  It is so important to find an honest, trustworthy locksmith and Alan is definitely the best in the business. He is a total professional and I trust him to re-key my whole house. I have used him on numerous occasions - basically whenever anything goes wrong with my locks- and have recommended him to colleagues and friends. All have had equally positive experiences with both quality of work and price. I would not believe that other reviewer.

  EXCELLENT. Really nice, professional service! He is very interested in quality workmanship. He, also, wants to keep your costs as reasonable as possible. I would only suggest he call before his scheduled arrival time if he will be late. It happens to all of us late in the day in LA.

He had provided a price range over the phone before coming to our house and the final bill was well within the range the he quoted.   I have worked with them in the past, they are quick to respond and have great customer service. The only issue I had with them was the clarity of their billing processes, they largely upcharged me for the keys this time around for which they had not charged me in the past. When I asked about this they said this was because I paid through Angie's List the first time around, which I could understand but I only wish they had been more clear about it initially. Other than that I am always satisfied with their services.

  Guardian Angel Locksmith

  Great deal was purchased online for 2 locks to be re-keyed + 3 free keys. It stated we would get a call within 2 days to see if the dates and times we had selected were available for scheduling. Much to our surprise, they called us within 30 minutes of purchasing deal and we had a tech here the next day fixing our locks. Our tech, Felix, was not only on-time, he was personable, professional and helpful. Great service overall!

  I called Idan on Friday and he responded quickly with a visit a couple hours later. Was not expecting that - happily surprised on the swift service. When he got there he was kind enough to switch around a badly installed lock that was upside down. He also gave me a discount on the keys that were not standard keys. Idan went above and beyond.   I found Smitty's locksmith on Angie's website and saw all good reviews so I called.  I spoke w/ Idan, who set up appt in 2 hrs.  He called 20 min before arrival, as I had requested.  He was very professional, and clearly knew his business.  He fixed my front door lock, and also a balcony door which never locked since moving in.  He had all the materials on his truck, and made me some new keys, and even fixed a non-functioning key which I had gotten @ the hardware store.  His work is guaranteed for 6 months.   I will definitely recommend him to neighbors, and would call him for any further locksmith needs.
