safe and secure knowing they are in her care when I must travel for work. I would give them an A+. The experience is exceptional. You get what you pay for with pet sitting. I wouldn’t say it’s overly expensive, but for the mature quality of care and knowledgeable expertise coco and boo afford me, I wouldn’t spare any expense. She is always professional. With an elderly dog, unfortunately Lori has had to clean up her far share of messes….. She never complains and always goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable and well cared for.

Lori's service is personal, she is flexible, on time, trustworthy, and my pets love her. She has become much more than a petsitter, shes a friend, and part of the family. "Aunt Lori"! Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased with Coco & Boo.  Lori (the owner and principal cat sitter) is not only a cat sitter, but a cat owner advisor.  In my case, with an old cat that wasn't eating his soft food, she taught me that adding a splash of hot water and mixing makes it more palatable.  Also, she recommended a hot pad for him.   And she texted pictures every day and a short film of him when I was out of town.  These may seem like small things, but they add up.  The cat really took to her too!

    Mission Animal & Bird Hospital
We've been to this vet a couple of times. It's quite a business--and I mean that in the best and worse sense. They have a large operation and a professional front end, but that means the personalized service isn't always there. An example was that we scheduled to see the vet, but when we arrived were told that we were only scheduled for blood work which they wouldn't do without an exam and they couldn't do that on that day. They should have known that when we booked. They also mentioned the vets were all in a meeting. That too should have been obvious before we arrived. We'd received two phone calls and an email reminder/confirmation of our time. Why weren't they prepared. We were re-scheduled and sent away. Never fun when you've put your cat in a carrier and driven him, yowling, to the office.
On the second trip, we got the services we wanted and more. The more was not good. The more was that they dispensed the meds themselves at 600% the cost it would have been at a normal pharmacy. When I pointed that out, they were willing to refund and contact our pharmacy, but if it had been my first prescription with the meds, I wouldn't have known they were gouging me. A mark-up for convenience is one thing, this was outrageous.

    North County Cat Hospital
I continue to take my cats to NCCH; I'm so glad I found Dr. Daly and his staff. The personnel couldn't be kinder or more caring to me and to my cats. They're so good at handling the cats, too.
Several of Dr. Daly's staff members are available as pet-sitters, and they've been a great help to me, too.
Please note that the "year" datum attached to this review has no meaning: the office isn't in a home, it's in a small shopping center, and I have no idea when the center was built.

    Surfside Animal Hospital
I MOVED TO THE OCEANSIDE AREA LAST YEAR AND FOUND SURFSIDE THRU THE INTERNET. MY DIABETIC DOG WAS MISDIAGNOSED MY ONE OF THE VETS IN THE OFFICE SO WE TRIED THE OTHER VET WHO WAS MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND a GOOD ALL AROUND PROVIDER. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS A DIFFERENT STORY, I SUSPECTED EARLY ON I WAS BEING OVER CHARGED BUT NEVER SAID ANYTHING JUST WROTE CHECKS BECAUSE I LIKED DR SEIBERT.
ON 09/28/2012 I SCHEDULE A PROCEDURE WITH THE OFFICE AFTER A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE VET AND A PRICE QUOTE OVER THE PHONE. I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTION TO DROP OFF MY DOG AND THE PROCEDURE WOULD BE COMPLETED BY 10;30 AM. I DID NOT WANT MY SICK DOG TO WAIT IN A CAGE SO I ASKED TO BE CALLED AND BRING HER IN WHEN THE TECH WS IN ROUTE. THEY AGGREED , I WAS CALLED AND BROUGHT THE DOG IN ONLY TO WAIT AN ADDITION HOUR. THE DOG WAS FINALLY SEEN AT 1;30PM NOT 10;30 AM. I LEFT THE OFFICE HAVING WASTED MY WHOLE DAY TO BE TOLD THE PROCEDURE WAS 339 dollars NOT THE 225 dollars THAT WAS QUOTED. I FINALLY RESOLVE THE PAYMENT ISSUE AND RECIEVED A LETTER INFORMING ME TO TAKE MY DOG ELSEWHERE. FOR TREATMENT IN THE FUTURE. I WAS NEVER RUDEOF DISRESPECTFUL, I ONLY ASKED A FEW QUESTONS AND EXPRESSED MY DISAPPOINTMENT. THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I have spent thousands caring for my sick dog and will gladly take my business elsewhere to spend thousands more. DO NOT GO HERE

    Pacific Animal Hospital
We are new to the area and went on Angie's list for a Vet and decided on Pacific Animal Hospital. This place is huge and believe or not smelled great. No animal smell at all. The facility is very clean and the people who work there from front desk to the vet caretakers are very professional.
Zoe, our Siberian Husky was going for her yearly exam, rabies and other shots. She also got a heartworm test, which they did on site. They were gentle and understanding to Zoe's anxiety.
We also checked out their stay-over facility in case we go out of town. It was clean and there is an open area for the dogs to exercise.

We spent over $400. We just moved here from Colorado. They are very impressive. They have great facilities. They followed up and so forth. The vet spent a lot of time with me explaining everything. So, I understood as to why the cost was what it was. I don?t know how to judge the price because I don?t know what the prices are here. When I called to get an appointment, they gave me a different time as to when they thought I was showing up. When I got there at a different time, they went ahead and fit us in anyway. So, there was some kind of slip-up on communication there, but they were accommodating. I would use their services in the future too.
