AThe Window Blind Connection Inc.Neil and his installer Gabriel did an extraordinary job on the window treatments for our new home. The execution of the shades themselves, their boxes, and their motorized mechanism was all very high quality -- our house looks amazing now. Neil has great taste, he's very knowledgeable, he cares a lot about making customers happy, and he has a direct and forthright manner I like very much. His installer Gabriel is highly skilled and equally knowledgeable. Both Neil and Gabriel stopped at nothing to make sure we were completely satisfied - we had a few minor issues with a couple of the blinds, the type of thing that a lot of contractors would try to say was unimportant, nothing-I-can-do, etc. Not Neil and Gabriel -- they made sure that every one of our concerns was addressed until they achieved full perfection. I enthusiasticaly recommend them and in fact intend to use them again in the medium term on other windows in our home that we didn't get to yet.- Jason M.

Over the years, I have only replaced one window treatment (for an updated look) and just recently this year had one window blind repaired. The wand broke on the blind and Neil repaired it rather than my having to replace it. It's nice that he/his company is still around after 20+ years. He is a professional running a reputable company-- quick, organized, he's trustworthy and has a pleasing personality. I appreciate that Neil was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. AIt went great. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. The workers showed up on time and were very efficient. They were able to detach the shade and take it out to their van to do the repair, which I appreciated due to COVID protocols. Reinstallation of the shade went smoothly. All in all I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

ARandy does superb work and is a" jack-of-all-trades" as a contractor. Along with doing repairs on our house for the past 15-years, Randy has done steady work for many of our neighbors. A few months ago, Randy did a magnificent job laying out the concrete for our driveway. More recently, he has painted an office in our home, as well as painting the outside deck. In addition, he added a long wooden railing around the deck. Randy is prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a seasoned contractor.

AWe just had our sliders and windows replaced. It took two days start to finish and these guys did a fantastic job. It cost a lot less than what was expected. Their prices are very reasonable. The demo and installation was a seamless process as they progressed along. What I can really appreciate was the level of detail that was put into all phases of the process, reverification of the dimensions of each window before removal, ensuring proper alignment prior to securing the windows and sliders in place. The level of care that was taken for cleanliness was such you wouldn't know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new windows and sliders. These guys did not take any short cuts at any point or time. Everyone in the crews was very polite, extremely professional and very pleasant. It was really nice to see so many people take such pride in their work. I want to personally thank, Gilbert, Alec, Steven, Miguel C., Abel, Anthony and Paul for doing such a great job.
