Our Technician, Esteban, was very knowledgeable and prompt. He texted us when he was on his way to our home. We will definitely use this company again.

    Excellent service. I would have given an A+ rating if it was available. Called late morning and Chuck (repairman) came in early afternoon. He showed me the broken parts and completely explained the repair. Repair took less than an hour.

    They were great. They came out, the gentlemen was very helpful. They gave an estimate on the refrigerator. They did a good job. They just quoted it but it was more than the refrigerator was worth. For whatever their hourly was their rate was fine. They were great. If we didn't have another company we would us them again.

    Fixed my washing machine, replaced only the parts that needed fixing, the parts they replaced were something I couldn't replace without taking the whole thing apart, and the tech did the work pretty fast.  The service fee is pretty cheap, the parts my machine needed were a little high, but I had already did my research and knew those parts were going to be more expensive.  I would definitely use this company again for other repairs and will recommend them to my family.

    Prior to him coming out, I had no problem with my ice maker, but 4 days after he came, it stopped making ice. He told me if I need him to come out again he will have to charge me a separate fee. He charged me $95 for the water dispenser, and said that the ice maker is a different issue so it would be another $95. My concern is that it was working prior to him coming out and working on the water dispenser, and 3 or 4 days later, the ice maker stopped working. The owner of the company is Brian Uraynar.

    Very well! My fianc�� and I are impressed. The technician was fast and friendly. When the replacement part finally arrived, the we missed the call and they left a voice mail telling us: 1) the part came in, 2) we'd like to schedule you for tomorrow at 10am, and 3) if you don't have time to call us back, text us at 661-XXX-XXXX to let us know if that time works for you. When it was time for my appointment, the technician called 20 minutes before arriving and then arrived when he said he would. Also, the technician would not take any money, he very kindly excused himself to take care of his next call and told me that I would receive a bill by email... The bill arrived within 10 minutes. This company is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They use technology like text messaging and email billing to make my life easier. I will absolutely be using them again!

    I was unable to schedule service after many attempts. I called on a Saturday during open hours to schedule for the upcoming Wednesday. The person who answered the phone offered that I take an appointment for Saturday instead, and seeing an opportunity for same day service and hearing that he might get to me between 3pm and 5pm, I was very happy to accept his suggestion and took the Saturday appointment. At 7:30pm that night, I called to see if he was still planning on coming to my place for the Saturday appointment, and he said that he was willing to still come that night or on his day off, which is a Sunday, but the parts houses would all be closed, so he would likely have to come back a second time after diagnosing the problem. I gave him leave to enjoy his Sunday and instead asked him to add me to his Wednesday schedule in the morning. He agreed, and my life continued. On Wednesday morning, I called his office just before 8 am to confirm my appointment. They did not have a record of my appointment, but the woman who answered said that she would have the technician contact us when he returned from an AC service and add us to the day's schedule. I provided the phone number for my fiance who would be home all day to meet him. My fiance received a call around her lunch time and was told that he would be there the same day between 3pm and 5pm. It was not the morning appointment that we had asked for, but at least we would be seen. At 7:30pm, he still had not showed to repair or inspect the oven. I called to cancel service but received no answer and no answering machine... instead a computerized voice offered for me to enter my access code to access the administrator settings, which indicates to me that voice mail might not be set up, or that it was full, or some other error. I double checked the number that was dialed, and seeing that it was correct, decided to assume that the appointment was canceled. I will not make an attempt to schedule a 3rd appointment. With the level of interest this company has shown in communication their accurate work load to customers with whom they are negotiating service, and with the lack of interest they have shown in providing updates as their schedules change, I have determined that they must not be interested in acquiring new customers. As such, I will grant them their wish and take my business elsewhere. I had noted on Angies List prior to calling that the number one complaint was regarding communication about scheduling. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. I have learned that my experience very much matches the experience of others who have complained about this issue before me. With regard to the ability of the technician to perform repairs, I cannot comment as I never met with him.

    The provider took a bit longer than expected to arrive due to miscommunication (Implication was 'Ok, we'll  be right there...'  I thought meant soon, but they DID ARRIVE on the same day I called (which was a plus!).  Problem was evaluated, and the provider carried the needed part WITH him in his truck, so repairs we performed quickly.  He left everything clean and tidy when he left.  I was 'refreshed' to see this amount of attention to detail on this service call.  Thanks!

    I chose LM Appliance because of the good reviews Luis gets. I called him out to repair our dishwasher which was malfunctioning, and from the beginning I found him to be unreliable and not great at communicating. He missed our first appointment completely and didn't call, later claiming car trouble. Then after coming out and determining the cause of the dishwashers' problem and ordering a very expensive new part for it, he disappeared for over a week and didn't return phone calls or texts, later claiming an illness. I believe him and I'm sorry for his troubles, but as a customer, all I knew at the time was that I was being ignored. He eventually installed the new part, only to have the dishwasher give the same error message just a few days later. He came back and said I was loading incorrectly, and I was careful to follow his suggestions after that. The dishwasher began malfunctioning again a few days late, and after 3 voicemails and several texts I haven't ever heard back from him again. If something has happened to him, I do feel sympathetic and sorry to leave a harsh review, but nearly $400 later and still having the same problem I'm very frustrated and I feel cheated. Despite others' good experiences with him, I would not recommend him to anyone else and certainly wouldn't call him again.
