This is a wonderful organization. Dr. Rudiger was the best vet my cat has ever had, and I truly appreciate that she was able to offer feline dental services for such a reasonable price. I wish she/Nine Lives could still offer these services, though I understand that she needs to focus her efforts. When she eventually convinced me to adopt a companion for him, I adopted a cat from Nine Lives, who is an absolute sweetheart. He was well-socialized at the shelter, and has always been a model cat. The volunteers and staff are all friendly, helpful, and dedicated to improving the lives of cats. If I am ever in a position to adopt additional cats, I would do so from Nine Lives in a heartbeat.

You can take your dog for agility training and obedience. I took my dog there for a year and a half. We'd go once a week and I'd give them the highest scores. Everything they do is right. My dog loves it. I have seen progress with myself too, I have to run along with the dog. A lot of good things go on there. It's a franchise around the country and they just run this one really well. The staff doesn't turn over and the clientele like me, we keep coming back.

I have been using the company for about 2 years. They are very reliable and she takes great care of my animals. It is very easy to get our dog into them. The pricing is a little high, but the quality of service

All of it was awesome.  Our dog was a newly rescued 2 year old with a lot of anxiety but decent manners with dogs and humans.  They kept her in the more relaxed big-dog area for daycare and never left her unsupervised in her overnight care (open room where dogs all sleep communally).  If the caregiver has to leave the room they put all of the dogs in individual crates until the caregiver returns.  After she became more comfortable with being away from us she switched to weekly hikes.  She gets picked up at about 8:30 and returned about 3:30.  She practically bolts out the door with her dog-walker (same each week) and comes back happy and exhausted.  They hose the dogs down to clean them up (mud and creeks are available entertainment on the hike) so she is wet when she comes home and always has a few ticks on her.  She loves running with other dogs and this hike lets her do that.  Smilin dog means a smilin owner.

Staff and Doctors are polite and professional.  The Doctors are competently good, good bedside manner, the cats like her. A most civilized visit, to find our 3 middle age rescued cats in good health, provided by this clinic, for most all of their lives to the present.

Dr. Ackerman was fabulous. She was just wonderful. We did have an experience with another vet there who was not so fabulous, but this particular woman has us coming back. The hospital is great.

Dr. Ackerman was fabulous. She was just wonderful. We did have an experience with another vet there who was not so fabulous, but this particular woman has us coming back. She tried to understand what our dog's personality was, what made her comfortable, what made her uncomfortable, she got on the floor with her and played. She was very interactive and not judgmental about her being a little frightened and trying to understand. The hospital is great. The price seems fair.

.The cats all love Mary Lou. They are glad to see her; she feeds them, takes care of the litter, plays with them, examines them, gives medication to one of them, and calls us as needed, wherever we are, to reconcile any questions or concerns. We have been using her services for many years with no problems whatsoever. What a pleasure to go on a trip and not have to worry about our cats at all, as we know they are in good hands. She also brings in the mail and papers, and checks the house for any thing not right. On the last day of service, she leaves a summary of the care, and any thing that needs to be noticed. She asks us to call and leave a message when we get home to affirm we were not delayed, making sure the cats are not in a bad situation. Service well worth the fee. This year, we got a bonus from her. As a regular customer, she knows we sometimes travel to visit our family for Thanksgiving, and when her availability began to fill up, she called to see if we wished to use her services this year.  What great service!

Our cat had a swollen paw. We'd seen him catch a baby rattlesnake a few days earlier and were concerned, but the vet said that wasn't the issue. An antibiotic was prescribed and a few days later, Leo was all better.
The staff was very professional and pleasant. Facilities were very clean.

We have been going to them for about a year and we have been seeing our vet, Dr. Mitchell for five years, she was at a different location then.  She just loves her clients and her animals.  She responds to my questions about the dogs and makes recommendations or referrals if she thinks it is going to help the animal, at least for an evaluation.  She is just a really caring person and a really nice person.  She is very comprehensive and looks at the overall health of the pet, right from nutrition to making sure that everything with them is done in a timely manner and reminder for the shots; just the total care.
