    I have just moved to Valley Village recently and needed my 60K service for my Mazda 3, 2008 (and some other items which I knew had to be repaired/replaced- my old auto repair center had advised me of this). I google searched and found good reviews for Chuck Mercier Union 76 Service in Burbank so I called up and booked myself in. I am so happy that I did! Even though I was out of the radius for the free shuttle they still happily dropped me at home and picked me up. Angie the driver was super nice and friendly, Randy my service advisor was professional, and very helpful. They did not overcharge and claim any items needed fixing that did not. They actually went above and beyond my expectations (which I have never experienced before from an auto repair center). The day before, much to my dismay I had very badly (by hitting a large yellow pole) scraped the front right side of my car. It was awful and I had yellow paint all over my right front side. I was very upset because I knew it would cost a bit to fix and I could not afford it right now. I had spoken to Chuck (the owner) and he said he could recommend me to some integrous people he knew who could help fix it. Anyway, much to my surprise when Angie drove me back to pick up my car they had completely removed the yellow paint!! I was amazed and so happy. Thank you so much Chuck for having such an experienced and caring team. I will definitely be back!

    Always excellent. The owners and personnel are top flight. They are concerned about your safety and your wallet. They recognize you, and remember what is going on with your vehicle. Service is quick and results are good. The only down side is that they are so good and so well known locally that they sometimes are exceptionally busy. They work with you, though, and emergencies are always handled with no hassle.

    The experience was very good. I have been going there for 28 years. I barely have to take anything back. They are nice people. We have become friends with the owner over the last couple of years. The waiting area is very nice. They have nice chairs, it is clean and if the weather is nice there is a patio area.

    The service and communication was great, and the installation / quality of the work was great. Clearly communicated all the pricing, timeline and clearances as it was a replacement part acquired from eBay. The pricing was definitely competitive to other quotes I received and the staff was personable and professional.

    I bought a new car in 2015 so I am still under warranty. Every 6 months I take it in for oil change and tire change. I didn't pay anything so I might go into sticker shock later on, I'm not sure. Their responsiveness was very good. They told me one hour and it was definitely one hour; I waited for it. He explained everything. He went through and checked off all of the things that they had done and everything. Actually they did a little bit more than I thought they were going to do.

    The repair went very well and the radiator continues to do its job. I discovered that Burbank Radiator Service has been continuously in business since 1953 and owned by Steve C. since 1994. Steve C. answered all my questions in depth, exhibiting courtesy and patience, while displaying superior technical knowledge of this needed repair. When finished, he showed me the removed parts and their deteriorated condition. If you need automobile heating and/or cooling services at a fair, non inflated, accurately estimated price, I recommend going to Burbank Radiator Service.

    It is comfortable sitting down if you are waiting and you know what the price is going to be. It is staffed well and they have little coffee machines. There is area that is a playroom for kids to be at. They have multiple dealerships. It is so busy so in regard to customers coming in you have to make an appointment. You are rolling the dice to just go in there and drop something off.  They are good. I would recommend them and they will take care of your car. We had a challenging scheduling thing. They are not busy, but you can't get a walk in.

    Thanks to Yelp and Angie's List, I've found a top-notch mechanic right in my Burbank neighborhood.
     Based on glowing reviews on Yelp and Angie's List, I entrusted my old Toyota to Levon for some major repairs.
    What a clean shop this great guy and master mechanic runs! From the minute I started talking to him, Levon earned my trust, and now that my car repairs are done, I can say that my instincts were spot on.
    I showed him a recommended work sheet that North Hollywood Toyota had given me, and after he checked out the car for a couple of hours, he confirmed that everything on the list needed attention.
    With the help of the computer in his office, he patiently explained the necessary repairs, showed me pictures of the parts involved and brought me up to speed on why dealerships aren't the right place to take your old car for major mechanical work. His solid information and confidence won me over.
    Levon's shop and lot were full of cars -- with a Jaguar, a Mercedes, a Subaru, a couple of Toyotas and a variety of other brands on display when I decided to leave mine off. There was a lot of life around the shop: the phone was ringing steadily -- with Levon always handling the calls promptly, and there was light but steady foot traffic. A few people were coming and going picking up their cars and dropping them off. Most were smiling! In a CAR place! And he's got a couple of other employees who always look like they're working hard back in the shop.
    My car was repaired and ready in less than two days.
    When I came to pick it up, he displayed all the old parts he'd replaced -- without my needing to ask to see them. My car was returned to me washed, dusted, wiped down and shining. I certainly didn't bring it in that way.
    Report Card: A+
    Car is running noticeably better. The engine is purring after fuel injection servicing, and there is a solid, confident feel on the road thanks to new struts and 4-wheel alignment.
    Added bonus: He saved me a clean ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS off of the price I was quoted at North Hollywood Toyota. And all of his work is guaranteed for one year -- it's right there on the paperwork.
