I first chose their services because my father has used them before and they did a great job. The body work was has been wonderful and you can't even tell the repairs were made. They were punctual with the service and were very accommodating. They immediately took my car and drove me over to the rental car place. They made everything very painless between having the repairs made to the insurance claims. The color match on the car was perfect and they did a great job.

Chico VW are great folks to work with. Easy drop off and pickup ride services to and from my workplace. Costs are reasonable, service is done on time, and the staff is friendly.

We originally bought our car from them in April of 2011. They were absolutely the best. They were polite and very thorough. I've had 6 service calls with them since we bought the car. The service department is unbelievable. They greet you at the door and go over with you what's needed. If the work takes longer than what's needed, they offer to take you home and bring you back.

It had a small blemish in the paint which they agreed to repair. When the day came for the work to be done, they provided a car and driver to take me home, then pick me up when the work was done. When it was time for an oil change, I took it to the dealership for the work. It was my first trip there. To my surprise, I was told there would be no charge for this first oil change because they wanted me to see how their service department worked. I had not been told it would be free, so it was a pleasant surprise. | |I have purchased two cars from Courtesy. I think most people are put off by the car buying experience and I'm not exception. However, both experiences were pretty reasonable. Not fun, mind you, but the staff did all they could to make it less painful. I left with a sense I had been treated fairly.

    PRIME TIME AUTO
My truck buying experience at Prime Time Auto last weekend couldn't have been more positive and pleasant.  I had viewed a particular vehicle I was interested in online.  I drove to the dealership, checked it out and test drove it and ended up purchasing it. The salesmen were courteous and accommodating.  The transaction went very smoothly.  I dealt mostly with Charley at the Fulton Ave. location and he was very easy to deal with.  He said that if I decided to purchase the vehicle that they would replace the center console lid because some of the outer material was worn through.  I also noticed a crack in the upper right hand corner of the windshield and was told that that could be replaced as well.  I did get those promises in writing and yesterday, just one week later, I drove back down to Sacramento and both were taken care of.  Everyone was just as pleasant as they had been the week before.  I have put several hundred miles on the vehicle already and so far no problems.  I was leery about dealing with an all-used car dealer, but my experience at Prime Time was a good one all the way around and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

They saved me $4000 from the other places that I ooked at.  They gave $2000 from my trade in and charged me $2000 less on the car.

Went in wanting to test drive car, I saw online, was happy with performance. I didn't feel any pressure  for a sale, though I purchased the vehicle,  I love my new Tucson, and would definitely buy from them again.  Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Everything went well until I went to take delivery of the car. The sales person was not prepared to show me all the features of the car, and seemed surprised when I wanted to test drive the car I was to take delivery on. I felt he was anxious to just get me to drive the car off of the lot which is the final step in selling a car, and the end of my right to point out possible defects and expect those to be corrected before taking delivery. Their financial advisor/manager, Kevin. was an absolute delight! All of my encounters with their staff were very pleasant.

I bought my car new three years ago. I have only brought it in for scheduled services and maintenance covered by warranty. I'm not sure what to expect now that I'm going to have to pay. Hopefully the costs will be competitive and the work will be done well but I'm not able to answer these questions now.

    1) Leather install was horrific with unsightly bulges, thread showing, and incomplete coverage.  Car was taken to a shop nearly 100 miles away and when we returned car for repair of inadequate install of leather, we asked to have repairs local as car is a lease and mileage would go against our total allowed.  They would not do local so sent back to initial vendor and promised to credit mileage to lease.  Upon return of car were told they could not credit miles.  Owner was to have inspected as promised.  Owner was not responsive.  We were lied to and misled by sales and service staff on crediting mileage and care was still not up to factory standards as promised by person who originally offered to install leather in the model we liked on the lot.  She reassured us repeatedly of the high quality of their leather install contact.    HYUNDAI CORPORATE WOULD NOT BACK THE DEALERSHIP PROMISE AND SAID THEY DO NOT ADVISE DEALERS TO DO ADD ONS.  DEALER MADE NO MENTION OF THIS CORPORATE POLICY AND WE QUESTION HOW CLEAR CORPORATE MAKES THIS TO THEIR DEALERSHIPS.  THE CONSUMER IS AT THE MERCY OF THIS DISCONNECT IN THE HYUNDAI QUALITY CHAIN.   DEALER OFFERED THIS SERVICE AND ASSURED US OF THE HIGHEST STANDARDS DID NOT DELIVER OR KEEP PROMISES MADE. 2)  Forms used at time of lease purchase were on a company's paperwork that had not been affiliated with Hyundai for over four months.  When we sent letter to cancel for a full refund and followed instructions on form, it was not only ignored but Hyundai would not even get us to the right vendor for the insurance.  We had to fill out Hyundai forms and were threatened with penalties though we had proof of following procedure on form legally used in transaction.  It took close to a dozen phone calls to get it straightened out over the course of about a month. Given Hyundai and Chico Hyundai in particular's gross negligence, misrepresentation, verbal commitments later back out on, etc. made a request that they take back the vehicle and return out substantial cash down.  They refused.  WE BELIEVE CORPORATE SHOULD HAVE MITIGATED OUT LOSS BY TAKING BACK THE CAR AND REIMBUSING OUR CASH, WHICH WAS SUBSTANTIAL AT THE TIME OF TRANSACTION. The product itself is new go me so I cannot comment on the car (a Sonata) - but I can and do stand by a strong recommendation to avoid this company based on broken promises, questionable ethics in the sales process, failure to follow up until we went all the way to corporate, and then corporate not standing behind its dealers.  Corporate's out and out refusal to back their dealership is unconscionable in the business of satisfying customers.  I would never do business at any Hyundai dealership - although service updates to maintain the lease requirements will be necessary in Chico.
