ASOD Home GroupWe hired SOD Home Group for a full home remodeling, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Within a couple days of contacting them, Oren and his designer were at our house taking measurements and putting together all of their ideas. I think they came over 3 times for about several hours each, completely free before we approved and signed the project. The spent time and extra attention was THE main reason we felt good about moving forward with SOD Home Group.The overall process took longer than expected, but nearly all the delays were waiting on the city for permits or appliances delayed because of Covid.Each and every worker at the teams that came to the house wore masks and always laid out protective plastic and paper as to not damage any personal items. The workers were all super friendly and always cleaned up after each day.My wife and I changed our mind a few times throughout the remodeling, and it was always well received by Oren and the office staff. We even received a couple changes complimentary because Oren was so generous.Overall, we are beyond happy with the final remodeling product we got and our new home looks stunning and it has made the most used rooms in our house 100x more enjoyable to be in. The execution of the shades themselves, their boxes, and their motorized mechanism was all very high quality -- our house looks amazing now. Neil has great taste, he's very knowledgeable, he cares a lot about making customers happy, and he has a direct and forthright manner I like very much. His installer Gabriel is highly skilled and equally knowledgeable. Both Neil and Gabriel stopped at nothing to make sure we were completely satisfied - we had a few minor issues with a couple of the blinds, the type of thing that a lot of contractors would try to say was unimportant, nothing-I-can-do, etc. Not Neil and Gabriel -- they made sure that every one of our concerns was addressed until they achieved full perfection. I enthusiasticaly recommend them and in fact intend to use them again in the medium term on other windows in our home that we didn't get to yet.- Jason M.

Over the years, I have only replaced one window treatment (for an updated look) and just recently this year had one window blind repaired. The wand broke on the blind and Neil repaired it rather than my having to replace it. It's nice that he/his company is still around after 20+ years. He is a professional running a reputable company-- quick, organized, he's trustworthy and has a pleasing personality. I appreciate that Neil was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. FTwice early this month I spoke with an office person who told me they would arrange for a repair person to contact my renter for a quote and scheduling. I supplied the renter phone number, and my renter supplied requested photos of the problem area. There was no contact from the repair person at any time. We moved on to another company that has since completed the work.

AOmri and his team were amazing to work with. We were very nervous as this was our first big remodel project. Omri was always available to talk and continually dropped by to check the work and progress. His project manager and all his workers were very professional. The quality of their work surpassed our expectations. One small tile mistake was immediately remedied at no additional cost. In fact we had several changes that added to the scope of work that Omri covered the fee for and did not delay the project. The job was finished earlier than quoted. We will definitely be using Enclave for our other projects and are recommending them to all our friends and family in the neighborhood.

AThe owner cane out on time, repaired one broken pulls but was unable to fix another. Although he worked on the blind for nearly an hour and had told me when I made the appointment that there was a minimum travel charge ($30 I think), he refused to take any payment at all when it turned out the blind was not repairable. He was insistent that he wouldn’t charge if he couldn’t do the job -even though we knew in advance that was a possibility You just don’t see that kind of customer relations very often these days. Based on our interaction I highly recommend Ultrasonic!

AJeanette is fantastic. Not only did she design a good color scheme for our house that fit my family's personality but she also designed the house in a manner that was efficient and looked beautiful. I was hesitant when she picked the color scheme of the cabinets for our kitchen but we put our trust in her and it was well rewarded. Everyone comments on the amazing color scheme of out kitchen and pantry. Everyone loves how one room flows into the next and seem like a cohesive living space. She also kept an eye on the contractors and caught them when they were making mistakes preventing a lot of extra time on our house remodel.
