    American Home Improvement Inc
Neev was my Senior Project Manager. He was very much on top of every aspect of the project. His communication was fantastic and customer satisfaction was at the top of his priorities. Every person on his crew was courteous and clean. We were in a time crunch and they got the job done on time as promised. The quality of the work is apparent and the finished product looks great. Me and my wife are very happy. We would recommend Neev and American Home Improvement without hesitation.

    Bob Patterson Painting
Absolutely best painting contractor we have used. Did what he said he would, completed in timely manner and in a very professional manner. The crew was always punctual, polite, detail oriented, dressed clean, entire job site cleaned up everyday and was very courteous throughout the project. The paniting material was a professional grade as well. The work was done in a professional manner and at a reasonable price.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the final result. The workers were courteous, efficient, skilled, and each day left the place reasonably clean. Dean, our project manager, was accommodating and professional. He helped us to pick out tile and counter tops, meeting us at vendors' locations. He was very open to our requests for small fixes and items not specifically included in the contract without adding to the cost. We did have a few frustrating communication problems with the workers and foreman. A few times we were not informed of the work schedule, expecting workers who did not come, or coming when we were not expecting them (like early one Sunday morning). The original time estimate for completion (although not in writing) was 2-1/2 weeks. In reality, it took 2-1/2 months. Even two months after that period we still have a few loose ends to tie up.

I cannot speak highly enough of the fairness, quality and can-do attitude of David Moshe and his team. He respected my budget, opinions and desires and worked tirelessly to make my dream of my new home a reality in the minimum possible time frame. David is an expert at staying one step ahead of the process so that things run smoothly and is especially good at explaining the ins and outs of the construction process so that we could make mutually beneficial decisions together. Cavalier builders quoted fair prices, not rock bottom prices that would have required substandard building materials. In the event that something was not to my liking, David always responded immediately and worked to make it right. The final outcome of my completely remodeled home is stunning. If you are thinking about remodeling, I would highly recommend Cavalier Builders if you can get them! A company like this will always be in demand.

All the workmen were on time and professional. They attended to all questions and concerns. The whole process took longer then I expected but the outcome was well worth it. Neighbors have commented that "it is absolutely beautiful". "It is stunningly elegant" etc.

Very pleased with our new windows and sliding glass doors. A great process from start to finish. Mario was excellent and worked closely with us. Installation was done in a day, and they did a great job. Felt that the company was with us all the time with information on dates, etc.

    CJ Windows
Working with Curt and Charlotte James was one of the best experiences we've had so far in our ongoing home renovations. They were extremely responsive to our emails and very personable. When they quoted us for our window replacement, it was about 1/3 the cost of what two other local companies had tried to talk us into.
Curt is extremely knowledgeable and helped us come up with a plan to get our non-code-compliant bedroom up to egress code by working with Anlin to create a custom casement window for an odd-size opening we had. This saved us a lot of money, hassle, and drywall repair while still ensuring that our new windows met code and increased the safety of our home.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. They paid attention to details and used high-end sealant, not the cheap generic stuff from big box stores. We couldn't be happier with our new window installation, and now we want to go ahead and replace our sliding glass doors and older vinyl windows too! When we do, we will certainly be calling CJ windows again.

This was our first time hiring a contractor, and were pleased with the experience. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing to make sure everything held up well. Overall, it was a very good experience and we hope to hire them to do more work in the future.
The job included demolition, a tile shower with glass door and shampoo nook, toilet, tile floor, pocket door, vanity, sink, exhaust fan installation, and light fixtures; as well as carpet, baseboards, doorframe casing, and crown moulding in the bedroom and walk-in closet. The windows were replaced previously, and we did the painting and outlet/switch replacement ourselves, so that reduced the cost compared to what it would have been had we needed everything done.
The $12,000 total is the total cost we spent on the project; we shopped for and bought much of the materials, though some (like tile, cabinet, carpet, moulding) were purchased through Ed and paid for along with the service charges. It was still significantly less than other estimates we had received, and we are happy with the quality delivered.
We squeezed in our job before a few others he had scheduled, which I think is why I felt I had to initiate contact a little more than I had anticipated (I think he was really busy), though perhaps he is more communicative when the homeowner is present (husband and I were both working all day and returned after everyone had left for the day). It could also be that I had expected more communication than is generally provided in the industry (like I said, this was our first time hiring a contractor). That said, Ed was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond. We noticed that one trim piece had been missing on the shower valve installation, and he had his team member track down another one at the hardware store and reinstalled it at no charge.
The job was completed 1 or 2 days after estimate, but that is likely because we added the crown moulding to the list after the original contract. I believe the entire project took just over two weeks.
Now, the bathroom is the best-looking spot in the house, and we need to catch the rest of the house up to it!

    Vinyl Concepts
Excellent. From estimate to installation, work was extremely professional, responsive and very high quality. Would definitely use VC again for our fencing needs. They even coordinated directly with our electric gate motor installer (The Gatekeeper, also A+ on my review) to ensure specs were met and everything was ready to go on day of install. Craftsmanship is excellent and fencing looks beautiful - took photos to upload but apparently AL doesn't allow that anymore, sorry.

    American Vision Windows
They did a terrible job.  They cut wires in my yard when prepping for painting and didn't measure correctly for my patio door and cut it to fit and left patch work undone.  The painting crew was seen dumping paint in my plants and cutting flowers out of my yard without asking permission.  They did give me a free door as a part of the deal, but my paint is already starting to fade when it was supposed to last a lifetime.  I was not satisfied with their work.  Also the walkway lights are starting to rust at the base right after install.  There's also another steel light in my breezeway that is rusting as well.  They did do a nice job on my windows.
