    I have used Dave Anderson as the family mechanic for over 17 years. I've never posted an online review but in this digital age I realized I should for this repair shop. My father worked as a car salesman for 30 yrs, so I've grown up around mechanics. One of the hardest things to do in life is find a doctor you trust and a good mechanic. At least with Mr Anderson I found a great mechanic. Always spot on with their diagnosis. Prices are fair for the work done. All work is guaranteed. What really makes this place stand out however is the fact that Dave will try his best to save you money by first using the simpler solutions available before moving on to more expensive methods or parts. This is a guy who uses his experience to not only earn a living, but does it by taking care of the customers. You get what you pay for with Dave and you also walk away confident that you didn't get taken for more repairs than you needed.

    Dan and the guys at Dependable Car Care hands down the best-run operation and experience ive had with a mechanic. Took the car in for a tune-up, had multiple services taken care of. Car was then worked on by Ford dealer immediately after. Got the car back and was not accelerating correctly, took it back to Dan who found the fault and fixed free of charge. Honest mechanic and good service, you will be taken care of at Dependable Car Care!

    Disappointed with my experience here. Called in to get a quote, upon arrival the price then went up another $150. I had initially spoke to the owner who gave me the quote with their part or if I brought in the part. The owner wrote down the quote, the associate explained to me that it was gonna be more because the owner doesn’t know what he’s doing. I asked the employee to reach out to the owner. The owner confirmed what we discussed but said I gave him wrong vehicle information so it’s gonna be more now. I can understand a mistake, but a liar to cover your own error is question of ethics. I shouldn’t have wasted my time, now I understand why the place was empty with no cars being worked on. You lost a customer today, and I’ll be passing the word around about your establishment.

    It went amazing. They fixed my BMW I needed a new hood, body work on my right front fender, a new radiator, radiator fan, tensioner pulley and something for my ac. They were so professional and did not try to tell me that I needed something that I did not. Being a woman it is hard to go to a mechanic shop and not have them try to take advantage and over charge you or tell you that you need all sorts of things that you do not need. Thank you some much Joe, Mike and my mechanic Daniel they were gentlmen

    The men at San Gabriel's Automotive were AWESOME!  I took my car to them because it was overheating.  They suggested that I start with a radiator flush (based on my explanation of what was happening with my car).  Upon completion of the job, they took me to the garage and showed me what they did.  Then they took it for a test drive, to ensure that my car was not overheating.  While I was waiting in the lobby, I heard them answering calls and interacting with other customers.  They went out of their way to help people who were in need.  They drove out to pick up a client who's car broke down.  They drove another customer to get lunch while her car was getting serviced.  Everyone who came into the place, knew the men and greeted them like they'd known each other forever.  And that's one of the most important things in a business for me!  The RELATIONSHIP!  They value their customers, get to know their customers, and provide them with the best deal.  There's no trying to haggle or force unneeded services.  Another thing that I noticed was that San Gabriel's Automotive had many female clients.  This gave my peace of mind, because (being a female) I worry about car service places taking advantage of women.  They took the time to explain what was happening with my car and gave me the choice on what to do about it.  I LOVED them!  Seriously!  They've got a customer (in me) for as long as I live in the Chino area.

    i was on my way to a job one afternoon about 3:30 pm in pomona.  i noticed that the truck was steaming from the hood.  i called gabriels and they had to send a special tow truck to pick up my truck.  (my truck is very heavy)  it was there in no more than 15 minutes.  the people a gabriels inspected my truck right away and told me how much it would cost and what they would do and then they gave me a ride home.  On saturday morning they called and told me that i should also install a new thermostat and how much that would cost.  which i agreed to.  i went out of town on saturday and when i was ready for work on monday so was my truck.  everything works good now.

    Great work and friendly staff. Went in for oil change and turned out my radiator was going bad as well. They showed me where the problem was and explained what could happen if it goes bad while in motion. I said yes to fixing it and was out that same day. Price seemed fair. Another customer in the waiting area mentioned to me to use to get the best price but haven?t checked it out yet.
