  • The first apt we got in quickly. The second, we waited for over an hour. No complaints with the service, doctor or staff. That was all very good and thorough. Just don't understand why such a bad wait the second time. As far as cost it is probably average compared to most eye exams that are not discount centers. Most of it was applied to insurance so it is hard to judge.

  • I was really apprehensive but Dr. Chang's bedside manner, incredible knowledge, and caring demeanor put me at ease. If you are looking for an outstanding ophthalmologist go and see Dr. Daniel Chang at Empire Eye. The whole staff was very positive and super helpful, caring and kind. Dr. Chang was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. His caring demeanor helped put me at ease when he advised that surgery would be required to correct my vision. Through extensive research I learned Dr. Chang is a highly distinguished ophthalmologist- distinguished among his peers with numerous awards and honors. Thank You Dr. Chang!! Now I can see without glasses!

  • It went great. He was able to improve my vision a little bit. My last doctor couldn't. So, that was a good thing. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I didn't even get to sit down. I was moved in a hurry. The waiting room was very clean, orderly and open so you can see everything.

  • He's a really good provider. They have the latest technology and inspiration. They advice on not just the cosmetic potion of the exam but also about my diabetes can affect my eye sight. I've been using him for 20 years.

  • Very well. He was on time, very pleasant and explained what he was going to do. He explained what to do after surgery to help control swelling and bruising. I went back in 10 days for the stitches to be removed and he removed them not a nurse or staff person.
    The results are perfect. I would do it all over again.

  • They were very good. Both I and and my wife have gone there probably a year and a half ago and maybe my wife has gone there again a year ago. They had a nice office and they were very professional. Everything went fine with the surgery and everything. The wait time there was great, there really was not any.

  • Dr. Morton has retired and the new owner and professional staff are all new to me.  I saw Dr. Mikailian (O.D.) and was pleased with the service.

    I didn't need new glasses this year but when I have, I have taken my prescription elsewhere to be filled at a lower price.

    My wife may need cataract surgery soon and she will consider having it done there.

  • I have been going to Dr. Miller for several years and began with terrible dry eyes.  Since thae first appt I  liked him right away.
    He made me feel comfortable and listened to what my problem was and explained why I was having this problem and gaveme a presciption and eye drops and even specialized eye drops made especially for me.  I now just use eye drops and take a specialized vitamin for dry eyes and I no longer have such a terrible dry eye problem.

  • As you walk in you notice that the office has a very clean, modern motif. There's a children's play area to the left with a flat screen tv and colorful toys for the youngsters. All around the office, they have all the frame options on display, they have an enormous selection! When the technician takes you back for your check up, she'll do all the normal tests: puff of air in your eye, peripheral vision exam, etc. They also offer the Digital Retinal scan by Canon for $30(not usually covered by insurance) which is done without having to dilate your eyes, the retinal scan also gets an in depth look at your ocular muscle to help detect and prevent further eyesight degeneration. Dr. Liao saw me and was extremely pleasant and informative. Since I didn't need vision correction, I didn't get to browse the frames. Maybe next year........

  • Dr Stainer and staff were very friendly. Set an appointment for surgery. Dr Stainer and his staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions about the surgery. They set up all pre-op appointments and gave me direct line to call coordinator if any questions or problems arise.
