ASo Cal Builders & Design IncSo Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. We are pleased to have a much needed new roof. Everyone who worked in our home wore a mask and practiced social distancing. We highly recommend So Cal Builders to our friends and family.- Bridget A.

He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. He was able to work with my budget around and remodel my kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted. The main reason why I decided to go with this company, they were able to start right away, and they were not pushy with us like other companies. All workers were very reliable. Before starting the job we did a walk through with the project manager and informed me the process of the installation. I am so pleased with the job that now I want them to fully remodel the second house of the kitchen that I rent. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and functional! They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. AThe absolute best! This was our first remodel and after a few meetings with Avi we were so impressed we decided to hire Avi and Finesse to do a remodel of our entire house. The house was in years of neglect and disrepair. This was a HUGE project. Demo and remodel of kitchen, 2 bathrooms and master bedroom, new flooring, tiling, new electrical, HVAC, repair and replacement of windows, painting of entire interior, no inch of the house was untouched, we moved out for two months. Avi, Sam and Joyce were amazing, creative, and always on site or in communication daily. Everyone on Avi’s crew were masters of their craft, at times there were 8-10 workers in the house at the same time, almost all have worked with Avi and Sam for 10+ years. Three months later we have a beautiful home that is in pristine condition. This is totally due to Avi’s vision of what was possible, within budget and done on a very tight timeline. Throughout this process we felt that we were so fortunate to have Avi and his team turning an aging house into a beautiful home.

AWhen I found IND Construction and decided to move forward with them, I felt at ease. Every single step, from design to architecture to clearing out an old shed, to building the structure and final touches, was done with care. That meant a lot to me and my dad, especially now, with COVID-19. The workers were thoughtful and all my questions were answered and attended to. At the end of the day, I was really thankful that my guesthouse was built. It gave me a sense of relief and accomplishment. When I look at it, I think of my mom, who had wanted to build a guesthouse. I think she would have been really happy.

ABack in March I had a pipe burst in one of my bathrooms that affected my unit and the unit below me. After the restoration process I had trouble looking for a reliable contractor. My friend referred to Orange Team Builders as a trusted, and reliable company. I hired them to repair the damages in my bathroom caused by the pipe burst and I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome of repairs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in remodeling or any general repair work. I will also use them in the future to remodel other areas of my home!
