AJM Carpet CleaningJimmy was very professional. Came in on time. Ready to go. I had four bedrooms livingroom dining-room hallway and the couch needed cleaning. It's been like 10 years since the last time I may have done this so there was a lot of work to be done. We walked through the apartment first he gave me some recommendations once we agreed on the price he got to work. He came in also with a scrubber machine it really did a deep cleaning process and then came back and steam cleaned it nice and clean. AI am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.

AWe went and hire Top Pros Construction because they impressed us with how prepared and knowledgeable they were in the initial meeting. Large remodeling projects can overwhelm for many reasons, and our project was no exception. Besides a full-scale kitchen remodel that included knocking down a couple walls, we added on an electrical upgrade plus a master bathroom remodel that extended the project a few more months. Although the remodel took much longer than expected (4 months), that seems to be normal for any construction project. This was because of a few delays in ordering parts, which resulted in postponed work days. In the end, the kitchen and master bathroom turned out absolutely gorgeous, and the design was exactly what we were envisioning. Thank you to Erez, Yaron, and the entire Top Pros Construction team, including the office staff who helped build the kitchen and master bathroom we have been wanting for years.

AMichael was communicated well and often to confirm the work and the date and time of when the work was to be completed. He arrived early and replaced the door and hardware without incident. He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. Great job. We would hire him again when needed.
