    ProLog Restorations
ProLog came for their first visit, answered all my questions, freely offered their professional advice regarding the work I needed done, and provided a quote for the work. They were very professional and it was obvious they knew their craft backwards and forwards. I knew from their visit that they would do the job right. Start of work was delayed a couple of weeks, but once they started, they did the dry rot repair, then they allowed me to do some additional dry rot repair myself, then ProLog came back to do the power washing and apply 2 coats of stain. Their workers were courteous and professional, and hard-working. They also knew the right materials and stains for the job. Top quality work. About my only complaint was the prices they charged for their work. Very high prices. Unfortunately, at the time I had the work done I didn't a find good alternative vendor. In short, good, quality professional work, but very pricey.

    Cobex Construction Group
We are so happy we chose Cobex to do our remodel. We saw the recommendation for them on NextDoor and excellent reviews on Yelp, and they are living up to their glowing recommendations. Dimitri and Dave pay close attention to details and let nothing fall between the cracks. Their workers are a testament to the quality they provide their customers...they all work so hard and through it all are friendly yet professional.

I'm so happy, Michael contributed to the completion of my kitchen renovation project. Interior and exterior renovations. Project knowledge and many years of experience; influence and guidance a plus. Code compliance. (many SF remodels!)

    Top Quality Painting
My in-laws recommended Top Quality Painting to us and we have used them on several occasions. On each occasion, they have been professional, done an exceptional job and had reasonable prices. Nathan and his crew are perfectionists and its seen in their work. We couldnt be happier with them. Highly recommended.

    Sierra Sunscreens & Patio Covers
From the time of quote for our patio cover to completion, from the owner to the installers, they answered every question, were punctual and did a beautiful patio! They were reasonable, honored the 100.00 coupon from Angies list, even though I had forgot to tell him during the quote! Honest company and very good work!

    Straight Line Construction
Almost 5 years later it started leaking in 3 places, the worst being in the living room. We had to wait a couple of days for them to fix it. They couldn't say why it leaked as supposedly everything looked fine. Then next storm it was leaking again in L. R. with water now going down the wall. They said a nail had popped out. Survived one light rain but now is leaking third time! I don't even want them touching my roof again but it needs to be fixed. I don't know what to do to make sure it gets fixed right as I think some other entity needs to assess the problem.

    Top Quality Painting
I am a homeowner, who lives in another state from the home he worked on. He coordinated with the tenants and the project went well. Tenants were happy, work was accomplished on time and as agreed. I would use them again.

    West Coast Exteriors
Mike R. was the individual that came to give us a quote. He was on time, and friendly, but a typical "sales" guy. "Promise the moon" kind of person, but he showed us the BBB A+ rating for the company and assured us that customer service was their specialty. We signed the contract and gave him our deposit, had a start date set, and waited anxiously to see the finished product. WELL... it took almost 3 weeks beyond the original start date to get them out to do the work, which was totally prompted by my continual follow up via phone and email...I was not impressed with the communication at all. I also found it odd that every time they returned a call, they called my husband's cell vs. the numbers that I gave them to contact. When we provided our CC to pay for the materials, we were told after the fact, that they planned to charge an additional 3% for using a credit card. We had specifically discussed the use of a credit card with our sales man and were assured that it would not be a problem. He also promised two "free" columns to be installed by us, if we executed the contract while he was here. Needless to say, they tried to charge us $50 each for the "free" columns. In the end, both the 3% CC fee and charge for the columns was waived...but it was not without some intense discussion. Without boring you with the details, the workers were nice enough, but very messy and unprofessional. I stressed the importance of keeping the work area cleaned up at the end of each day, due to the proximity to our swimming pool, and the fact that my dog would need to walk through that area for potty time. I came home the first day and spent almost an hour sweeping up screws and metal shavings from my back patio (the exact place I told them needed to be left clean) and found white caulking footprints across my stained concrete. They were more careful when they returned, but still left their tools scattered around the yard, empty water bottles laying in my planters, and more caulking footprints around my back yard. Upon completion, I found a bag of trash in the street and a skill saw that had fallen from their van. I'm certain it was an accident, but just another example of the haphazard workmanship. Fast forward to the rain we had last week (Oct 14-16, 2016)... Our covered patio leaks like a sieve at the walls, and completely soaked the area that was supposed to remain dry. I immediately took pictures and a video and emailed them to the customer service person that I had worked with originally, as well as contacted our sales person (Mike), project manager (Sam), and left a voice mail at the unanswered office line. We received no call or email back until Monday Oct 17th, with a weak commitment by Kyle to send someone out to look at the issue. We requested a visit on Wednesday (today), but received no commitment. We have followed up twice, but we keep getting the push off. It's the same story as when we were trying to schedule the work originally..... Our total project cost was $13,550.00 and I really wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I will update this review if /when West Coast Exteriors does the due diligence to correct this problem. I cannot, in all good conscience, recommend this company. ***Follow up*** West Coast Exteriors eventually corrected the water problem and resolved the issue. However, the experience was not a pleasant one, nor was it done in a timely manner, and we will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

    Alkema Painting
Job completion was excellent. Every phase of the painting was beautifully completed and neat. The cleanup was excellent. This painter is the most competent I have used in years. Detail was beautifully executed and I would recommend to any person wishing to get the best paint job.

    Sticks & Stones Construction
I have 3 years demolition and some construction experience, and I helped Jason with this job. As one who has done such work, and one who has ripped out poor-quality work, I'm qualified to say what is "great quality," and such is truly Jason's work! He was on time, professional, and easy to work with!
