  • I regularly received (timely) notices for great airfare deals, but had been unable to take advantage of any of them until last week. Because this was a "mistake" airfare I was doubtful I'd get to the deal in time, as it had been a few hours since the email had been sent. Imagine my surprise, when clicking on the link Scott's Cheap Flights/JGOOT provided for a RT ticket from Los Angeles (LAX) to Paris France (CDG) for $297.00 the airfare was STILL there!! This is an unheard-of cheap price and I immediately booked it. After booking, I sent a quick email off to thank them, and got a friendly follow-up with some additional information on the ticket I purchased. This is not the first time I've had a paid subscription to this type of business and JGOOT has proved to be the most valuable, timely, and informative. The yearly subscription cost has paid for itself many times over (lifetime) with the savings on just this ONE RT flight. Sorry I don't have a picture/download a picture of the e-ticket I was able to get because of their great work just yet, but I'll get some help to provide one if that will help.

  • I was blown away with the amazing experience we had with Pinnacle Car Service. Pinnacle has earned a lifelong customer here, and I would highly recommend them to both families and business travelers alike. Living in LA but growing up in the NYC area, I've traveled quite a few times to the NYC area, getting the same old boring car service no matter who I book it with, driver barely talks, takes a weird route, AC doesn't work properly, etc. Not with Pinnacle Car Service. Our driver was Frank, who picked us up in a beautifully clean 2018 Infiniti Q70. I knew something was different from the minute we sat down in the car and my son was already grabbing for snacks from the middle console. Frank offered us water and wifi (yes, wifi!) to go with the snacks. I had no use for the wifi, but my son instantly wanted to hop onto his laptop to watch YouTube for the hour drive. During the drive, we had a great conversation about not only the area and my reason for my visit, but also about Pinnacle and the company's motivation behind what they do to make the customer happy. It was quite refreshing and made the hour drive fly by. We used Pinnacle for the ride back to the airport as well and received the same great service as well with the same driver and car. About 30 minutes before we were getting ready to be picked up, I received a text from Pinnacle with a link to a website showing not only where the driver was but giving me the ability to track the driver right to our pickup location. No guessing if the driver was going to be on time, which removed the stress of getting to the airport. During the drive, we had another great conversation about my trip and everything we did. And of course my son instantly asked for wifi, which was happily turned on for him. Keep up the good work Pinnacle!

  • I arranged to have Prime Time Shuttle pick me up at the Burbank airport on Sunday Aug. 18, 2013 at 7:35pm after a flight in from Las Vegas but my flight did not take off until 10:20pm due to thunder storms in the area. The flight was over four hours late taking off. After landing in Burbank at approximately 11:30pm I called Prime Time but they would not pick me up because I was considered a "no show". I called them up on Monday for a refund but they would not remove their charge from my card so I am dispuiting it. I called them three different times and each time the time I spent on hold was 30 min. or longer. I told the people at Prime Time that people are standed at airports all the time due to bad weather but they don't seem to care.

  • I needed to arrange a triangle trip to New York and North Carolina over a long weekend. Travel times were tight as we needed to fly in from California. Hugh made this effort very easy for us. We had a 15 minute phone call to define what we needed, and Hugh took it from there. After coming up with a first pass, which we reviewed, I expressed a few concerns about connections and cost. Hugh went back and changed the routing and saved us significant money in the process. He followed up by sending us an organized hard-copy of our itinerary. He saved me what would have been hours of time searching the internet for the best deals. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

  • I hired their services to drive my parents to and from LAX for their vacation.  My parents were extremely happy with both their departure and arrival services.  Both drivers were professional and friendly.  Thank you guys, you made an impression on my parents and I appreciate that very much ! !   Need a ride to the airport , call Reserve Limo.  These guys are great !

  • I wanted a ride from my residence in Burbank, CA to Burbank Airport. The operator abruptly said they do not serve Burbank. I had also looked up Yellow Cab in Yellow Pages and they have a listing as Yellow Cab Burbank, which is the number I called. I told operator that it's funny that they do not serve Burbank since they have this add for Burbank. That is when he hung up on me. Therefore, I will never use their services again and will have no problem telling others in my business sphere of influence not to bother calling them. I called another company and was immediately helped with curteous and prompt service at a price I was surprised to get. As a business owner, I am always sorry to see a company lose business due to rude employees or misunderstandings, especially in this economy when everybody is fighting for their smaller and smaller piece of the pie. Good luck, Yellow Cab, with that!

  • Our Driver, , Philip was a consummate professional thru-out our evening. I have had drivers who try to be be part of the party. This is not always bad, but we were are out on a special night. Philip made sure the car was never (and I mean this literally) 3 minutes from when we called him. I cannot say enough about the service we received. The car was as I would expect, clean inside and out. The Standout was our driver, Philip. I felt if he were my personal Secret Service Agent. I will defiantly use your service in the future

  • Howard, the owner is very punctual and polite. He helps with the bags to the curb at the airport and also takes the bags for us to the limo when we arrive back at LAX. After a long 6 hour plane ride, it's great to have some one else drive you home in comfort. Our price was very reasonable- approx $75 per trip, $150 round trip. It's WORTH IT. CHECK HIS WEBSITE AS PRICES ARE BASED ON LOCATION AND BURBANK TO LAX IS ONE OF THE LONGER DISTANCES. Airport parking after 3 days is more than $75 and cabs are as expensive and not very clean.

  • MOONLITE LIMO WAS ADEQUATE. OUR DRIVER WAS A LITTLE ROUGH AT THE WHEEL BUT VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE LIMO WAS IN OKAY CONDITION AND IT SUITED OUR NEEDS. THEY OFFERED US A DISCOUNT FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING.

  • THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS WONDERFUL. WE COULD NOT MAKE IT TO OUR SCHEDULED CRUISE BECAUSE OF THE BLACKOUT IN THE EAST COAST AND THEY HELPED US BOOK A NEW CRUISE IN EVERY EFFORT THEY COULD, SO WE GET A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF THE PRICE SINCE WE GOT DOWNGRADED TO AN INSIDE CABIN.
