    Safelite AutoGlass
    The technician that finally came to my house changed the time then when I told him we had to keep the time he showed up early while I was in the shower getting ready and he literally pounded on my front door.  Possibly thinking I left and was not going to keep the apt but none the less it's no way to treat a customer.  

    Safelite was supposed to send a survey or follow up with but they never did.  I'm not surprised after such horrible service.  I will never use them again.

    They are fine. I love to be going there. I have got a service contract so it doesn’t cost anything. The experience is fine. The place is clean enough. I will keep using them since there aren’t a whole lot of Mercedes dealerships here in Texas.

    I talked to Nicki about replacing the windshield and she gave me a very good price (I assumed my insurance would not cover this initially) at about 50% of what I could find in Danville. My insurance agent called and said that I had the glass breakage coverage (I would highly recommend this in CA) and that all costs would be covered for OE glass. My agent called Nicki on Monday the 7th in the morning and my glass was there when I arrived at 1:00. I was out the door by 2:15. Excellent service and the tech took care with my beige interior and covered surfaces he might get dirty with painters tape. I would highly recommend this company.

    My overall experience with them has been good; I have gone back to them. I have mostly dealt with Mr. Bacchus and the experience has been positive. Normally when they do the servicing they indicate the items that I have to keep an eye on.

    It was a surprise when he called and said he coulldn't pick up from the house and that we would have to meet him about 10 miles away.  The reason was that his truck was too heavy and long to fit in our neighborhood.  It would have been nice to have known that before signing the contract.  However, overall the service was great and I would use them again.

    My Acura was pulling somewhat to one side and shaking when driving. I had recently moved to a Danville and needed to find an auto repair service I can trust. I checked Angie's List and selected Precision Auto Repair in Pleasanton because they had an A rating, work on Acuras, and are convenient to where I live. I called them to find out when would be a good time to bring my car in for a front-end alignment. The service person suggested Tuesday, which was a good day for me except that I had a dental appointment at noon and would need to leave by 11:00 so he suggested an appointment rather than just a drop-in. I was a bit skeptical (what repair service ever finishes when they say they will!?) but I agreed to a 9:00 appointment. I arrived several minutes early and was greeted by Kevin, who was friendly and asked questions about what I was experiencing with my car. He advised that he would let me know what repairs/costs were needed after the repair shop looked at it to diagnose the problem. Within a short time he advised the wheels needed to be aligned and balanced, gave me the price, and I authorized it. I wanted to stay while the car was being repaired so he invited me to wait in their customer waiting area, which was comfortable, with coffee, TV, reading materials and internet connection. My car was ready by 10:30 and waiting outside. Kevin explained that my tires are showing wear and showed me how to measure the amount of tread left. The tires will need to be replaced soon, but still have some life in them, estimated 7,000 miles, depending on my driving habits. I appreciated the customer-friendly approach of this auto repair service and felt that they were honest and reliable. I had plenty of time to get to my appointment!
