  • I have been bringing my vehicles to B&D Automotive for several years. Lately I had been hearing a noise coming from my undercarraige and intended to ask about it on my next visit. On Tuesday I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and forgot to ask about the noise. However, when the work was completed, the mechanic who drove my vehicle out mentioned the noise to me. He said it was simply a loose brake pad, but nothing that jeopardized the safe operation of my vehicle or required any attention on my part. This exactly exemplifies the level of knowledge, service, and professionalism I always receive at this establishment. Most importantly to me, however, is that they have always provided honest and ethical service. I completely trust them and their work.

  • Hands down the greatest detailer on the market!! He turned my already beautiful 2012 6 series BMW to immaculate showroom condition as promised! He's super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and supper passionate about his job!! He makes it a point to make sure all of his services were met!! My car looks amazing!

  • Have better pricing. Sometimes it's outrageous. I mean those tune-up's for lets sink in $600 that's just so much money so it's emptying. I mean you can find cheaper things, but this is supposed to be like the people that sell the car and there like get the special like Ford mechanics that know Ford cars so it's like, their saying is that "if you may pay a little bit more, we're not as cheap as other people, but when you bring it to us, we'll fix it right the first time instead of having you do it over and over and over again and you never achieve your goal.

  • 1. Whatever lit up the and quot;check engineand quot; on the way over was gone when they did the diagnostic check.
    2. This is my second '80s car that they have done the simple freon conversion on, with very good results. I used to think the conversion from R-12 to R-134 required expensive replacement of many mechanical components. Not so, in my experience. It's nice to be able to recharge now with the much cheaper and environmentally friendly R-134.
    3. Greg first recommended air intake cleaning on another car at 100,000 miles, so I decided to try it on my 1985 Chevrolet Celebrity with 289,000 miles. We notice an improvement in driveability: smoother running and more power. No miracles, though.
    Greg has always been thorough and patient answering my car care questions, and discussing alternatives to keep my fleet of junky old cars running at reasonable cost.

  • Joe was just wonderful.  Very professional and listened to everything I said was wrong.  After checking everything we talked about, he called me and totally explained what he had found and what needed to be done in terms that I could understand.  He was very friendly and really made me feel like he would do everything possible to get my car back to top running condition...and he did just that.  His wife, Sue, is just as kind and helpful as Joe.
    I was a little nervous about taking my car to someplace I hadn't been to before. However, thanks to Angie's List, reading all of the reviews made me decide to give them a try.  I am so glad I did.  I will always take my car there and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

  • It went great AS USUAL. This truck is a 99 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel, 4x4, Advanced automotive has always taken care of this truck. Our truck runs and drives great.

  • I shopped around a little online and checked reviews here.  I used Safelite's website for a quote and liked that... they didn't ask for any information about me (just zipcode) before showing me a price.  Their website and quoting tool are great.  It prompted me through just a few things to confirm the windshield needed to be replaced, and it even knew that my car might have an autodimming rear view mirror.  I'd rather visit a website for more information than get on the phone, so everything about this part worked for me!   They offer to sell you wiper blades, and given that I procrastinate replacement (like many Southern Californians), so I took them up on the option of the upgraded Bosch blades.  Hubby's car, Valentine's Day coming up and all... we're romantics like that.
    They only offer 8a -12p and 1p - 5p as the customer's choices of time for onsite work. That didn't quite work for me because I had a kid to get to school, first. The form provided a box to indicate "Anything Else We Should Know?" and I typed in that I could be home by 8:30.  I booked for the next day.  When I got my confirmation call a few minutes later, the representative was organized, professional, and also indicated my schedule need wasn't a problem.  The website hadn't offered me the option of asking for a AAA discount, and I remembered to ask while I was on the phone.  She cheerfully took care of it, and I saved over $25 on the windshield.
    I got an email confirming the time, and another one at 7am the morning of service as a reminder, that included the name and a photo of my assigned technician.  He called me right after 8:30 am to confirm that he could be here in about 30 minutes.  He arrived as scheduled, took care of the work in about an hour, and left my car cleaner than he found it.  I was happy with the service and communication.

  • He's been great! He recommended I purchase a new speedometer and gas line myself and he installed it since that would save me money. They are a small little shop but they are Mercedes specialists and are much more affordable than the dealership.

  • I had taken the car to the dealership for an oil change and they found several other things that needed to be done. I found Integrity Automotive on Angie’s List and took my car to them. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to find other areas that needed repair when Ford did not. Ford had recommended that I need my cabin air filter replaced and Integrity Automotive explained that I don’t even have one. There were about four pricy things Ford had recommended that needed to be done and Integrity said that I did not need to have done.  I will be using them again.

  • Front brake pads needed replacement.  However, the service advisor also recommended rotors be replaced.  After the fact, I spoke with a service advisor at another dealership who indicated the rotors did not need to be replaced.  I felt like there was a dishonest business practice involved.  I had a similar experience a couple of years ago when I decided to try another dealer's service department.  Two strikes and you're out.
