We can't say enough how pleased we were with the work these folks did for us. The price was fair, the service was great and they were the nicest group of floks we have worked with in a long time. They showed up on time, cleaned up afterthemselves and made us feel like our floring job was important to them. all the crew were very professional and friendly. Great job guys and thanks.

They were really good with customer service, but they didn't have the product in stock, so it took longer than estimated to get the material in. It took 2 weeks. I would probably not use them again.  The prices were good, its just that they didn't have the product, I am not sure if it was just that product, but they didn't say that when I ordered it.

I do not even know where to start. The tile job was terrible. The grout started coming out almost immediately. Contacted owner Jeremy Lyon with the issues and was told that the real owner was Jerry Lyon. He runs the store in Victorville at 15922 Bear Valley. He did come out and eventually they tore up one room that was really bad, tiles were popping up and completely uneven. I am talking about, (toe stoppers), as Jeremy calls them, that were over 1/4 inch above the other corners. These toe stoppers are everywhere throughout the house. The grout has started coming up to the point that the white thin set is showing through. The first installer quit half way through the job. When the second installer came in he said there was not enough materials to finish so they bought more tile which happened to be different than the first tile to the point that you can tell where they are in the room. So my front room has two different (guess from a different lot) tiles.

Eric showed up on time for the initial estimate and did a walk-through with my wife and daughter. A copy of the estimate was sent to me with a PDF for an Acceptance signature. Nicely done. We accepted the quote and paid 50% down on with our credit card. The job was scheduled (we waited one week). The crew initially had trouble finding the condo, but once they arrived they got down to work. The first day, all the demo work was completed (the condo was empty at the time). The next day, it was recommended that the floors be coated with Kilz to block out the cat spray that had soaked through the carpet into the subfloor. Additional cost: $500 (it was worth it!). Over the next three days, the new flooring was installed and the floor molding re-installed. The installation work was excellent. The finished look transformed the place to a healthy, attractive living space. This is a second home for us, and our daughter is living in the condo while finishing college. We primary residence is in eastern Washington where the cost of living is 16.7% less than the west side of the state. The price of the flooring and installation was very competitive for King county. I would recommend PacWest Flooring.
