AEverlast ConstructionI would give 6 stars if the option was available. It was the easiest decision I've made, and I am so happy with my bathroom renovation. This project consisted of demolition, rebuilding, new sink, and a new bathtub.. basically a new everything. Nick from Everlast Construction was great to work with. He provided options, understood what we wanted from the start and did little extras that many others would overlook. The details inside the bathroom are now complimented by everyone who walks in there! They create beautiful, stunning work.- Christine B.

AEverlast ConstructionI own a home that’s a historic building and they were able to transform my space in just a few short days from old, ugly, and boring to new and modern! They were very accommodating and the quality of their work is very impressive! I had a very specific design in mind and they were able to work with me to achieve it. Gideon was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the team did amazing work on site. They tore down walls installed new cabinets, lighting, rewired electricity, fireplace, opened up the wall to allow space for an addition, a bigger window to add more sunlight and more. Gideon’s professional knowledge and guidance contributed greatly in completing the project to my satisfaction. The house was complete in 4 weeks! AEverlast ConstructionThis year, we bought a house that was a planned gut job remodel, and hired Everlast Construction to do a full remodel. We have been living in the house for about 4 months at the time of this project. Joanne supervised the on-site work and steered us toward decisions that we are so grateful for now. Everlast redid my kitchen, various floors throughout the house, recessed lighting, and other nice little touch ups. They were helpful when it came to picking finishes such as tile, wood flooring, LED lights, specialty counter-tops. The kitchen was created beautifully.. design, countertops, cabinets, island placement and all. We got a lot of value for our money. Joanne made this a very easy process and my family is very happy with the experience and outcome.- Karen K.

Oren spent over 5 hours during our first meeting showing me all the possibilities that can be done to my house (kitchen, bathrooms, livingroom, dinning room and all the rest of the house), if you know little about all the little details about remodeling your home (like I do), Oren will definitely explain it to you in terms that you will completely understand and turns your ideas into this beautiful 3D design. Oren also had awesome ideas and recommendations on how to attain your dream home. He knows house histories, and why houses were built in a certain way! He is unlike any other contractor that will just throw out random price of how much the renovation could cost you without showing you hard proof. I am a visual learner, so when he made this amazing 3D design using the exact measurement of my house, he by far blown my mind with his experience and knowledge. It even gave me a chance to actually change few things that did not quite look right with kitchen. He will make sure you will enjoy and have fun designing your home. ASOD Home GroupWe highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. ASOD Home GroupWe had such a positive experience with SOD Home Group, especially in working with Oren that we feel the need to write a review in case if someone else out there is searching for the same type of work on their home or even just a good construction company/contractor to work with. Prior to SOD Home Group, we worked with another contractor who not only didn’t deliver but took off with our money. We then contacted other contractors hoping they can do the job or recommend someone who is reliable to do the work, but it turns out they can only perform smaller projects. We decided to just give up on our vision of having a complete remodeling project of our home all together since it was too difficult to find someone who could take on the job and be trustworthy. But every time we looked at the wall it bothered us, I know first world problems, so we gave it one last shot. We sent a request out to multiple construction companies and SOD Home Group was one of the few who responded. When Oren came for the initial consultation, he was very well prepared, knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of details on what was involved (permits, inspections, cost, etc) so we knew we would move forward with SOD Home Group because of him. Long story short, we couldn’t be happier to have worked with him. He was very proactive and transparent throughout the entire process, updating us on timelines and of any delays. The best part of all is that any concerns we had or imperfection that we pointed out, he happily addressed them and got them corrected until we were happy with the results. Overall, the experience was impressive and we couldn’t be happier. For any future projects on home, SOD Home Group would definitely be our go to. Thanks SOD Home Group and Oren! ASOD Home GroupAll the amazing reviews about SOD Home Group were spot on! He and his crew were AWESOME! The work is superb. They did it in the time Oren promised and with attention to detail. He rolled with some changes and we couldn’t be happier. Oren was there every day to make sure all was going well, and he responded quickly to any text or question I had.Another thing I like about working with SOD Home Group was that everything was in writing. There were no surprises, and he did everything (actually more) that was agreed upon.We had SOD Home Group rebuild our entire home including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, entry, garage and more…. Besides that, he added a set of stairs with 2 landings down the side of our hillside home. Part of the work was to remove the popcorn ceilings & re-plastering, removal of drop ceiling lights and install new lights instead. Removal of carpet and new flooring and molding installed, replaced old vanity with a new one. Everything looks so gorgeous, I couldn’t be happier.Oren’s prices may be higher than other contractors, but he is worth it for so many reasons. Mainly; I didn’t feel like I had to oversee every detail. AWise BuildersI cannot recommend enough! Our project included a kitchen remodel, new flooring, and recessed lighting throughout the home. The final result exceeded our expectations and has made our newly purchased home more functional, as well as more comfortable. The project was completed in lightning speed (~40% faster than original quote, which was reasonable to begin with), but certainly without compromising on quality. AEverlast ConstructionAriel has been a dream to work with. We had to fire our last contractor as he was just too slow! Ariel came in and did a HUGE remodel in three months. This included: bathrooms, painting interior exterior, foundation work around the entire house, pavers, pool, outdoor kitchen, flooring, etc After feeling like we had the right team on our hands, we hired them again for a kitchen remodel! The kitchen included demoing of a wall, moving the sink from the wall to the island, whole new design! a ton of electrical and plumbing work,countertop, backsplash, etc. The beauty about Ariel is that not only does he do quality work, you can actually get a hold of him- and within hours! If you've ever or never done a construction job on your home, communication is one of the biggest areas that people complain the most about. Ariel is upfront, responsive, and dependable- and very reasonable financially. He's also pretty creative and solution oriented. We had a Ariel made me feel valued as a customer as well, which, you just don't really get in this industry. It's a relief to finally treat someone with kindness and get it in return! All in all, we wouldn't think twice about going with another contractor for our home remodeling needs. AJosh came within 45 minutes of my contacting Dalcon. I had a dangerous situation that caused sparks and a small flame at one of my exterior fixtures. Seems some critters munched on the wires. Josh diagnosed the problem right away and was able to resolve the immediate danger, and provide a longterm solution estimate. I will be going forward with the additional repairs. Josh was pleasant, courteous and professional.

