  • They are the best little shop around the corner. I used them a few times prior to that, and right around the corner. Its very convenient. I am able to drop my car off in the morning and walk to work. Its a couple blocks down, and come and get it in the afternoon, break time, or after work. I didn't have to drop it off and take time off work, and all that stuff. I really didn't have for them to improve on. The price is average. The quality is good. The communication is good. They will call you along the way, to make sure you are on the same page. I have told all my coworkers about them, and they take theirs in too. Even for an oil change or something.

  • I called ahead of time and asked To if he had room for us and he was wonderful on the phone and told us to come on down. I am so happy that we did. I had the best experience I have ever had in a auto service. Tom the owner was very friendly and always tried to make sure we were confortable while his staff took care of our car. The staff showed us the old part and how it was broken. It took a bit of time to complete but I have the most trust I have ever had in an automotive service center.

  • I am very satisfied, with the work and the professionalism, at Concord Toyota. Since I started taking our Honda to them, they have always done a top notch job. If the car has a problem, they give you the bad news in a straight forward manner and without scare tactics. They also give you a range of choices on what you, the customer, may wish to do. When service representative "Wasif" says the car is ready, I know the job has been done right.

  • I took a Toyota Prius in for some routine, scheduled, maintenance. The service representative made me stand in front of him; for five, full minutes before he would even bother to acknowledge my presence. The service representative was surly and a bit smart-alecky. Several minutes after he took possession of the Prius, he told me the car needed new tires. I expressed my surprise and physically showed the service representative that each tire had plenty of tread remaining on each tire. I asked him why he had tried to sell new tires to me, when the current tires had plenty of tread depth and that I could get cheaper tires at Costco. The service representative responded "...Well, that's just your opinion."



    Several minutes later, The same service representative insisted the Prius had a dirty air filter. Since I did not regularly drive this automobile, I agreed to the installation, of a new air filter. I was charged, for the new air filter but later learned the air filter had not been installed.

  •  They had to remove the console but failed to re-attach any of the wires. As a result; my defroster, air conditioner and heater were all inoperative. I had to take the car to Concord Honda. They found and fixed the errors committed by Winter Honda. I returned to Winter Honda. I demanded and got a full refund.

  • My car is a Honda Civic Hybrid 2004 and the IMA battery light was on. This calls for immediate service according to the handbook. The dealer that I had been having service my car for the past many years was Honda Walnut Creek but they wouldn't work on my car for minimum 2 wks. Would not tell me what might be the problem and were generally unhelpful. Went to Concord Honda in desperation and they immediately began to work on fixing the car. They also offered me a ride home when it became obvious that the car would need an overnight stay.
    The service staff were extremely helpful and let me know what they thought the time needed for service would be as well as a price quote. Both were accurate. I will definitely be having my car serviced with Concord Honda in the future.

  • I had my breaks done some time ago and the job was done very shotty. Over time my breaks were getting so bad that I was being pushed to the left and all I can smell is burning. I took my car to ASR and they told me exactly what I thought. I also asked if they knew how long it would take for the repairs because this was our only car. After inspection they informed me that to do the repairs it would cost about two hundred dollars and that they would make sure it was completed that day. As they said it came in on budget and on time. I now feel safe in my car again and I am taking the car back in to do a bit more work on another problem unrelated.

  • After noticing a leak that I suspected was possibly coming from the transfer case, I asked for a diagnosis while I had my car in for it's routine maintenance.  Unfortunately, though I crossed my fingers AND toes, it did turn out to be the transfer case actuator, which is a known problem and a very expensive part.  I swear that Lance was actually pale when he had to tell me what it was going to cost.  He shopped around for the best price he could get on the part, and didn't laugh at me when I sent him some extra info that I'd found in the Lexus owner's forums about the issue.  As usual, the work was done more quickly than they had quoted  and they kept me in the loop the whole time. 

    I've been coming to Krause's for two years since moving here from California.  Having caught a dealer trying to scam me on repairs once, I always do my homework and Krause had awesome reviews, so I gave them a shot.  I have never been disappointed.  Their repairs are always much less expensive than a dealer would cost and they always try to find the best prices on parts.  Dean and Lance are the front office guys, and they go out of their way to give good customer service and have given me great recommendations for other auto related services they don't provide.  The owner, Robert, is the same way, although I've only dealt with him a couple of times. They don't offer the frills the dealers do, but I will trade great service at reasonable prices for a car wash and valet service any day!  They 've even chauffeured me between home and shop more than once, and taken me into the shop to show me what's happening with my car.  I have recommended them more than once to friends and will continue to do so.

  • They do a very good job. It is convenient to use them. The mechanic and service team are very knowledgeable. They explain what they are going to do with your car. They have a shuttle that picks you up and takes you back to your car. They have given me a car over night when my car had to stay in the shop.
