    The cost was nothing. I bought the car a year ago. I did the same thing I did with my first Toyota. My first Toyota which was almost 10 years ago. I bought the most service policy and the most protection I could buy for it. Besides the warranty, I extended everything and as a result, when that car was eight years old, I still had very minimal costs for it. It was almost a year ago that that first Toyota which was 2008 was totaled. That was the end of August and actually, I had a Jazz festival to attend which I did and when I came back I bought the new Toyota. Overall A+. They're expensive no matter what you do, but you get what you pay for and I think Toyota does a good job. The quality of work is excellent. They're responsive. One of the reasons that I went with this company was my serviceman who had taken care of my 2008 almost the whole time I had it came to this company. So, I came over with him so to speak. I follow the quality. I have no reason to be displeased. I'm very happy with them.

    For my service, could not ask for better.  My wife's cousin reported that he is a keeper.  All of the customers that I referred to are retirees on fixed income.  My friend who referred me drives 10 miles to use him.  One more thing.  On my AC service he told me that because my van has both front and rear AC, it could go as high as $109.  The actual was $54.  For my wife's couson, he said could be as high as $79.  The bill was $58.  He also clarified in both cases that this was the possible cost for recharging the AC on both cars.  If his system inspection found another problem, it could be considerably higher.  The guy is a total straight shooter.  That is getting hard to find.

    I went to three places for quotes and they had the best price with the tires that I wanted for my travel trailer. A couple hours later when I picked up my trailer the price was cheaper, because it was easier to re-pack the wheel bearing than they quoted!!!  The store manager Scott Summers was very involved and doing an excellent job!

    They're fair. They're not the cheapest and they're certainly not the most expensive. You get the best value. They're honest and they don't add bills up. They don't break one thing and fix another which happens all the time in the industry. They're the best I've run into in my adult life.

    I talked with him and we head of just great and he has done tremendous work and excellent prices on my vehicle and those of my family member. It has been a few years that we have been using him and he is awesome. I would not go anywhere else. It was an outstanding experience. My vehicle went nice, ran perfectly, computer and few other things were replaced. It happened a year ago and I never had another problem with any of the electronics ever since. On my family members, he had done tune ups, battery replacement, did things about mechanics and great jobs.

    The auto dealer wanted $6K for this work indicating a possible transmission failure. I took the defective part out (based on an internet research) and took it to them for repair. They worked on it immediately in 45 minutes. I came home installed on the vehicle and the car was running fine. they also gave warranty on their repair.

    They are very personable. A friend of mine recommended him but I'm still kind of apprehensive and he is standing there and he really knows the cars. He's got mechanics that are knowledgeable. If you go to him and he will do the same kind of service for almost a third to a half what the dealership does. He will tell you that he could fix it but there was already a recall and he told us to go to the dealership so we can get it for free. They also send out reminders for you letting you know when it's time. They keep you up to date.

    This service provider is very friendly and respectful.  They take the time to explain any questions about the smog test.  There lobby is cool in the summer and I was provided a password to connect to their wireless

    Karco Specialties
    I called three shops, after doing my research, one of which was Karco Specialties in Orange. I spoke at length to one of the guys, he answered my questions well. I felt confident with the info he gave me and made an appt. That Friday morning, Tery Beaver was the Salesmechanic at the desk that day. We discussed what my car needed and he wrote up the work order. I was there for a few hrs, while they serviced my car ( I wanted to wait). He recommended a new belt, which I got and we discussed a tune up, which he told me I didn't need at that time (saved dinero). He was very professional, nice, kept me posted, answered my questions, explained things and I was pleased with my car and the service. Plus they washed it afterwards, a nice touch. I think I just found my mechanic. I recommend them.
