    Dr. Zimmerman does not follow-up, he seems very unconcerned about very serious symptoms, is not observant and does not pay attention to medications.  Both my parents were shockingly neglected under his care.  Now we have switched and realize what a difference good care makes in terms of their overall health and well-being!

    working overtiI've had Dr L:uong as my MD for over two years and she has been on top of my symptoms for the whole time.   I have a complicated medical history.   I had petit mals as a child, a stroke when I was 23, leukemia when I was 50, and congestive heart failure when I was 63.   She has stayed on top of it all,  often calling me in the evening after she'd recieved test results earlier in the day.

    I've been using him for 5 years and he's extremely versatile. He doesn't believe that much in sending people to specialists and it's not that necessary. He's been handling everything from dermatology to physician, at least in that level. It's just a small office and he has an assistant. It's just adequate and satisfactory.

    It's a very nice facility and I really get appointments quickly. I'm not always sure about their diagnosis. It's not always accurate and so that's the issue that I've had. Everybody is very nice. The facility is very nice, clean and comfortable. It's not crowded.

    Blue Cross assigned me a primary care physician at this office. This physician had left the practice prior to this assignment. A year or so later, Blue Cross assigned me someone else here. I was never allowed to meet this doctor in the four years I went there. I was always given a physician's assistant. When I mentioned that I thought this was unusual, the office staff reacted as if I were asking for special treatment.

    The PA tended to offer me prescriptions I didn't ask for. The one time I did ask for a prescription, he couldn't do it.

    In the last six months before my insurance changed, things were getting better. I was seeing doctors who acted like my health was important.. They are not on my plan now, at least I think so: I was disconnected while trying to verify it, after having to listen to piano music for 15 minutes.

    I like that he takes the time to talk with you and explain things.  He is also my mother?s physician and he was very good with her as well.  He is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.  His treatment has been very effective.  His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.  It is not hard to get in to see him.  He is a great doctor.

    She is warm, humane, and intelligent. She takes the time to listen to us, and is not condescending. She treats us like intelligent people; she assumes that we are. I have never gotten the feeling that I was talked down to, or made to feel like a fool. She has always been really kind and really nice. Once when I was going through a really bad condition she was very nice to me. In fact, she was nicer than my mother ever was. She has a nice office with a lab upstairs where we can have our tests done. Her nurse practitioner is really smart. The staff is really good too. Dr. Fiscella is just outstanding.

    You can't always get in to see her, but there are physician's assistants. She has been my doctor for many years. She spends as much time with you as you need. She remembers things about you. With some doctors, it feels like you're meeting them for the first time with every visit, but it isn't that way with her.

    He is very thorough and he takes time to ask questions about what is wrong. He is very competent and friendly. He gets A all along the line. Sometimes he is booked up for appointments for a week in advance and can be hard to get an appointment.

    I have used their services once before in February 2009. They were generally available and the staff was really nice. I had to wait for half an hour which was fine with me but some other people had to wait a little longer than that occasionally. They were located close to my apartment, just three blocks away which was very convenient to me. Once they thought that the doctor could see me, they arranged everything. They accepted my employer's insurance. They made sure that they had the appropriate part of the insurance information so that they could verify and send the bill to them directly. If they could not verify immediately, one could give them a check for the bill amount which they promised they would not cash unless they could not accept the insurance. In my case, they could not verify my insurance immediately and hence I gave them a check. Fortunately, they were able to verify my insurance and returned the check back to me. I have never been to them for any kind of treatments.
