  • They were very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and made all of us feel right at home. My mom enjoyed going and felt very at home with the staff. I was thrilled about the flexibility. They are open 7am-5pm on a drop-in basis. You pay 10 per hour for the time that they are there, and they provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. It was the best money I have ever spent.

  • I have had Blue Shield of California for quite a few years, my policy is a PPO & we have been pretty happy with them, my only dislike is my daughters policy which was an individual PPO & when the new Obama care program went into effect the dropped her along with all the individual health plans. They did provide another plan for her which they said was the same; but as it turned out it wasn't, since it fell into the California care program( Obama care) and several Doctors & Hospitals do not accept this program.

  • Deanna is wonderful. I told her I was just trying to find someone to care for myself and my daughter. I wanted someone I could trust and who would understand my daughters needs (she has special needs). She took her time with me and my daughter and answered all my questions.

  • Our beloved family member was placed in a extremely small shared room. the nurses stations are very cluttered and residents are often left unattended in the hallways. The nurses and other medical staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The director of nurses walks around with an Attidude! She never smiles and is  unapproachable. Many of the residents have some level of dementia, so  If they act out in any way, they will get sent to the emergency room so the nursing staff  doesn't have to deal with them.  In addition to being treated poorly, we were overcharged. As if eight thousand and some a month wasn't enough for the closet-sized shared room; we were charged extra for many unneeded items such as toothpaste, combs, and even bandages (our loved one already had these items). Forget, pointing this out to the billing department, they will give you the run-around and it will take an enormous effort on your part to straighten it out. My advice is to stay away from this place no matter what.

  • We arrived at Accelerated Urgent Care at 9:40. Their hours are until 10:00pm. The doors were locked and people were in the waiting room. An employee came out into the front room. I thought she was coming to let us in, but she turned off the lights and went behind the desk. My son, who is pretty tough, was sitting on the ground crying in pain. I called; she answered, and I said excuse me, we're right outside the door, and it is locked. She said we don't take patients after 9:30. I have a small son in great pain, and I explained that. Still, she refused to help. No compassion at all! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Go to SENDAS where they care about people!

  • Overall they are great. I have not had a problem using them or getting in. Their online services have a ton of information and I really like them. They have a 5 star rating with Medicaid. I have been using them for ten years and are very happy with them.

  • Even though family member had signs and symptoms that should require ALL medical personnel to act quickly we were left in dark most (without any information or discussion with doctor) for most of the time we were there. We were there for approx 10 hrs before family member was admitted. Although several basic tests were run prior to admittance test results were NEVER discussed and we NEVER saw main doctor to explain ANY of the process. It wasn't until the vascular surgery DR Wen made his rounds were we informed of anything that was going on and the possibly and need for surgery. Dr Wen explained last test needed to determine if surgery was needed, process of this test and also surgery proceedure. His compassion and explaination put all of us at time and FINALLY made us feel like someone cared. I think most of these doctors and some of these nurses need to get a refresher in BEDSIDE MANNER.

  • They are wonderful! It's a new and very clean place. I was in and out so quickly. They get you right in and the service is excellent. They also have a website where you can make appointments ( ahead of time. The doctors are very kind and I've had really good experiences there. I would highly recommend them. Every time I go, too, they alleviate my headache by the time I get home.

  • Called the health line, and was switched to a RN nurse to speak with. After answering  several questions, she put me on hold to speak to my primary care Dr for advice. She came back on my phone, telling me to go to the Urgent care on Stockdale. Have someone drive me there, making sure I do not need an ambulance. Arriving at Urgent Care I was taken back , questioned and told they would do several tests, and blood draws to see what was going on. They started an IV. Checked on me several times. Total time was about 4 hrs. Dr came and exsplained to me all tests were normal. I was simply dehydrated. I was given Fluid thru the IV. Called my husband to pick me up. The next day they followed up with me by phone, and my primary care Dr called me.   It went very well overall. I have been a Kaiser member since Heart Failure in 2006. I am very satisfied with their healh care and feel I would not be as healthy, or even alive without their care!  Thank-you Kaiser and Dr HA
