    Lerman was fantastic. We asked someone to come out and look at our washing machine. Before even scheduling a visit, they asked us to send them a video of the issue. Just from the video, they were able to diagnose the problem and save us a visit. Impressive and efficient customer service. Would happily call them again for any appliance repair needs.

    Really well , the technician arrived on time , initially could not get it to stick , but eventually still figured out what was the problem . Ordered replacement part , came back another day with replacement part and installed it . Very professional . Would definitely recommend.

    It didn't go well. I was given a very high estimate for part and labor. I researched and found out that it was really over priced. The technician Tom was very rude. He was insisting that I give him the money so he can buy the part and when I told him I need time to think about it, he got angry and was insisting I give him the money and he said if I decided not to proceed, I will get a refund for it but I said I'd rather give it when I'm sure about it so I called the office and told them I need time to think about it and the lady in the office agreed I didn't need to give the money at that precise moment. When we would ask questions, he answered rudely. Due to this bad experience, I don't I will be using Angie's list again.

    Val gave good and helpful advice about our older wall oven. His knowledge about the make/model and inability to find parts has helped us decide to get a new oven..... without the cost and trouble of a service call. Thanks for the money and time saved.

    Two men showed up EARLY for the appointment which was a welcomed surprise!!! The both worked tirelessly for two hours. They fixed the problem with professionalism and accuracy. I would definitely hire them again.

    Really well. Nathan came out and had a look. Explained his diagnosis and what had to be done to fix it. He was punctual, courteous, patient and honest. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

    I called and go a next day appointment window (1 to 6). Jeremy call about 15 minutes before he arrived. He removed the front cover and diagnosed the problem with the electronic of the washer. The problem was that one of the electrical connection boxes had come loose (KitchenAid manufacturing defect), dropped down inside the door pulling loose an electrical connection. This he fixed with no additional parts except a screw to hold the box in place. Fast and friendly service. PS: The last time Thrifty fixed a dishwasher for us (1994) it lasted over 20 years.

    Both jobs went great!! The technician was very attentive and listened to my issue and to my proposed solutions. The company dispatch and it's staff worked with me to accommodate my schedule to the get both jobs done on the same day. They even cleaned up after themselves and informed me of what they had done as well as preventative maintenance for the future. I really enjoyed hiring this company and I would hire them again!

    They refused to pay for it saying that I should seek retribution from the maker. They said that the air conditioner had a 60 day warranty ( that I never received ). The refused to replace the air conditioner . I am under contract for a year. But will probably not renew. In the Past AHS used to be very good . I have been with them for thirty years. Recently they have many loopholes so that they are not responsible for replacing items. I had a similar issue with a water heater. They had previously installed it years ago but refused to replace it because they said it was improperly installed. They were the one who installed it. They stated that code had changed. The repair person that the code had been in place when they installed it.

    I called and was able to get a repairman out within a few hours. (Fred) He determined the motherboard was not working and therefore the compressor was not getting power. He left and returned with a motherboard within half an hour. Then he said the power was getting through but the invertor to the compressor was not working. He had to order the invertor and would call me the next day to schedule the install. He said he wouldn't charge any more labor at this point. The next day he came back and got the job done. He even looked at my dryer at no extra charge and gave me tips on more efficient drying. He was very friendly and did what he could to keep the cost down for me. I would recommend this company and I would use them again.
