ARoadway MovingAmazingly seamless. The entire team from their on call representatives to the drivers to the movers - were all so very professional and kind. I was very concerned about moving during a pandemic however Roadway made me feel safe and their team kept their distance, wore correct masks/gloves, and really made me feel at ease. ARoadway MovingI booked Roadway last minute after a failed attempt to use U-Box. Very happy with the choice I made, opting for quality and professionalism over a customer service nightmare. It was a cross-country move of a 1-bedroom apartment from New York to California. The movers arrived on time, were efficient, friendly, and ultra careful with packaging all of our stuff. A short 10 days later everything arrived in Los Angeles and was unpacked with similar ease to the packing in NYC. Communication was easy and fast -- all of this during a global pandemic. Overall 10/10 will use again if I move back to New York 😅- Marcel F.

ARoy Mathis MovingThis is an excellent moving company! I chose this company because of the great reviews, they are family owned and they have been in business for many years. From the beginning, Ava the scheduler was very accomodating. I had to change my scheduled move twice because the new house was not yet move in ready. At one point, the day I needed was booked but Ava went above and beyond and got us movers! The movers, Charro and Mario arrived early! When they were leaving the first house, the owner stopped by to drop off a third mover. He came over to ask me how everything was going, and helped the guys a little before he left, he was great! I had been living in the same home for almost 40 years. This was my first time moving and, as you can imagine I was very disorganized. The movers, Charro has over 15 years of moving experience with the same company and knew exactly what to do, he was very helpful and had great suggestions. Mario was very nice, both were great guys! I felt very comfortable knowing they were so experienced. When they arrived at the new house, they were so patient and accommodating because I was still figuring out where to put the furniture. I am very thankful for their hard work and advice. If you are moving, this is a great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!- Ana P.

ANorthStar Moving CoI have moved twice with NorthStar Movers: once from LA to Irvine and once within Irvine. I was super happy that we used NorthStar in both cases. The movers were efficient, careful and polite. Nothing got damaged during either move, and moving day was stress free. Ron Cohen was our estimator for the moves, and he gave us good advice about where we could sensibly save money in preparing for moving day and what things were best left to the movers. After our first move with NorthStar, I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill as we had gotten estimates from other companies that were significantly higher.- Gregory K.

AGold Coast Junk RemovalI highly recommend Gold Coast. Diego was quick to respond and was able to arrange next day service for a big job that involved a pickup in Long Beach and a delivery in Thousand Oaks. His trailer is not only great for hauling trash and junk but transporting anything that won’t fit in your car. Prices were fair and the team was courteous and showed up on time. AHelpful MovingExcellent and highly recommend. Noah and Freddy were terrific. We have moved a lot...in the last 10 yrs and these guys were real pro’s. AExcellentcustomer service from the appointment setter Robert Mendez to the actual movers. We had an arrival time between 8:30am and 9:30 am. They arriced at 8:30 and began wrapping furniture, beds and other items as needed Their teamwork from the Foreman (Tim) and 2 additional workers (Angel and Walter) was amazing, This move was from a 3 story house with 3 flights of stairs from from bottom to top. 1 bedroom/bath on the 1st floor, 2nd floor living area Kitchen, dining room and living room There were 2 bedrooms/2 baths on the 3rd floor. Many trips were made up and down the stairs. They worked well together and had an amazing work ethic for 3 young men. Nothing was broken, beds were unassembled and re-assembled at the new condo without a hitch. They all were gracious, personable, friendly and had a great attitude. They set the bar VERY high for their Customer service

FThe WORST moving experience. They outsource their movers and have no clue as to who will arrive. We had the equivalent of a 3 bedroom house, it took 4 movers 10 hours to get the job completed. They took numerous breaks, an hour lunch and could not have moved any slower if they tried. It took 2 people 2 hours to put a desk back together. They even had the nerve to ask for a tip. Here's a tip, get a NOT TO EXCEED quote from anyone. Literally anyone, otherwise you will be lied to and miserable. I wish I could go back in time and choose differently. Horrific experience and trying to get a resolution with their customer service manager has been ridiculous. You have been warned.

AThey were fantastic. They were thorough and quick. In the past we have had some movers who sort of did some shady dealings where they wait until they get your stuff on the truck and then charge you more than they originally said to get your stuff off the truck. These guys were professional, clean and courteous. They were honest. They kept their word on what they said the price was. They came in and said they could get the job done in a certain amount of time and they did. Because we were on a tight budget at the time they found ways to work with us. If we said we can't afford to wrap things like this they would say no problem we will find another way to do it and they would work with us to cut corners. I have nothing but great things to say about Excalibur. We were in a situation where we had to move twice in about 4 months so the second move we weren't looking forward to. We hadn't expected to have to do but the place just wasn't working out for us so we expected that move to be sort of torturous and it wasn't. Excalibur made it a much nicer process for us.