FThey showed up on time and they did complete the work however I was told I would be charged for two workers however only one worker showed up and he then told me he would only charge me for one worker but I was still charged the two worker rate. He also does not have any supplies to do work other than the workers tools as I had to go buy small pieces so that they could complete the work. When I questioned him about the overcharge he offered a "discount" on future work ( I won't hire again) then told me the one person rate was almost as much as the two worker rate. I suggest anyone hiring this business make sure you get ALL details and COSTS up front and make sure they will meet your expectations prior to agreeing to work with him. This business owns me money as they overcharged me, I find the individual owning this business to be deceptive and untruthful and want to w

AIdeal Solar, Lighting and Electric is the IDEAL place for you to go for trustworthy, safe, reasonably priced electrical needs. Jeff was wonderful! As soon as you meet him, you know he is a man of integrity. We had a sewage issue in our home which caused us to have to live in an RV for almost 5 months. Our home, being older, did not have enough power in the panel, sub panel, or receptacles to accommodate plugging in the RV. The weather at the time was in the 100’s so the temperature in the RV was exceeding 120 degrees! We had to get it plugged in. Jeff and team replaced our panel, sub panel, installed the necessary outlets and since we were doing all this work, we had him rewire any unsafe wiring he found. He installed a new circuit and outlets to relieve the overloaded circuit that went to almost the whole house. During the work they were communicative, stayed on budget, were reasonable with the change orders we added on the fly, and finished in a very acceptable amount of time. My family and I feel so much safer now that we know our electric is ok! Additionally, in a few years, once we replace our roof, we absolutely intend to have Ideal Solar install solar in our home. I know I can trust Jeff to be honest with me and sell me what I need, not over sell, not undersell, but provide the best benefit for solar to my family. I can’t recommend Ideal Solar enough for the fabulous job they did for us. Thank you Jeff and team!!

ASaul was fantastic! Talked through the work that needed to be done, explained what it would look like (for exterior wiring) and provided a quote quickly. He was able to perform the work the following day and got it done. The finished product both looks and works great, and I would definitely hire again for any future electrical projects.
