Our property is very hard to get to, and Michael ran into some unforeseen delays getting the permit for our roof re-do. During that time he never left me hanging, was available 24/7 via phone and text for me to check in and see where we were. Once they started, the process was fast, professional, and above and beyond. The team has been a delight to have working on our property, all fantastic guys, and considerate and communicative, which is important when you’re quarantined with 6 guys ripping up your roof :) Our roof looks and feels better than it ever has, and we are so glad we found Building in harmony. AWe used Fidelity builders and design for 2 remodeling projects at our house. The remodeling projects were to completely remodel our master bathroom and to remodel the front yard of the house. The 2 remodeling project went one after the other and it show by itself how happy we were with the overall work and service that we got. Tal and his working team were easygoing, helpful and comprehensive. When there was a problem that came up during any stage of the work, Tal and the workers took care of it immediately and fixed it. Before we hired Fidelity Builders and Design for our house, we had to be sure that we keep a close eye on the remodeling progress and that’s why we know that we will have to do the remodeling with a very reliable contractor. If we have any additional remodeling work to do in the future we will call Fidelity builders and design first.

Western Pacific Roofing came to the rescue just before this last big rain. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. ADraft review: My drainage was all backed up so I called Free flow rooter on Yelp. Josh arrived as time promised and his crew started running a rooter on the whole house cleanout pipe. After a few attempts , finally Josh and his crew were able to run through the blockage and ran a camera in the drain and discovered due to some cracks , tree roots were growing inside the sewer line. So I hired his company on a spot repair. They dug a hole 6-7 feet deep and replaced the cracked clay pipe. They worked fast and efficient. Within a few hours , they finished the job. Josh and his crew seem quite knowledgeable and reliable throughout the work. I’d certainly be confident to recommend him to anyone.

AIt went very well. Don came out very promptly and gave me an estimate for the work. It included removing the old ridge caps, installing matching rapid ridge waterproofing under the ridge, installing new ridge caps, sealing and painting all flashing, removing all debris from the roof, and cleaning out the gutters. Don came after the job was done and walked the roof to check the work. Don and the two workers were very pleasant. I highly recommend Don and would definitely use him again.
