    Mr. Pogue gave me tremendous peace of mind - he assured me that my house was in good condition, and the small signs of potential foundation problems were normal for a home as old as mine (built in 1979). He explained everything in a way I could understand. Very personable also. Most importantly, he was not trying to sell me something that I didn't need.

    ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! Honest and Reliable- NO WAY!! Don?t
    let them fool you.
    I booked company months in advance and asked very specific
    questions regarding move and billing, kept a very accurate inventory and updated
    them of any changes immediately. On day of move- movers did not comply with
    what was told to us by our 'relocation manager'. We were told several times
    before the move date that if it appeared our estimate would change on move date
    we would be informed before move was complete so we could make adjustments or
    be informed of increase before finalizing. The mover did the exact opposite
    told my husband he would "make it work" and said they worked on tips.
    That being said the quote we received more than doubled from 1600 to 3300 after
    all of our items were loaded on their moving truck not allowing us to remove
    any items. They insisted on cash payment as well and copies of paperwork and
    inventory left with us are illegible. When I spoke to manager to try and have
    him help me understand the increase and I caught him in lie after lie and he
    refused to assist or pass along the contact information or name of his
    supervisor/owner. When I asked if I could stop service and return my items he
    told me this was not possible as my items were in storage for transit in
    essence holding my items hostage and not willing to assist in anyway. I simply
    told him after the horrible treatment and service I wanted to prevent further
    issues by no longer utilizing their services as I cannot trust that additional
    fees will not be added at time of delivery.
    Long Carry Fee- $50 for every 50ft they have to push your
    things. They knew we lived in townhomes and parking lot was off to the side but
    this fee was not mentioned to us until the end when they were tallying a bill
    we don?t have a proper copy off 2 days later.
    TV Crates- it?s a cardboard box they tape around televisions
    $25 each. They originally told us this was optional and we could supply bubble
    wrap and it would suffice but the driver refused and said it was mandatory. Another
    I would like them to honor their prices and 'honest and
    reliable' advertisement. I am very disappointed in their management and
    deceptive business practices. They take advantage of families at their most
    vulnerable. We are simply attempting to return to our state of record after
    serving our time in military. They were very nice and helpful before the actual
    move date but turns out it was all just sweet nothings. They are SHARKS and I
    am so glad we photographed our items as we packed because I wouldn?t put it
    past the employees to damage our items or misplace boxes. It?s horrible that a
    company would allow their employees to treat or mislead people like this. They
    are no longer responding to my emails so I honestly have no idea what?s going
    on or where my things are yet another sign of their unprofessionalism.
     I understand that somethings are out of employees
    control or that often people have tough days so I make an extra effort to not
    blame and try and understand the other side they on the other hand did not even
    half way instead basically told me my husband was lying and wanted to argue
    with me. I won?t waste my time arguing with anyone nor will allow anyone that I
    am paying to provide a service mistreat me by being rude and argumentative.
    I am very disappointed as we chose them even though they
    were a little more expensive than other companies in order to support a small
    company and we found them trustworthy. Boy, are we suckers now we will go out
    of our way to seek legal recourse as I won?t allow them to take advantage of
    myself or the next client. Let everyone know- DO NOT USE SUPERSTAR MOVERS!
     I hope the owner gives us the common courtesy to
    follow up with us. Don?t hold your breath for an update unless it?s to see the
    pics of my items before and after.

    Bruce responded to my email right away. He told me in the initial email what the cost would be for the amount of time he would devote to the inspection so there were no surprises.  We scheduled an appointment and he was there on time as promised. He was VERY through and professional. He didn't rush through the inspection and explained everything he was doing and where he had any concerns. He inspected the whole house and even crawled under the house explaining as he went along. We were extremely impressed and would use him again in a second.

    I've saved a lot of money over the years using their services so I buy things that go with my house.  I pay them for their talent as well as their time and advise.  They are easy to work with.  They both have an eye that I don't have.  I've used Gina for about 8 years.  I going to use them again soon for help in my master bedroom.

    They were excellent. They were running a little late but kept calling to inform me. They brought the furniture in wrapped I was very impressed. They were very professional came in did the work and finished.

    In speaking with them on the phone you get a positive reception and were courteous in answering all my questions.  Their website is helpful and completing the questionnaire for  an estimate on line was simple.  Moving day arrived on time.  The team was organized, jobs assigned and worked meticulously all day.  We did our own packing and were given explicit instructions on how and what their expectations were on boxes to be loaded.  The contents of the house were inventoried and boxes counted prior to loading the truck.  Daniel walked through the house with home owner to get a clear picture of all the furniture.  All belonging were well cared for an wrapped. Nothing was broken or scratched. Our glass coffee table and curio cabinet made it to new home in excellent condition. The team did an excellent job establishing us in the new home.  Everyone on the team was very respectful and considerate. 
    My husband and I were impressed with the job and the organization of the team.  We were in the new home by 430PM.  They were knowledgeable, informative, and provided us with a positive experience.

    The three young men came early to our home, wrapped everything to our specifications, took to their truck and load our household perfectly.  They followed us to our new home in Jamul, that was on rough terrain and then unpacked us expertly.  They saved us time and money.

    John and his associate, Andrew, were the best home inspectors I've ever used, and I've had a lot of homes inspected. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous with their work. They have the highest attention to detail and technology, and prepared a thorough and completely comprehensive inspection report. They really took their time and went through the house with a fine-toothed comb, taking their time and not cutting any corners. John even looked at things that we didn't sign up for inspection, and gave professional advice. He shared references for other professionals for specific areas of evaluation. John will end up saving us time and money in the long run. I give the highest recommendation for this company.

    We were very happy with them. They didn t break anything at all. They were extremely careful and were able to get the job done in a good amount of time. I would recommend them to other people because they were easy to work with. I cant remember the total price, but they charged us seventy dollars per hour.
