I can't say enough about these guys. A couple of the hardest working guys I've seen. They were on time, friendly, and the quality of their work was amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

    RB Remodeling & Landscape Construction
Very good. They started a couple days later then on the contract due to other jobs I guess but it worked out fine because they finished 1 day early. Very clean and professional and always on time. We especially like the communication.

    RB Remodeling & Landscape Construction
ok so our contractor asked if we could give a review and grading of them on angies list and we didn't have an account on angies list but our contractor stated we could make one for free so we decided since we are so happy with the work we would be pleased to do that for them. We actually live in the same gated community as the contractor so this was also a plus working with a local neighborhood contracting company. Well unfortunately we had a water line burst in our kitchen while we were on vacation and it ran for approximately 2 days or more before our next door neighbor called and told us. They turned the water main off for us but the damage was already done it destroyed the entire kitchen, all flooring and baseboards, all the finish walls, doors ,etc etc. Well State farm was pretty good about it and came through with paying for it. We found this contractor on google in Beaumont , they came out same day did estimate and had estimate to us that evening. We immedietley hired them as they were very responsive and a little cheaper than the other company we called. They did an entire kitchen demo and remodel that turned out gorgeous. They also repaired the water line break. They did all new baseboards, drywall, all the wood and tile flooring. Painting, light fixtures, appliances, etc. I am probably missing something but that's about it. Very happy after a very crummy experience with the water line breaking. All in all great professional company and very responsive. We highly recommend.

    Panter's Hardwood Floors Inc.
From the gitgo Panter's was exceptional. Vernonica, was responsive via phone, text and email.  I visited their showroom in Banning, CA and was very satisfied with the options that I had for the cork.  Panter's was at the house the next day taking measurments and prepared a bid which was delivered in an understandable format covering all the options that I wanted.  I should say that much of our communication was done long distance as the cork would be installed in a home we had just purchased while we still lived far, far away.  I instantly sized these folks up as people I could trust from afar.  Bottom line, they did an exceptional job of installing the cork in an astonishingly short period of  time! They were so efficient in the installation that there was little waste of material the consequence of this is they came in under the bid price!  Just received a call today from Sandy Panter today making sure that I was satisfied with the installation.  Yes, yes and yes.  I recommend Panter;s Hardwood Floors without reservation!  Thanks Panter's!!!

    Top Notch Tile & Stone
The realtor with whom we worked gave us Tad Jordan's name and number (owner of Top Notch Tile and Stone) because she herself had work done in her home and had recommended him to several of her other clients over the past several years. Everyone seemed very pleased. He was very quick to respond to our call and came out to listen to what we wanted done, provided excellent suggestions and recommendations, and a fair estimate of the costs. He was professional and personable, a pleasure to deal with. Tad is a general contractor and efficiently and professionally managed and oversaw all of the work as it was being performed.
With regard to the tile, he was able to order the same tile (mfg and color) but when the workmen began to lay the tile to extend the original foyer to include the hallways and entrance to the great room, it was clear that the new boxes contained more tiles that were darker than were in the original. When I mentioned that I was concerned that there was a distinction between the old and new, Tad, without hesitation, instructed the men to correct the situation to my satisfaction. One of the men sorted through the tile boxes and brought in darker tiles which I placed over a number of the lighter tiles in the original areas (foyer and bathroom off one of the newly tiled hallways) until everything looked balanced. They removed those light tiles with the darker ones, as well as removed all the original grout in the entire foyer so that there was no chance that the grout areas would not match.
All the work was executed in a professional, expert manner and all of the workers were pleasant, considerate and extremely diligent.
Tad did not require any payment prior to beginning the work. Once work was underway, I did pay 3 minimal amounts for the crown molding material, the paint and a deposit on the laminate, but did not have to make any additional payments until the work was completed.
In addition to performing all the requested work, when I mentioned to him that I wanted to have the grout in the kitchen and the two bedrooms that still were carpeted cleaned, Tad provided a recommendation for someone to take care of those items. I contracted with that person and I was very pleased with his work as well.
Upon completion of the work all old materials (old carpet, padding, tiles and grout that was removed, etc.) were removed and the premises were clean and neat.

Mike gave me an estimate for laminate flooring and carpet for our second home.  He gave me the exact measurements so I could shop prices.  I was able to make a decision on my selections knowing that the price was fair.
However, when it came time for scheduling, he doesn't confirm, which caused the carpet installers to show up without being on my schedule. The laminate install wasn't confirmed but when they showed up I was glad and surprised.
The gal that takes calls and works in the showroom isn't any better at communication. She was supposed to send Mike with carpet samples on the estimate date, but failed to send more than one sample of the type and colors I requested.
The installation was great, professional, courteous, and friendly.
I would recommend this company, but know that follow up is essential.
Mike seems like a very honest and hardworking person with integrity, which is tough to find these days.

When we visited the sales center we informed the sales person that we needed a durable floor because we had children and a dog.  We wanted to get something that would last.  He directed us to the laminate flooring.  We chose a sample and he demonstrated how scratch resistant the flooring was.  He mentioned that if it did get damage not to worry because there was a 25 year warranty.
At the completion of installation several scratches were noted on the floor and reported to the sales person.  I was told that it must be from the installers and that they would be fixed.  A month later they came to fix the flooring but I informed them of other areas where the color was coming off of the floor.  At that point they believed it to be a manufacturer problem and said that the manufacturer would have to look at it so they did not replace any boards.  The manufacturer of the flooring came out and took pictures of the floor with his camera phone and left.  KV Shaw's installer came out to fix the boards two months after the manufacturer came out.  A few weeks later I informed KV Shaw that the color of the floor is coming off again.  A month later the manufacturer returned and took pictures of a few areas with his camera.  He took a sample board for testing.
The end result is that the manufacturer claims it is not a manufacturing problem and KV Shaw states that it is a manufacturing problem so they aren't going to do anything.  I am stuck with an expensive floor that has specks of color coming off everywhere and no one wants to take ownership of the problem.  I was sold this product from KV Shaw and was told that it would last and look great.  And if it didn't that there was a warranty.  First of all the product is not holding up and secondly the warranty is no good because the manufacturer pushes the blame on the consumer.  I trusted KV Shaw to sell me a product based on the facts and circumstances that I gave them.
I wish that I never purchased this product from KV Shaw and I would not recommend them.  The sales person and installation crew have always been very nice and understanding.  But when it comes down to getting complaints handled and corrective action being completed expect the run around.  I informed KV Shaw of the damages to the floor in April.  I was given the run around until September when I was finally told that they were not going to do anything and that I was on my own if I wanted to pursue the damages any more.

    Dwell Well Remodeling LLC
We are extremely impressed. We find that their subcontractors are all good. They make sure that they are there when they are supposed to be and do what they are supposed to do. Greg, the owner, stays on top of the project. His price is extremely reasonable. We took bids from a couple of other contractors and his was very reasonable. We are pleased with the quality of the work. He seems to be attentive to the issues that naturally come up. We have done quite a bit of work on our house and this has been one of the most positive experiences. He did refer us to check on him on Angie's List.

I used him twice, and he was punctual. He did exactly what he said he was going to do at the time and on the date he said he was going to do it. He was really good. The price was reasonable and very competitive. He was very clean, and he cleaned up after himself. He was here about three hours and made two trips. He was local to where I live.
