    Jeff is very responsive and arrived on time for every appointment. When we have a question he responds quickly and will drop by the house to refresh our memories on how to use a component or to check out a potential problem. He is very knowledgable, honest and personable. We had a problem with the speakers in the ceiling and thankfully he discovered the problem was not with the speakers but with a setting on the amplifier. He does not nickle and dime you. Great guy, great service. Highly recommended

    The shipment of security equipment arrived at our home and my husband set it up. Just like they said, it took less than 30 minutes to install. We Front Point and they performed the rest of the set-up from their end. We love the convenience of the equipment and the key fob remote is especially useful for setting/unsetting the alarm. We receive emails (and/or texts) from them whenever any type of security breach has occurred so that we are expediently alerted to any activity while we are gone from our home. At our previous home we used a hardwired system for our home security and we believe Front Point's wireless security is a much easier and more proficient way to handle security. We highly recommend this company.

    They responds when we need them. The other day, we had just switched over our telephone system in the house and I didn't realize that I needed to tell them that we had security alarm and so they contacted us because they do a check once a month and we weren't coming through. I had punched the alarm and it wasn't doing anything, so they contacted us right away and then they came out and fixed the problem. We pay them every six months and their quality and responsiveness are great. I called them in the morning and told them that I needed that alarm and they were right here in that afternoon. They gave me a time between 1 and 3 and they were between that time frame. They were very professional.

    We wanted a wireless home security system that was reasonably-priced. We contacted Security One, and they worked with us to configure a GE Simon XT system for our home. The company is not local, so we talked over the phone with their customer service agent to define which sensors and equipment we'd need, and then they shipped us the unit to install ourselves. The initial discussion with customer service was quick and painless, and we received the system just two days later. One of the sensors was missing, but they immediately shipped it to us, and then walked us through how to add it to the system. Installation was straightforward, and their customer service agent worked with us over the phone one last time to activate the system. Our monthly monitoring cost is reasonable (about $50/month) and the company is very responsive to problems: for example, we accidentally triggered a panic alarm a month ago, and when we called to tell them it was an accident, they took the time to walk us through the process of how the system notifies the monitoring center, how quickly they then notify the local police, etc. Their customer service is very good, especially for the price - we would definitely use them again. Our only concern is how long the GE equipment will last (for example, it is secured to the walls/windows with double-faced adhesive). But, this is a good option if you want affordable monitored home security, and we have been very pleased since installing it five months ago.

    Protect Your Home
    It is a good experience and I currently am still using them. One thing I do not like is the paying system. I have to pay one month before I get the service. So they have one month of money before I get the service. That is just the way they bill. It is unusual because most places bill you after I use their service. So they will always have one month of my money before I get the service. I chose this company because they were recommended by a friend who had used them for several years so I did not do competitive shopping. I don't know if there are better prices, but to me it seemed reasonable.

    I didn't renew the contract when it was up. Their salesman was a college kid and we thought it was a one year contract and it was a five year contract that we couldn't break. We paid $40 a month. The overall experience wasn't very good. We didn't like the salesman with the contract. The installation was in the wrong place and they wouldn't correct it without a fee. We had a couple of false alarms and they didn't have a maintenance program. We had to do all the testing and maintenance ourselves. Now that I don't have the contract with them, I have moved the system and I have it set up where I do my own monitoring. We wouldn't use them again. Their price was compatible with others.
