    THE KEY MAN PIANO TUNING
All of Mark's visits have been pleasant and effective, with the desired result obtained, that being two properly tuned pianos. He is not grumpy, and has a refined sense of humor. We are always glad to summon him for the annual tunings, and look forward to his visits. Mark arrives in his minivan, which contains the tools and spare parts that are needed. His skills are wide-ranged. During a move the bottom board on our 1921 Story & Clark upright piano split along its entire length. (We had made the mistake of hiring a moving company that was unaccustomed to handling pianos.) When we called Mark for advice, he replied, "I can take care of that. Measure the broken board and send me its dimensions." Sure enough, Mark arrived on the appointed day with a new oak plank and the appropriate steel framework for gently rotating an upright piano onto its back. He removed the broken board, trimmed and beveled the replacement board to fit, fastened it to the bottom of our piano, rotated the instrument back to its normal orientation, and sat down to play in order to make sure everything about it was correct. (Mark is also an accomplished pianist.) Of course all was well, and we were greatly relieved. There's no one else we would rather have tune our pianos than The Key Man. Thanks for reading.

    MOR FURNITURE FOR LESS
I WOULD NEVER DO BUSSINESS THERE AGIAN!!! Sales persons treated my wife like a queen. The problem came with the delivery. They told us 4-6 weeks for delivery. We haven't received all of the furniture (8/12). We have made repeated calls and give 4+ different delivery dates but it keeps getting pushed back further and further. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and was denied. My wife had to call the corporate office and speak with the managers, manager in order to get any answers. That was 3 weeks ago and still we are waiting. Maybe one day we will get all of what we paid for. The customer service is unable to help you or give you any straight answers. There latest is that they call on a day to change our delivery and we gave them the go ahead. We were in LA that day and never received any calls on our cell phones. My wife has gotten so frustrated with them that has brought her to tears. They are degrading, dishonest and far from a company of integrity. We placed the order at the beginning of the summer and school starts next week. As family has come and gone we have had to sit on the coach to eat as we have waited for our dinning set. I have personally spoken with Mimi and Johny. My wife didn't recall who she had spoken with. I can understand delays but never once did I hear "I am sorry" We finally recieved our furnature, but what a hassle.

In Your Wildest Dreams Antiques & Consignments
This is an antique and consignment shop. I took 5 shoes and 20 articles of clothing to them for consignment, all in excellent condition, some new with tags, and all in season. I was given a receipt showing 5 shoes and 20 clothing items. In May 2009 they claimed they didn't sell one article and had donated all to charity. They gave me a receipt for income tax purposes of donations, but when I got home I saw it was for 1 pants and 5 tops, one of which was a beaded top that they still and I picked it up. Since then I have been trying to get an explanation of what happened to the other items I took since they are not on the income tax receipt. In the beginning they just put me off as they were busy, but now they don't even respond to my e-mails or a letter. I really think I got totally ripped off on my items.
