I've got a Toyota truck and I like the dealership there. I think I got a fair price and good work there, and I understand the kind of work they do. I thought it was good quality work. I think the cost of the battery was a bit on the high side. I've learned since then that you can buy batteries by shopping around - you get a better price at another nationally named provider. I think it was one day to complete that service. I brought it in first thing in the morning when they opened and they were finished by the end of the day.

I am not that happy with the Chevrolet dealer, frankly. They have changed, so hopefully their service department will be better and not so costly. Their website doesn't work right when you try to schedule appointments on their website even though they encourage you to do that. The last time I had my Chevrolet in for a checkup I really felt like I got overcharged. You know, they will charge you for the checkup and then you get the invoice and it doesn't say what work they did. I mean, you know, what did they do to earn this money? I am interested in those details and I don't get them from them so I am going to strike out and get my Chevrolet serviced at a different place. If they did any real tests for the coolant system it doesn't show up on the invoice so how do I know what they did?  When I sit down and think about what they did for me for the $357.98 I can't tell that they really did anything to justify that kind of a price tag. So I will be getting my w done elsewhere unless I feel only the Chevrolet dealer has the tools to diagnose and fix my car, but otherwise I'll be going elsewhere. They do the oil change every 5,000 miles. I have no reason to believe that the quality of the work they did was bad. I asked them to write down all the things they did. I always ask that and I never get that from them. You take the car in, you deal with a specialist and you ask him to please write down on the invoice everything that they do. And then you get called that the car is ready to be picked up and you don't see the specialist again, all you see is the cashier. She doesn't know what sort of work was done on my car so it is just not a satisfactory system. I am going to be looking for places that give me the information that I like to have. They are pretty good about getting the car worked on or at least telling me if it is going to be the next day. I don't think it is professional to not explain the work that was done on the car.

Always a first-rate experience.  They are my "go to" shop for all my car troubles.  Owning two reliable cars, I don't get to see them that often.  When do, they are always able to take care of issues within a day or so.  I've had absolutely no issues with any of their repairs.  Two things to keep in mind:
    (1) They are an independent auto shop, and may need to get some parts if you are doing something that's a little unique (like a hybrid-battery).  This has led to a 2nd day of repair... but they've always been very upfront about it.
    (2) They close at 5pm.  If that doesn't work for you, they will make some arrangements.  Ask them.  Just don't show up at 5:30pm and be surprised when they are not there (full disclosure: I am also someone that likes to go home fairly promptly at the end of my full work-day...!)

We use them quite regularly.  The service is fine.  The dealership it's not a big dealership but they are the only game in town.  You use them unless you want to drive thirty miles.  We own Cadillacs so we use them. They are just down the street.  We take them to the dealer they do the work on them.  They generally don't get the job done the first time or they don't do what is needed to do something else and they keep costing more and more money.  After the second time I went to Cadillac themselves and instructed them to do repairs on the third time for free.  I had a year previous service for oil change and tire rotation and stuff like that. Cadillac is very good, very strict owner dealers.   If you put in a complaint they go straight to the owner.

I made an appointment ahead of time, when I arrived they took my car in right away.  They have a nice waiting room with wifi... which was nice. They topped off my fluids and even replaced my tag light... which I didn't even know was out. The office staff seemed friendly and honest. They did recommend some work that I should keep in mind to do in the near future. I will definitely be taking it back to them for those services.

Well I took it in on a Monday, and the first three days they called to say they hadn't got a chance to look at it as they've been busy with other clients. Finally on Thursday they called and said they figured it out and it would be ready to pick up on Friday. When I went to pick it up they had me go out to the car and listen. She got in it and revved the engine to a very high rpm and said "do you hear that? Your motor is shot." Then they said they could replace it with a new engine for $6000.00. Its a 1995 Mercury Sable worth about $2500.00. They told me they do not rebuild engines or install rebuilt engines. They went on to say they would trust it to take me across town. I told them I would get back to them. On my way home from there my check engine light came on and it died. I called them and they said bring it right back. I did and they kept a mechanic after hours to check on it but said I should leave it so they can look at it Monday. They ultimately could not fix it and returned my money. And they never did get to the tune up I originally took it in for. But to be fair, every time I took a car in before this time I was VERY pleased with their service.

We have brought all of our cars for service with Alex's from a beat up old SUV, to our diesel truck to our newest Toyota. They have always done a great job. When our SUV wasn't worth the repair price, they told us so we could get rid of it and save that money.

I took my car to them for a tune up and oil change prior to getting my
car smogged. I also had an oil leak I wanted them to look at. They told
me they could also take it to a test only station to get it smogged for
me. I dropped it off at 9am and they called me at 4:30 saying I could pick it up. It was smogged, the oil leak was fixed, and the car runs great!

Joe and his crew are awesome - they do what is needed at a reasonable price and don't find and quot;extrasand quot; that are unnecessary. They give me a ride home when I drop off my car and pick me up when it's done...all while being very personable.

We love their service they are good. They are honest and have fair prices. The place is an old family shop that was handed down to him. I think he doesn't spend a lot of money on the environment but they get the job done.
