  • This company was outstanding. They cost more than subbing our job out, but having one company do all the work for us saved us time and the headache of trying to get bids and deal with lining up jobs. They are professional, on time, beyond nice and a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring them again to reface our cabinets.

  • I'm so happy, Michael contributed to the completion of my kitchen renovation project. Interior and exterior renovations. Project knowledge and many years of experience; influence and guidance a plus. Code compliance. (many SF remodels!)
    - Michele O.
  • Legacy Constructors is professional, timely and provided great communications throughout. Follow through was outstanding as was service after the completion of the project. Highly recommended. Randy Bills is attentive, collaborative and friendly.

  • Tommy, and his main crew Omar and Julio besides other associates employed/contracted by GTL did overall an excellent job. We had numerous jobs to be done. They were very helpful in coordinating the work to be done with our availability time wise and arrival of certain purchased items. They were very organized and neat and kept our house clean and did not cause any accidental damage to our house. They very friendly, kind and reliable. We had contacted them after receiving positive comments from our friends for jobs they have done for them in the past and obviously did not regret.

We feel lucky to have found such a professional team that is able to  do a variety of home upgrade projects besides their expertise in indoor/outdoor painting!

We strongly recommend them to anybody planning home painting and any other house upgrades!

  • Mike Lomagno and his team at Ceramic Solutions did exceptionally nice work - we absolutely love our tile and new bathroom countertops! Mike and his team provided excellent quality workmanship at a very fair price and they were always prompt and very professional. I will be using his services again the future!

  • They did a great job. We are very happy with it. The only issue we had was that we found an aluminum wiring that we did not know was there. They called another electrician who came and fixed them all. They were our lowest bid.

  • I called for an estimate and asked at the onset what their "lead time" was for a small remodel. I told Tanya we needed some T&G added to the ceiling and several redwood gates that needed additional supports installed. She then told me their lead time was after Christmas and that they only do bath and kitchen remodels. Waste of time. And not very professional.

  • I told the estimator that we wanted to keep our existing tub, vanity and toilet.  I also told him we are happy with the layout. I mentioned that the tub was difficult to get into due the location of the faucet.  I asked about moving the faucet to the other side of the tub. He made rude remarks about how large, ugly and dated our tub was.  He insisted that the only way to fix the ?problem? was to put in a new tub, placing it under the window and then create Roman Stairs for easy entry.  He assured me that it was the best solution and kept pushing me in this direction.  We had other contractors estimate the job and they had less expensive solutions.  His ballpark figure was also much, much higher than all the other contractors we looked at.  Suffice it to say, they did not get the job.

  • America?s Dream Home Works replaced the granite in our kitchen ? a large job considering it took three slabs of granite to complete the project. A little background might be of interest. We had five estimates for this undertaking, while not the least expensive they certainly were not the most. It is difficult to compare contractors for several reasons; they all include different things in the price and leave out others. America?s Dream Home Works included everything all the others did, combined, and offered more in addition.
From the beginning estimate made by, a most pleasant, Larry to the final installation, all appointments and time line events were met with no exceptions. After the final contract was negotiated and signed with Larry an appointment was made to have the next step completed ? the final measuring and template production. Mike came to our home (on time, of course) and made a very detailed set of templates for each piece of the job. His attention to detail was impressive, to say the least.
We decided on Bedrosians to provide the granite and personally selected the three slabs needed for the job. After the slabs were delivered to America?s Dream Home Works my wife visited their fabrication facility and signed off on the exact placement of the templates on the slabs. This step is extremely important to assure the most appealing flow of the grain in the granite. After the fabrication of the granite a mutually acceptable appointment for the installation was made. Throughout the whole evolution, Lana and Tanya of America?s Dream Home Works kept us up to date on the project and advised us when we needed to make our decisions, i.e.; picking out the granite, etc.
We had been originally told by Larry that demolition and installation would take two and possibly three days ? this was satisfactory with us as it was only about a third the time other bidders indicated they needed (one contractor said he would need two weeks). Here is the amazing part ? Vladimir and his crew arrived, as scheduled and began the demolition work --eleven hours later they had cleaned up, packed their tools and left and we had perfectly installed, beautiful granite counter tops. Absolutely amazing, in my opinion!
My wife and I give our highest recommendation for your remodeling needs, particularly granite work, to America?s Dream Home Works. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their product and their service.

  • This was a large project for us and involved quite a bit of our home. It went quickly. No demolition was started until the cabinets were ready to be installed. After 3.5 weeks, we were back in our kitchen. The quality of the work was excellent in all cases. The WDS crew is highly skilled and competent and the subcontractors are as well. People cleaned up well after themselves at the end of day. No one smoked on sight. It all went really well.
Dave, our contractor, gave us a lot of help in designing the kitchen layout and in selecting components like granite, tile, lights and flooring. I did not have a vision for the kitchen, except that it be larger, so really needed this help. He made suggestions, but did not push for anything in particular, which worked well for me. Initially I was thinking of putting in an island, but Dave pointed out we only had room for a tiny island and it would be the same price if not cheaper to move the door and expand the kitchen. Done and done.
In addition to making the kitchen larger, we had a pocket door installed between the kitchen and dining room. Termites were discovered in that area and the damage was repaired. We had a small pantry that was converted to cabinets along with a shelf and wiring for the microwave. There was enough granite to line the shelf under the microwave and that really looks nice. The cabinets include a pull out shelf that houses bins for recycling and garbage. New wiring was also installed for the lights over the new breakfast bar.
Dave has lots of experience and seemed to read us very well and understand our priorities. I appreciate working with someone who's been in the business long enough to have seen everything and know what to do about it. It's clear he wants to do a good job and wants us to be happy with the end product and we are.
