West Coast Windows & Doors Inc
The installation crew was excellent: polite and communcative, as quiet as they could be under the circumstance. They cleaned up very well after each day's work and at the end. The finished product looks great.

    Bluebird Fixit
Good results overall. Doors were replaced/installed cleanly and professionally. Estimates matched total work (accounting for supply and other costs). Tim noticed that previous, faulty repair job was primarily broken because screws were not long enough. New, metal doors are properly exterior-rated and work very smoothly. After replacing doors, he also made sure that the seal was good and prevented longer term damage or deterioration. Cabinet adjustment created a little bit more work. Part of the cabinet modification revealed some hidden drywall damage, so he repaired that along with finishing up cabinet modifications. But overall cabinet modifications good. He adjusted trim, doors, and other aspects of the cabinet that needed shortening, fixing a long-standing fit problem with one of the doors along the way. Very good, thorough, careful work.

    Green Bay Remodeling Inc
My hat's off to Green Bay Remodeling for successfully completing, in a reasonable amount of time, this challenging Scandinavian-style bathroom remodel four flights up from the street. The challenge began years ago when the bathroom flooded causing dry rot and a mold infestation in the floor and the ceiling below. The mold remediation company had to completely gut the bathroom from several feet above the floor. When done, they recommended Green Bay as a company who could get on the job promptly, which they did. The remodel design was a collaborative effort, involving me (an architecture buff), my daughter (a landscape architect), and Green Bay's energetic Project Manager, Zack Ilinetsky. We agreed on a walk-in shower with no shower pan and a white tile surround. Zack suggested three wall boxes in the shower to break up the plain white, and, when I decided to avoid a bulky sink vanity, an elegant pedestal sink. He also suggested tiling the entire bathroom up to the window level, not just the shower. Zack, being knowledgeable about locally affordable bathroom fixtures, helped me keep the cost down why I indulged in ordering the finish materials online, thanks to Green Bay's policy of encouraging to choose them. I was impressed with the hard-working and technically skilled crew as they carried cement board and over a ton of tile up the four winding flights, creating a waterproof floor for the shower. Then a crisis occurred: the local planning department, which was in the midst of a reorganization, sent a plumbing inspector unfamiliar with the local code, who threatened us with having to tear up the beautiful water-tested floor! Zack really showed his energy and determination, going to the planning department and explaining the technical details. They understood and sent us another inspector who green-lighted completion of this ambitious remodel. Another unexpected treat Zack provided was the advanced ceiling fan with Bluetooth stereo speakers and a blue night-light. I can play music from my smartphone while enjoying my shower.  An automatic on-off switch for the new recessed LED ceiling lights was also installed. Having taken a luxurious shower in my new high-style bathroom (that's a pre-existing sauna behind the wooden door, by the way), I am now ready to show off my gorgeous new bathroom to the world. Cielo Construction Company
The work went very well. Cielo had a project manager assigned to our projects who was responsive to our concerns and requests. The crews were professional and prompt: always there when they said they would be and let us know if they were not coming. The phases stayed on schedule and we are quite pleased with the outcomes. This after giving us the most competitive bids. They also clean up completely after completion of projects. We look forward to working with them again on future projects!

    Thomas Judt
We hired Tom to help us tackle an extensive remodel of our 3 bedroom/2 bath house. We hired Tom because he was by far the easiest to communicate with. Additionally, and just as important, he was one of few contractors who approached our project and budget with an perspective of how to make it feasible vs viewing it as an impossibility. Overall we are very satisfied with the work that Tom and his team completed for us, and the experience of working so closely together for 3+ months of active site work was a relatively smooth one, no small feat for something of this scope and with all the surprises that can arise.

    Magnolias Locksmith
John came on time, he went to get supplies, and returned promptly, he repaired the doors perfectly. He shared his billing details with us, and sent a follow up statement of his work. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked efficiently. I would hire him again for lock work, and handyman work. At last a person we can turn to for small jobs. SH

    Crowworks Construction
Their quality work Crowworks brings is truly outstanding. They are true craftsman who take enormous pride in their work, and do whatever is necessary to make things perfect. Not to mention Crow's unstoppably positive attitude and legendary joke-of-the-day to look forward to every morning. During the design process, Crow can be a real out-of-the-box thinker, but also treats it as a completely collaborative process that's ultimately about making the client 100% happy. He's always been flexible and receptive to changes along the way. Where this meant additional cost, he's always been very upfront and clear. We've all heard all the nightmare stories of contractors that can't set expectations. Crow has given accurate estimates with every project - almost to the day. Very few people can handle everything from highly artistic design & sculpture, to the more mundane such as bathroom tile selection, and actually execute it flawlessly. Overall, I would 100% recommend Crowworks for your design and contracting needs, especially for anything leaning towards the artistic end of the spectrum.

    American Home Renewal Inc
The process from beginning to end went great. Their estimate was exact and no surprises. They showed up when planned and finished sooner than expected. The only negative was with clean up. It just wasn't as thorough as I had hoped and expected. After they left we filled almost 2 garbage bags of debris and picked up a pound or so of nails. To be fair, AHR did not do the removal of the original siding. That was done by another company since it was asbestos. So some of the trash was residual from the removal. I would hire them again without question!

    Everlast Construction
We had a wonderful experience working with Everlast from start to finish of our remodel. From the beginning, Tom, our project manager, was extremely straightforward and very communicative. They were efficient and incredibly accommodating, as we added to the scope of work or changed our minds, typical stuff for a project of this size. Tom was available at all times of day and on the weekends, always responsive and quick to offer suggestions. The Everlast crew that came through was hard working and respectful, we loved Vicente our project lead, he was quick with a solution and nothing fazed him.

    REED BROTHERS SECURITY
From start to finish, this project was far easier than we expected. This is a two-condo building, with both front doors facing the street. The other owner, who has the upstairs flat, and I wanted screen doors to increase air flow during  the hotter days of summer and fall.  We also wanted these doors to be pet proof and to be secure from intruders, while, at the same time, not looking like your typical iron-bar security barrier. We are extremely satisfied on all counts. I looked at a number of websites and found that the Woodguard security screen door listed by Reed Brothers fit our requirements perfectly. Although I ordered the doors sight unseen, they arrived looking exactly as described. From the outside, the doors appear to be made of beautifully finished wood (no hint of the steel door frame). The only giveaway is the perforated steel mesh, but even that is unobtrusive. Two Reed Brothers installers -- Eli and Andrew -- arrived this morning with the doors and took about an hour to install each one. They were professional, wasted no time and answered all of my questions. I found the entire experience -- from talking to people at the store via telephone to the estimator who came out to measure the doors to the installers today -- to have provided excellent service.
