I cannot say enough good things about this company and their products. I own a busy pet care business and transport dogs on a regular basis in my SUV. It goes without saying that I deal with a LOT of dog hair and slobber and I need all the help I can get keeping my vehicle's interior from looking a mess, even after a single trip to the dog park. When I bought a new vehicle, I worried about the damage the interior was going to sustain and made up my mind to invest in some protective gear for the backseat and cargo area that was better than what I'd been using. Happily, my search began and ended with DogShell. Previously, I tried a variety of off-the-shelf seat protectors - all designed for dogs - as well as an assortment of blankets, throws, etc. Most of them worked up to a point but, no matter how often I vacuumed or tried to keep the hair and slobber to a minimum, every little crack and crevice was quickly stuffed with hair, along the sides of the seats and sticking to the carpet and door panels. I really wanted a protective system that would CONTAIN the hair, prevent the dogs from drooling on the door panels and protect the interior from scratching. Even with heavy duty rubber mats and the other protectors I was using, it was very frustrating how much of a mess two German Shepherds could make of the interior even in 15 minutes. Luckily for me, DogShell was extremely sympathetic to my dilemma. They custom made exactly what I needed - even a sturdy platform bridge for the gap between the second-row captain's seats, a separate padded flap to protect my rear bumper when using a dog ramp in the back, and protective covers for the hard plastic cup holders on either side of the cargo area. The sides of the back-seat protector are tall enough for the dogs to see out the windows but has rigid walls (which fold down to cover the bottom of the door sills when the dogs jump in and out) so now they are kept away from the door panels and their hair stays INSIDE the protector, not on the floor or elsewhere! YAY!! Communication was easy, their response time was quick and they always cut their time frame by several days in delivery. They asked for detailed measurements, double-checked with me every step of the way and I always knew what was happening with my order. I am very pleased to say all of the protectors worked exactly as they were designed to work, right from the get-go. I am able to protect my investment in my new SUV, escort the dogs in style and comfort and not worry about the mess. That makes my life a whole lot easier! THANK YOU DOGSHELL!!

They're great. The doctors there are excellent. She's very level headed. She knows when to let it rest without doing anything or we need to do something or to not worry about it. We've been going there with cats and dogs for 20 years.

I've always been very impressed with the service.  Pilot is not easy to work with because he doesn't like hairdryer noise so they have to put up with nearly continuous barking but always do a nice job.  Krista is always very understanding about my need to schedule at the last minute -- since I have a difficult schedule, and works with me to find times that work.  One of the groomers noted that Pilot had some fleas and brought it to my attention and asked if I wanted her to give him a treatment for it -- which I did.

Joanna came over and bonded with him right away. She is VERY experienced with animals and clearly views each as unique and wonderful as their families do. After a few days, he started waiting for her by the door. She made some helpful comments about his health as well. She gives me a report each time she walks him which is very reassuring, especially when he was a bit under the weather.

They were 100% professional. I love them. I can't give them a high enough rating. They were actually tremendously spectacular with both of my pets. Both of my pets ended up passing and they were very good to me after the passing of my animals as well. They sent me books and encourages, sympathy and everything else and they worked with the company that I had cremate the pets. They held on to them until the company could come pick them up and made the arrangements and everything. So, they were very helpful. They were an A++. They have specialists for every imaginable thing that can go wrong with an animal and they will work with you to do their utmost to save your pet's life and prolong your pet's life. They're very good to you as the pet's owner because they know that the pet is family. So they were really extraordinary all the way around. Without hesitation, I would use them again.

They email you and let you know how things are going, send pictures of the animals they are very responsive people.  They are very good have meetings weekly with their employees and see how things are going. They always have a back up they are the least expensive that I've found.

I have been using Big Sky Dogs to walk my two dogs several times a week and only wish that I had found Ken sooner. Both Ken and Dan, our dog walker, are incredibly responsive and reliable. It has taken me some time to get used to the idea of trusting someone with our dogs since they are so important to us, but Big Sky Dogs has allowed me to feel comfortable and has given me flexibility and peace of mind. I have been very impressed with the pet tracker Big Sky Dogs offers so that I can see when Dan starts and ends the visit and the route of that day's walk. I am very grateful to Big Sky Dogs and strongly recommend the company.

They are very good. I recommend them highly. The doctor is a hands on and he will answer questions when you call or on the internet. I make an appointment and they take me right in. The facilities are terrific and they are very caring and nice. I have insurance with them, it is pretty good.

Ray  will, at no extra cost, give your pooch a medicated bath or treat hot-spots if needed.  He will take as much time as necessary to make sure Fido leaves his shop healthier and happier and infinitely better looking than when he came in. He will tell you if he sees something that deserves a visit to the Vet...
And whatever Ray tells you about your dog, you can take the bank:this man knows what he is doing.
Ray is, without a doubt, one of the  BEST groomers in the City - and for the price, which is marvelously reasonable, the BEST bargain
    going.
And you know what else? He's a real sweetie. Just ask any one of us who have been bringing our dogs to him for decades!

In fairness, the 2 veterinarians I spoke to afterward were sympathetic and  said that it was an unusual result, but...
I saw that my 12 year old parakeet had a swollen foot. Not irritated, not discolored, just a little swollen. It was not so noticeable that I was even sure it was swollen, but I figured that in an abundance of caution, I would find an avian vet to check it out. This vet was on Angie's List, recommended by my dog's vet as well.
After I told the assistant and the treating vet that the bird had been rescued in a parking lot 12 years ago, and that it was very squeamish about being out of its cage (terrified, to be précise) they each took him out and vet examined. I was told all of the things I had been doing for 12 years that were wrong: wrong food, wrong perch, wrong cage... while the vet proceeded to hold the bird upside down picking at his feet for several minutes. She believed that he had stress sores (from being in same place for long periods). Having had no experience taking a bird to a vet before, I took her advice and allowed her to give him an antibiotic shot and a vitamin D injection (which I did not see...he was taken in the back while I waited),
Well, long story short, the bird flailed around for the rest of the day (they sent me home with him in a cardboard box, 90+ degrees out), and after I called the vet several times, I was begging to put the bird all of his misery in a humane manner. The only  thing the vet could recommend was returning with the bird in the same heat on Friday before Labor Day...1/2 hour at least in traffic.,,which I knew the bird would not survive. Later the vet did call me back with names of places that would euthanize the bird, but it was not necessary to call them. The bird died early evening.
As stated above, the vet felt terrible, and sent a nice card, and another vet in the office called me back, equally sympathetic...but I am left with the feeling "Coop" would still be around if I just had ignored the foot and not taken him to the vet.
