    Wadhwa, Dr. Ashish K.
He's got a very good bedside manner. He was able to test my hearing and diagnose me correctly, and then came up with some pretty innovative treatment options. I think what makes him such a great doctor is that he listens.

My daughter likes her thoroughness and skill ability; skill at defining programming hearing aids. She's good in fine tuning the right programming for digital hearing aid to optimize my daughter's hearing. Their office is very clean.

Dr. Robert Martin Hearing Aid Centers
He is very experienced, very knowledgeable and very personable.  He is willing to take you back until everything is right.  He is extremely experienced and he has been in business for a long time and he is very fair in terms of pricing.  He is very patient in explaining everything.  He makes sure that you are satisfied.  He gives an annual free cleaning.     Everything is great.

I knew my hearing was failing and I was upset and embarrassed at my inability to hear when out and about. So I made the dreaded appointment. Dr. Woodruff was very understanding, very soft spoken and put me at ease with the whole process. I knew nothing about hearing aids (which I needed 2 of) and Dr. Woodruff explained EVERYTHING perfectly. He recommended different models based on my needs and I ended up with some really small hearing aids. I honestly don't know what I was so afraid of! He makes sure that the hearing level is continually adjusted and correct and all visits are included with the price of the aids. The aids are a little more expensive but when you take into account all the personal service you get with them, its worth it!

He was very pleased with that.  They had a big ad in the paper.  They did a very thorough exam and they explained everything in detail.  They just have a nice bedside manner and they are kind.

Despite the fact that my mothers' hearing aids were supplied by another firm, Blanche checked them out serviced them and got the manufacturer to replace one that was bad. She examined my hearing and I ended up with a set of state of the art hearing aids. Later my cat ate one of them and Blanche got me a warranty replacement. Always great service and attention to detail

I have been going to them for over 20 years. They are all courteous and very professional. Everything gets scheduled so well that we don?t have any unnecessary waits. If we have an appointment the doctor would be on time, and he would listen to what we have to say. They are excellent, and I feel I am very fortunate to have them.

They were very cooperative, taught how to use equipment. It just happened the Oticon representative was there that day, so I got a thorough understanding of the product. It fits right behind my ear and is easy to use and easy to change the batteries, which is important to me. I am not in desperate need for hearing aides, but I use them some, so I have not had to go back recently, but I will.

    Evans, Charles
I had to wait several weeks for the first visit.   This wait suggested that he had many clients.  He was very thorough during every sitting. He discussed my situation,  determined my frequency response curves,  tested my hearing for comprehension, then suggested the types of aids suitable for me.  There was a 3 week wait for the new hearing aids.  He adjusted them for my specifications both physically and electronically.  During the third visit, he made further adjustments.  Each of the three visits lasted almost 90 minutes.    This contrasted with my prior providers where initially there only two visits,  lasting about 30 and 20 minutes.  He seemed very thorough and meticulous during tests and in making adjustments.   Although my hearing has not returned to normal, these devices are much better than my older ones.  I think they are working as well as can be expected from any high quality hearing aids.  I am very pleased that I chose Charles Evans, because his services were far better, more personal and more thorough than those I received for either of my first two hearing aids. I would recommend Charles Evans to anyone requiring a new hearing aid.  For non Costco members, I suggest buying a membership, then make an appointment.  My health insurance did not cover these hearing aids, but it would have have subsidized me if I had used one of my prior providers.  However, the cost of using Costco without insurance help compared with  another provider with insurance subsidy for two hearing aids  may  more than cover the total costs for five to twenty years of Costco membership.
