  The actual work was very good and the pricing was appropriate and fair. Because my mower was so old the rear-drive wheels took them three weeks to order and receive. I had to call to see what the hang up was instead of them calling me and keeping me informed. They loaned me a mower which was good but only because I called to find out what was taking so long. Other than not keeping me informed as to the delay, I thought they did good job and I would use them again if needed.

  They mow, hedge, and weed, an the occasional tree trimming. Occasionally there is an extra charge for something, but usually not. They charge us $80 a month, but its not a big yard. They come every Thursday. We use them every week.

  I love my Bosch Saw, but the Mitre Angle lock wouldn't hold properly. I went to Tool Shack and they put a tag on it, took my number and said they'd call. The lady called early the next day, said that the locking pin was bent and needed replacement, and that it would be $30. I said "Great!" do it! It was ready the next day. I didn't think anyone would service ANYTHING for $30 any more. The saw is as good as new, and the service tech explained to me how to properly lock the mitre (just slightly past when resistance starts.)

  I've had to say it has gone pretty well. A subcontractor here and there has been a tad tardy. The quality may not be right at the top , but then again, maybe it is. I'm not a perfect judge with respect to that. Looks pretty darn good, but I have been paying up a tad for higher quality and may be a tad picky. The carpet up the stairs seems a tad weird around the edges but what the guy told me with respect to that seems reasonable and I can't envision how to do it differently. Caulking all the way around the plantation shutters instead of just the sides would seem reasonable. The quality of the carpet is top notch. The price paid was negotiated reasonably and I'm very happy with the price versus quality. The hardwood floors are flawless. Nice selection of lighting fixtures too. I like this place.

  Compared to the other gardeners we've had he is extremely reasonable and easy to communicate with. He actually listens to us where as many of the others we've had did not. It is hard in our area to find a knowledgeable and skillful gardener so we were really thrilled to find the Lawnman and have been very happy with his services.
