    We had a wonderful and great experience with Luxcess Home by SOD Builders. Everyone that was involved at our house project was very skilled, experienced and very honest at each and every stage of the remodeling progress. We hired Luxcess Home by SOD Builders to remodel the master bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Our project manager Avi was the perfect person that we could ever have. At the end of each working day he provided us with the current schedule and tasks list for the next day and he also kept to inform us with his personal opinion and ideas for some tweaks and changes that he would like to do in order to make the work much better and without any additional charges. We can’t say enough about how happy we are with him and with the working crew who did the actual remodeling work. On top of that, they always kept the working space clean and safe. Luxcess Home by SOD Builders delivered us a top-notch remodeling product and a great customer service at a very fair price, we strongly recommend them.

    Adolfo and Gus did an excellent job of removing our old system and installing a whole new system, including duct work. We were told it would be no longer than a two and a half day job and that is exactly what it was. They arrived punctually on the agreed upon start time each day. They worked efficiently, quietly and were respectful of our home, including a complete clean up each day before they left. We couldn't have asked for a better team. They explained exactly what they were doing and discussed potential problem areas and came up with solutions. Even though some extra things had to be done, the price did not go up from the original contract. Everyone we dealt with the company, including Denise in the office, was friendly and helpful. After the job was completed, Gus walked us through the whole system, pointing out exactly what each piece of equipment did and where all the ducts led. He and Adolfo tested the system extensively before they left, making sure we were completely satisfied. I unreservedly recommend JW Heating & Air.

    Jeff from JW arrived punctually and thoroughly checked the property to advise what equipment would best suit our needs and to check for any potential problems. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and not high pressure. He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us good advice. He explained exactly what would be involved in the installation process. We had not planned to actually sign a contract at this stage but we were so pleased with how well he handled everything and that it was a good indication of what to expect from JW that we did sign a contract.

    Everything was going well -- price quoted was fair. After they removed the AC unit from the roof of my home I was informed that they would not proceed with the job because I wanted them to have a city permit. At the beginning of the job I was asked if I wanted the work performed with a permit and I responded yes. I was left without AC for my home in the middle of a hot spell in June. I found another company that will do the work, but must wait two weeks without AC in my home. Very unprofessional and questionable that this company would only want to do work without a permit.

    it went well. First time using this company. They were extremely professional, came on time, wore shoe covers on my hardwood floors, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. More importantly, they fixed my leak and at a fair price. I will definitely use Magic Touch again for repairs and maintenance services.

    We have had this home warranty for two years. We have had problems with literally every service request. First, there are the interminably long hold times on the phone. Next, there are the incompetent repairmen they send. Finally, there is the horrible customer service at AHS coupled with many times you end up having to pay another $100 to get someone out to actually fix the problem. Don't be fooled - you will spend way more money on the warranty and the $100 service calls then you would on your own using Angie's List.

    We have had a service contract with them for 3-4 years. They come twice a year. They are always wonderful and always come on time. If they are going to be late, they always let me know. I don't have anybody to compare the price. 

    They have been late once, but he called to warn me. There was an accident, but it wasn't their fault. They are very knowledgeable. They know their stuff. They fix problems. I would definitely use them again.

    Owning a house built in 1930 means lots of repairs and upkeep, so over the past 30 years I've hired plenty of repair folks and handymen to solve my various household repairs. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you, with genuine pleasure, that Gil Bussanich and Eddy Rios from Mr. Handyman, are hands down the most skilled, punctual, helpful, experienced, honest, expert, reasonably priced and efficient repair guys I've ever dealt with -- period. I interviewed or called or checked out nearly a dozen companies or individuals to address my repair issue and few of them struck me as being very experienced in dealing with my particular repair need. Few sounded interested in dealing with locating a new a/c-heating unit which would fit into the existing wall sleeve -- but the instant I spoke with Jeffrey at Mr. Handyman I had hope I'd finally found the right company. Jeffrey couldn't wait to send me his top guys to solve my problem. From beginning to end this company does their job in a way that exceeds my high expectations. Gil insisted on personally eyeballing the 27-year-old unit to be replaced and took great pains to take every single measurement imaginable to make absolutely sure that the replacement unit would fit perfectly into the sleeve, thus sparing me the big expense of having to tear out the sleeve and install a new one. Gil, a low-key, folksy perfectionist, took the time necessary to search for a unit with the right BTUs, the required features, and the right price. And when the job was nearly complete Gil realized I'd probably have to call my city's Public Works department and pay to have them haul away the bulky old a/c unit. But then he remembered that there's a place out near where he lives where large discarded stuff can be dropped off and taken to the dump -- he told me not to worry, he'd take care of it for me. That Gil is the kind of man to make that kindly offer is certainly one reason to call Mr. Handyman the next time you have a household repair to take care of. But it's only one of many reasons to let Gil and Eddy and their Mr. Handyman company fix what needs fixing in your home.

    Service was good, the dishwasher didn't work and they didn't know what was wrong. So they had me order and buy parts. He had to charge more for the long drive. I wont use him again because is too far away.

    GREAT. Leonid said that the control board that ran the fan for our system was burnt out, and possibly the motor. He recommended only replacing one at first, to see if that would fix the problem. otherwise the repairs would be very expensive. He explained what he was doing, each step of the way. I appreciated being brought into the process so I could undertstand the risks and what I was paying for. He was clear in his explanations, considerate, professional and prompt.
