    I did not use this provider.  The coupon I purchased was for a different
    Dr.  Angie's list would not let me skip the review process.  It has
    been over a year since I purchased the coupon and i am tired of getting
    the pop-ups to review the provider.

    Sorry. Can't remember specific date. Has to have been almost 8 years ago. BUT BEWARE!
    Didn't have any complaints about the experience at first, until after the and quot;xrayand quot; was taken. Dr. Barney said that my neck area was so bad that if I didn't address the problem immediately, I COULD BE PARALYZED! And then he went into this proposed schedule for treatment, which I believe came to approximately $1500-$3000 and then gave me a form to complete for their credit payment plan.
    I'm a 67 year old woman who has and quot;been around the block a few timesand quot;..... and I've been to many chiropractors in my life. The chiropractors I've seen since have never diagnosed any such problem.
    Immediately my intuition told me to leave.

    I had TMJ for 20 years and he was able to realign my jaw. I am very impressed with his services. He is currently working on my neck and back. He is professional and very knowledgable. He, and his staff, are very concerned about you and will listen. They are there to help heal your body and make you better, not being there for the rest of your life.

    Often Dr. Barney has a full house, but he always takes the time to listen to you regarding your health complaints and comments. Will do additional adjustments as needed/requested. He and his staff are courteous and helpful. They have a great rapport with their clients.

    I have never had a bad experience with Pathways. I've been going there for over 3 years now. Recently i was pregnant and they had a prenatal massage therapist, Tanya. I thought she couldn't get any better with her massages when i was pregnant, until i was just there recently after having my daughter and i was wrong! Her regular massages are about 10 times better. She stretched all my ligaments and massages all my knots out. She is simply amazing!!

    I first met Dr. Willis in August, 2009. Before that I had worked exclusively with his PA, Justin Broadbent. Dr. Willis didn?t like the amount of pain medication I was receiving that was provided by his own PA, Justin Broadbent. However, Dr. Willis signed off all of my charts when Justin was overseeing my care. Upon meeting me, Dr. Willis discharged me without notice, and refused to refill my medications. In fact, he actually said to me that he didn?t like me. He slandered me in his notes, stated that I was doctor shopping, and sent them to the practice where my primary care physician worked. Around that time my primary care physician had retired. As soon as his colleagues at the practice, Rosevale Internal Medicine, saw Dr. Willis' notes, they also discharged me stating that we had a difference of philosophy.

    On my last two visits to the office, I had to wait a long time to be seen. On the last appointment, I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room, and another 45 minutes in the exam room. None of the staff assured me that I would be seen soon, or that they were sorry for the delay, or that they were running late. It was as if I were invisible - no customer service. When in the exam room, after 20 minutes, I poked my head out to see a large white board on the wall next to my room and numerous staff (almost looked overstaffed) checking the board and running around. I stopped one of them and asked when I would be seen because it was the middle of my workday and I had to travel 30 minutes each way to the office and needed to get back to work. The staff person told me I would be next. I waited another 20 minutes and left. I walked by numerous staff, but no one said anything to me, or even noticed - again, invisible. I was very upset and ended up taking more sick leave than requested. I found a phone message from the doctor upon my return home, indicating he didn't know why I left - DUH! I used to manage a medical clinic, and my observation each time I went to that office was that they overbooked on purpose, but couldn't keep up with the pace. As for the doctor, he prescribed a regiment of taking flax oil capsules, but forgot about it when I returned for him to determine if the treatment was doing any good. I had to remind him. I would not recommend wasting time with this clinic.

    On 7/1/05, I broke my ankle. On the way to town, we called Sierra Doctors. They had us come to their office, rather than go to the local hospital emergency room. They x-rayed my ankle and set it, and I was on my way home in 90 min. In follow-up care, they're open holidays and weekends, so they put a cast on my ankle on 7/4/08. Later visits went well, and they referred me to a physical therapist. My ankle healed fine. I was truly impressed.
