Tire Buying And Repair reviews in Beverly Hills

We've been a customer of Globe Tire for over 20 years. Always received great service at fair prices. From my 20 yr. old Honda Accord to my wife's Toyota 4Runner to my old toy sports car they've always had the parts and skilled mechanics to do the job right the first time.

    West Coast Tire & Service
I went to West Coast because I have been doing business with them for over 30 years and have always appreciated their service.  When I arrived to have the service done, I gave the salesman, Tom, a special wrench to use to remove the lug nut covers on the custom BBS wheels.  These wheels originally cost $1,800 each.  I then took a walk and returned about 30 minutes later.  Upon my return, I found one of the mechanics pounding the cover back on the wheel with his fist, rather than screwing it in with the proper wrench I had provided.  The cover nut  came apart at the seams.  I went around the other side of the car and saw that they had screwed in that cover, but still had not used the special wrench, but rather used a oil filter wrench which scarred up the cover nut.  I stopped the workmen and asked to speak to the manager.  Jesse Gutierrez came out and proceeded to debate the issue with me.  "Did you actually see them use the oil filter wrench?" he asked.  I said no, but here it is laying on the ground right by the wheel, and the marks on the hub match up perfectly with the wrench.  As far as the other side went, he said the reason it came apart was that is was glued together with silicone.  In fact the cement was hard as a rock (silicone remains flexible).  He offered to have me leave the hub so he could glue it and i could pick it up the next day.  I told him I did not want to make another trip.  He offered to deliver it to me.  I thought about it for a minute, and I decided that I did not want to improve the situation into a bigger mistake.  This whole time, the special wrench I provided was sitting on the passenger seat where the salesman had left it.
In any event, their refusal to acknowledge their mistake is what really upset me.  Mr. Gutierrez' attitude to me was very rude -- debating the issue when his people were clearly in the wrong.  All I really wanted was an apology, but he did not provide that.  In any event, I will never go back to West Coast, and have already dissuaded a friend from going there to purchase tires for her Yukon.

I have had a great experience with them. They are fairly priced and I like that they have an app where you can get discounts off of services.

Their service was okay. I felt like they overcharged me and it took awhile for them to perform work. Overall they did a pretty decent job
